The employee at the window took our name and told us she'd be right back--but after a long wait with no communication, we circled the building and tried the drive-thru again. The dining area had only one customer, but still, we waited again. When she finally returned to the window, she asked how she could help--forgetting that we were already waiting on an existing order. I'm not sure if this was due to being short-staffed or simply an off day, but it was disappointing. I hope the franchise owner will take the time to support their team with better training and communication. Listening to employees and addressing operational challenges could go a long way in improving the experience for customers--and for those working hard behind the counter.
