Place is horrible I saw an employee mining for gold and another employee scratching their butt when i was ordering croissants and a coffee.

Went to this location several times to buy treats for my team. I usually place large orders, never less than 4 dozens. The employees are generally very young and pleasant, but could use a little training in customer service. My last visit I ordered a Box of Joe with my donuts, and instead of getting sugar packets I was given bulk granulated sugar in a cup, which is very tacky, with no spoons to get the sugar, and it was slid in the paper bag with the rest of the condiments without even an apology! So now instead of conducting the meeting I find myself looking for spoons! Needs improvement. read more

Exited I55 to pick up coffee and use the restroom. Unfortunately, the bathrooms are off limits for customers due to mold. Yet perfectly fine for the employees to use. I also found it strange they had wet wall paint signs up on the entrance doors. Does this mean they plan to paint over the mold? IDK but I question the company's ethics. Thank you for protecting customers but what about your employees. Unfortunately i had to make an additional stop to use the restroom. So glad we have this in Southaven. I love the coffees. I haven't tried any of the breakfast sandwiches (hard for me to pass up the bagels) but hubby has and he says it was really good! He had the English muffin with egg and cheese. The staff was great. Although they were busy, they took time to acknowledge that we were waiting and would be there to take our order. Nice atmosphere, clean store visually however we sat at the counter bar and it was a little hard not to see the dirt and grime on the power charging strip. After arriving to work I decided to eat my bagel with cream cheese only to find my multi grain bagel wasn't toasted and looks raw/uncooked! How hard is it to get an order? I just left this establishment. 2:30 in the afternoon. One man behind the counter. Horrible service. He was either taking phone orders or window orders through an ear piece and filling them and ignoring the line. Then someone he might have known another man came in and he filled their order ignoring the line which was myself and another lady. We just looked at each other. I asked for two hot chocolates as its a cold day and four donuts. They were out of chocolate but no we are sorry and can I get you something else. No customer service skills. Stopped by at 5:30 today, on a Friday afternoon, and the door was locked, nobody to be seen, but all the lights still on and food out. Stood there for 10 minutes or so until someone came from the back, saw us standing on the sidewalk waiting, and turned around and went back in the back. I ordered a medium iced coffee with 4 creams and a pump of caramel. I pulled up to the drive-in winter and a young girl gave me the coffee and I noticed it had 0 cream in it (cream never lies). I saw the sticker on the cup and it said 4 sugars and a pump of caramel. An older lady standing behind her saw me and asked what I needed and told her. She said she would remake the drink and as she turned around I saw her peeling the sticker off the cup and walk away. She came back and had given me THE EXACT SAME COFFEE BACK! You could see the sugar crystals in the bottom. If you want coffee, go any other place but here! It's one thing to mess up and order but it's another to BLANTANTLY PEEL OFF THE LABEL AND GIVE BACK THE WRONG COFFEE. read more

I go to this location frequently because I love Dunkin coffee and this is the only one close by. I've never gone without ordering at least twice at the speaker because without fail, my first order is Met with "can you repeat all that?" Typically I'll have to re-order at the window because they either hand me an entirely different order or will ask me to repeat the entire order again. I'm not talking a $50 order. It's usually 2 coffees and 2 breakfast sandwiches at most. Still it's 50/50 whether I'll get the correct coffee and food. Sometimes I ask for it to be corrected (and they usually argue) and sometimes I'll just take what they give me because I don't have time for the argument after spending 15 minutes in a 3 car drive thru. I try to avoid going here at all costs but in Southaven it's either Starbucks, Dunkin or gas station coffee. read more

I mainly go for the coffee, but they have fantastic donuts, donut holes, grilled cheese, and their egg white english muffin and the vegetarian / vegan egg white sandwich were both amazing as well. For the past two days I've had the same girl service me. She is rude and does not understand good customer service. Yesterday I placed an order online drove up to the window, voice #1 asked how they could help, I said I'm here to pick up, voice #2 said "I can't do it" the two people are talking over each other and I ask "I'm sorry. What's going on?" I hear #2 repeat "I can't do it" I ask for a refund and #2 says "I can still make you a regular cold brew." I just said "okay" and pull up to the window then ask for my money back. Like $3 and some change. She explains that I'll have to go through corporate then a minute later hands me the regular cold brew coffee. Today, I walk in because I had a free $2 md espresso bev. (Even though looking at my receipt it took off $1.69) I get the same girl from yesterday. She looks at me like a deer in the headlights. I hand her my coupon. She asks what kind I want. I could feel her negativity and it was giving me anxiety. I stumbled and said doesn't matter just hazelnut and ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant. I accidentally went to hand her my card and she pointed to the card reader. I put it in and she walks away. I stood there waiting for her to come back and give my receipt. I heard someone call for my croissant so I walked over to the other side and saw her making a drink so I asked if she could get my receipt. She lifted up what was in her hands and responded with "can I finish what I'm doing first?" I looked over and the manager was standing right there and said nothing to her or me. I am VERY upset with the customer service and the manager since she was standing right there as this happen. I'm unsure if she was actually paying attention but I know as the girl walked away to get my receipt so did the manager, that's when I noticed that her name tag said manager. If this is not addressed I will be contacting corporate. I have been in customer service for the past 6 years. I understand everyone has bad days but two days in a row of bad customer service with the same girl is just unacceptable and this needs to be addressed. read more
