Super yummy donuts! I had a craving this morning and wanted to shop local vs going to a chain...I'm so glad I did. I'd never heard of Duck Donuts. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I entered the building, it was nicely decorated and super clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The cashier was also very friendly and patient with me as I shared it was my first time. I decided to go with the classic glazed donut and the vanilla iced with sprinkles. Both were delicious and the dough tasted very fresh!! I'd definitely visit again.

Stopped in this morning for a latte, a breakfast sandwich and a few donuts and was blown away by how good this place was! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The concept itself is super cute, and they have lots of adorable duck themed merch inside the store, but they also have the biggest selection of donuts I've ever seen.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] And the best part? They make them fresh on the spot! I didn't even know this was a thing, and honestly, I don't think any other donut will live up to my standards now that I've tried Duck Donuts. Such a fun treat and twist on a boring breakfast! Dubai Chocolate Donut 11/10 Apple Pie Donut 10/10 Latte w/ extra espresso 9/10 Breakfast sandwich 9/10

We need more locations! Especially in Orlando! Duck donuts is my favorite. The blueberry pancake donut is a MUST! I tried two new flavors this time strawberry shortcake and strawberry cream filled. The strawberry cream filled was overall wayyyyy too sweet. And the shortcake didn't taste like strawberries at all. Service is always quick and whenever I visit it's not busy.

I pick a lot of orders from this establishment. I decided to try em out and see whats all the fuzz about these doughnuts. Like holy crap! They Devine! To many layers to their taste n highly dependable on flavors. Since im in a diet i went with the bacon maple one lol i did a half a dozen, also with the blueberry something and 2 glaze. I ate this doughnut about 8 hours ago and i can still smell it on me lol. I kid you not! I like that they don't have em in a shelf n just pick from a pile like the other places do. They grab em hot and then the finisher comes and adds all the extra layers in front of you. No funny business. Staff was welcoming and kind. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Store has cute toys and items for sale. Couple tables.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I just gotta say it takes huge balls to open a doughnut place across the street of your competition, but not too many can pull it off. The quality of their product is superb compared to Dunkin. I like DD cuz i got one walking distance, but while I'm out dashing i may actually stop here more often. Now we know why the duck crossed the street. Lol

[[HIGHLIGHT]]If fall had a scent, it would be wafting from the doors of Duck Donuts. The moment you step inside, you're greeted by the warm, cozy aroma of freshly baked donuts that could make even the chilliest autumn day feel like a warm hug.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Their fall assortments are an absolute treat--think pumpkin spice, maple drizzle, and cinnamon sugar, all nestled on top of their signature fluffy donuts. Each bite feels like you're crunching through a pile of golden leaves, but, you know, much tastier! Service was out of this world! The best part? Watching your donut go from dough to deliciousness right before your eyes. It's like being in Willy Wonka's factory, only better because you get to eat the magic at the end. Every flavor combo brings a new fall adventure to your taste buds. Whether you're cozying up with a hot coffee or just grabbing a dozen for the road, Duck Donuts makes autumn taste as good as it smells.

There's no doubt these donuts are not your average! I've been a few times now and each time they've been consistent. The service is always great and I love being able to see my order being made right in front of me! Duck Donuts was an instant fave from the very first visit!

I arrived on the day they changed their seasonal menu offerings-and after one look at the "Lucky Duck" March flavors, I felt like I was just that-a lucky duck-especially since this was my maiden voyage. All the green icing-the Lucky Charms cereal-the spring flavors... this duck knows how to make a great first impression! Duck Donuts started in Duck, North Carolina. They've fully leaned into the duck theme, with a cute mascot named Ollie and cheerful bright colors. There's table seating and a high counter by the front window plus a separate room, away from the ordering/decorating area. All of the donuts are the same base. It had a vanilla flavor and the texture is the perfect middle ground: not too dense or chewy-but not too light and airy, either. Same for the toppings-they're not cloyingly sweet... but full of flavor. Goldilocks would love this place-everything's "just right." So, I ordered a half dozen. I loved the bacon one-Mom was all about the cinnamon. We split the lemon with sprinkles and it was spring in a ring-so bright and sunshiny. We're only halfway through the six, but I'll update you as we taste more. I paid about $15 for the half dozen. You can watch them decorate each one (so fun! All those tubs of frosting/glaze!) and their boxes are adorable. The staff is so personable and warm. I felt so welcomed. What a bonus on a tasty Tuesday. I'd come back just to chat again with them! But I also can't wait to try the drinks, ice cream concoctions and donut sandwiches (!) This shop is conveniently located in the Bloomingdale Square plaza-which has a Publix, First Watch and Beall's, as well. It's on the north side, closest to Bloomingdale Ave-so you can *duck right in and right out.

Duck Donuts is a good place to stop for breakfast in the Valrico area. With a large assortment of donuts, you'll only have a tough time trying to decide what to choose. My wife and I stopped in here for breakfast on her birthday. A sweet treat for breakfast and a coffee. We ordered cold brew, a donut and two breakfast sandwiches. [[HIGHLIGHT]]On this Sunday morning, their A/C was out so it didn't make for a comfortable dine-in experience.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff was friendly, greeted us and took our order. I ordered the donut breakfast sandwich. Sausage, egg and cheese between two donuts with a maple drizzle and crumbled bacon on top. My wife ordered a cinnamon roll donut and a regular sausage, egg and cheese sandwich on an English muffin. The sandwiches took a long time. Two orders of donuts that came in after us went out before our food was up. Their donuts are made to order, not just grab-and-go. We finally got our food and now in a time crunch, ate as quick as we could. My donut sandwich was decent. The donut was a little bit of a let down. It was just a plain, unglazed donut. It did have the maple drizzle on it but otherwise it only offered a bit of sweetness from the dough. It didn't really feel like it was a donut sandwich, just a different shaped bun. The sausage, egg and cheese were hot, typical of a fast casual breakfast sandwich. My wife's sandwich was also decent. Hot, melty and filling. Her cinnamon roll donut was really good though. It was served warm and had all the characteristics of a fresh cinnamon roll. The cold brew coffees were really good. They had a strong coffee taste. We ordered ours with almond milk and my wife had a salted caramel syrup in hers that offered a great flavor. If you're looking for a sweet breakfast, check out Duck Donuts for their incredible list of unique and creative donuts. You can venture for the donut sandwich but I wouldn't order it again if I went back.

I came here early to get donuts for work and I was not disappointed with the quality of donuts! I did the order ahead and they weren't ready but they made it fresh! I highly recommend checking it out!

Duck Duck DONUTS!!! My kiddo was out sick and missed her Principle Honor Roll Award Ceremony, so I had to make her day extra special. We have never been to Duck Donuts so thought this would be the ultimate prize. Great location in Bloomingdale, lots of available parking and convenient from main road. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and asked if this was our first time there. Clearly it was obvious. From what the associate shared, all donuts were freshly made to order and he showed us a list of toppings! Boy oh boy my lil one's eyes lit up and I knew we came to the right place. I'm not gonna steer you wrong - the list was overwhelming and luckily it was empty. I can't imagine if the place was packed and you had a line of people wanting you to order fast. The patience of these associates as they answered questions, gave us ideas and after probably 10 minutes we decided on what we wanted. Probably the best donuts we have ever had in our LIVES! For it being just wanting two donuts we walked out there with 6 in a box!!! The donuts were warm, soft, fluffy and yet not greasy at all. We agree that we will definitely come back and continue to try new flavors! They are a bit Pricey but definitely worth it! Cheaper if you get a dozen. The location was Clean, friendly.. all around a great spot for a tasty and sweet treat! The location have fun photo opportunities and sell some merch. I do recommend if you plan on visiting this establish - order ahead online and get a head start so you're not so overwhelmed. I absolutely love duck donuts and was SO happy to accidentally stumble upon them being in the Tampa Bay Area. The maple bacon donut is everything, but I've had a few others, and they have all been good. Service is very fast and friendly. Ambiance is casual and fun. Go and thank me later!!! The donuts are so moist and fulfilling in every bite!

Great customer service! I felt welcomed as soon as I opened the door. This was my first visit to Duck Donuts. Inside is set up so nice and I loved the decor and merchandise for sale. I ordered half a dozen donuts. I was helped with my selections as there was so much to choose from. It can definitely be overwhelming. I chose already made donut options like glazed, strawberry frosting etc. As I waited, I scoped out the store. It's very spacious with lots of seating. The parking lot is roomy as well. I took my beautiful donuts home and we gave them a try. My son enjoyed his blueberry donut. For me, I enjoyed the bacon maple donut and the glazed. I will say that these donuts are a little dense but moist! The texture is different than what I'm used to. They are definitely more filling. I'd recommend giving them a try!

Visited the new location of this chain donut shop. Their claim to fame is that they bake vanilla cake donuts all day long. Then they top them with gourmet toppings at your request. You can see the donut machine turning out hot donuts. The cake itself is very rich and delicious. There are numerous toppings to choose from. We tried the key lime and blueberry pancake. Both were delicious. Other notable flavors are peanut butter & jelly, chocolate caramel crunch, cookies & cream, maple bacon, s'mores and strawberry shortcake. There are coffees and other beverages available. They have a few tables if you want to eat your donuts there. The staff is very nice and helpful.

I could see that they had sold out of a few items, like fried oreo donuts, but they still had plenty of delicious treats left. I made the mistake of having a piece of the apple fritter on my way home, and sadly could not stop eating it; thus, no picture. However, it was AMAZING. One of my favorites ever. The other donuts were parceled out over the weekend, and they were all delicious. This store has been around forever, and they are just as good as they always were. I stopped by later in the day, and they were basically sold out of almost everything which, honestly, is usually a great sign for a donut shop. The apple fritter was absolutely delicious. fresh, flavorful, and packed with that perfect balance of sweetness and texture. The Boston cream was just as good, with a light, fluffy donut and a rich filling that wasn't overly sweet. The biggest compliment I can give is that the entire office loved them, and they disappeared quickly. Unfortunately, after my most recent experience, I won't be returning. I stopped in around 3:00 p.m. and was happy to see it wasn't busy. I went to the deli counter, waited for someone to serve me, ordered my chicken salad, grabbed a soda and chips, and headed to the open register. As I walked up, the cashier called another customer over ahead of me. I waited while he spent several minutes deciding whether to pay cash or by card because of the 4% card fee. I continued standing there with my three items, to the point that I actually set them down and debated walking out. Then, instead of helping me, the cashier motioned for an entire family to come to the registereven though I had been standing there waiting before they arrived. After that, she waved over another customer, and I had to wait while a mother and her two teenagers decided which desserts they wanted. Again, I stood there patiently. When it was finally my turn, there was no greeting, no "thank you for waiting," nothing. The first thing I was asked was, "Do you have a pickup order?" I said no. She then motioned for my chicken salad container, saying she needed it. I placed it on the scale and set my other items on the counter. The cashier then asked, "Are you okay?" I simply shook my head because, honestly, I wasn't. Instead of recognizing why I was frustrated, she continued talking, making comments, and escalating the interaction rather than simply ringing me up. At that point, I asked, "Do you want to argue? Do you want me to go back and forth with you?" I then asked who the manager was. She pointed to a woman beside her, who identified herself as the owner. I asked if she could ring me up instead. Even then, the cashier continued making comments. It was only after she continued engaging me that my voice became louder in response. Rather than addressing the repeated comments from her employee or asking what had happened, the owner immediately said, "Do not raise your voice at my employee." That response was disappointing. There was no concern for the customer experience, no apology for repeatedly being skipped in line, and no attempt to resolve the situation. There was also no acknowledgment that the interaction had been escalated by the cashier's continued remarks before I ever raised my voice. The irony is that I have spent a significant amount of money catering from Frankie's Deli over the years because my customers love the food. Good food will bring people in once. Great customer service keeps them coming back. Sadly, this experience ended that relationship for me. There are plenty of places with great food, but respect and customer service matter just as much. One final thought: this is Florida not NY. Hospitality goes a long way. The aggressive, dismissive attitude I experienced isn't what I expect when supporting a local business. I won't be back.
