A great coffee spot in picturesque Wears Valley.Fast service with a smile. My wife had the nutcracker (no doubt),and I had a coffee with a shot of expresso.Very nice and country inside for sitting. This fuels The Working Man Review.

While my husband will get BRCC when going to the Smokies, I literally have to go to the Heavenly Roast. It's along the ride to Cades Cove and I find the coffee just to die for. It is a normal stop when we finish backpacking or going around Cades Cove. The service is always friendly, the food is good, and the atmosphere is just so calming. Parking can be busy on the weekends, but it's worth dealing with.

Iced latte, look at the cute cup!

This place was excellent. The barista was sweet and patient. The coffee was good. I got an iced latte and a cinnamon bun. The cinnamon bun had a homemade feel, and the cream cheese frosting tasted great. The decor was nice, and there was plenty of room to sit. I also love that the cups are branded with their cute logo!

We stopped by after hanging out in the park. It was such a cute coffee shop. The drinks were delicious and the service was excellent.

The sitting area infront of the fireplace. Very inviting.

Absolutely love this place. My wife and I are celebrating our 28th anniversary and just hiding out in East Tn. Good flow of folks in and out and lots of locals as well as those of us who are visiting. Wow at the list of coffees. Extremely friendly barista. She was great. I left my normal and tried one of their seasonal coffees. I had the cinnamon bourbon something or another. She advised only half sweet and was spot on. It was great. My wife had the seasonal apple something. We got these huge honey buns and huge apple fritters. We saved the treats for later but drank the coffee now. It was all great. The decor is so homey and comfortable. Locals were sitting in front of the fireplace enjoying the fire and coffee. Loved it. It was all great.

We lime trying coffee spots anywhere near Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Cosby or Sevierville. So many hidden gems. Like this one on the corner. Has a cute swing by the entrance. Came for 2 coffees and a pastry for a quick pick me up.

We checked out this coffee shop on our way to Cades Cove. It's a cute little space with a lot of unique flavors. I ended up getting a campfire latte and my husband got a caramel apple latte. Mine was mediocre, but his was delicious! They also serve pastries and some sandwiches/bagels in the fridges.

On our stay this week enjoying the mountains, we've been by Heavenly Roast twice (and may hit them up a third time). Extensive selection of hot, cold and frappe coffee drinks. If you're a discerning tea drinker, they carry Harney and Sons. Service is top notch. Cozy furnishings and brain teasers for the short wait.

An awesome coffee spot in the Sevierville location just near the Smokey mountains and home rental areas! So convenient, so relaxing, such a warm hospitality feel, they were very pleasant and my chai was made with love! My chai was perfectly sweetened with plenty of chai hotness in that cup. I had no complaints! We will definitely stop by whenever we are here!

Pulled into the The Heavenly Roast on the way to Cades Cove. I got the small coffee and it was very good. They do have all sorts of flavors of coffee as well as smoothies. Definitely recommend this coffee shop! Service was fast and very friendly. We loved the decor of the coffee shop and felt very homey and comfortable. Thank you for the great cup of coffee this morning!!!

Less than a few minutes later my husband pokes his head out of the door and said they're pet friendly and that they had invited our dog to come inside and even made her a little pup cup with milk bones on top! Phenomenal, friendly service and outstanding drinks! Wish we had a location close to home!

I really enjoyed the 1776 that has sea salt toffee, caramel and mocha. I have a sweet tooth and love coffee so it was a great match for me. I also tried the Horchata Latte, which was a bit watery and didn't have enough cinnamon and vanilla flavor for me. My family did enjoy their Black Coffee, Vanilla Cold Brew, and Green Tea. We wanted to try their Honey Chai but they ran out of Chai. Notes: We came in the morning and they were busy with line almost to the door. They managed through the long line fairly quickly with a person at register and two baristas making the coffee. Service was friendly and accurate given my families long list of orders. The Interior was decked out with veteran decor and merchandise. Overall, a solid coffee run to kick start our morning!

In fact, we walked about a mile from our hotel specifically to come here because we remembered it from a previous trip. That's a pretty strong endorsement considering there are approximately 7,000 places in Gatlinburg willing to sell you coffee, fudge, pancakes, taffy, or some combination of all four. Tucked away inside The Village, Coffee & Company has that hidden gem feel that makes you wonder how many people walk right past it without realizing what's waiting inside. The coffee itself is solid. One thing I appreciated was the balance. Too many coffee shops seem to believe that foam should either completely dominate the drink or be absent altogether. Here, the ratio of coffee to froth was right where it should be, allowing the coffee itself to remain the star of the show. I ordered a flavored coffee, and while I wasn't completely in love with the particular caramel syrup they use, that's more personal preference than criticism. Coffee flavors are a bit like pizza toppings... ask ten people and you'll get twelve opinions. The drink was still enjoyable and well made. The staff deserves credit as well. Friendly, efficient, and quick without making the experience feel rushed. They seemed genuinely happy to be there, which isn't always guaranteed when dealing with tourists before they've had their caffeine. What I like most about Coffee & Company is that it knows exactly what it is. It's not trying to be a trendy coffee laboratory where your drink arrives after a 15-minute explanation of bean origins and atmospheric conditions during harvest season. It's simply a really good coffee shop serving really good coffee in a charming location. Would I walk a mile for it? Absolutely. Would I walk five miles? Let's not get carried away. Four stars. A hidden gem that's worth seeking out, especially if you're wandering through The Village Shops and need a quality cup of coffee to fuel your next round of Gatlinburg adventures.
