We were Christmas shopping at the mall and stopped for a Hot Chocolate to go along with the season. Who knew Krispy Kreme had The Best Hot Chocolate on the planet?!! The lady who made our drink was so kind and put extra care adding whip cream and chocolate drizzle too. The donuts were spot on Krispy Kreme. We're talking fresh, sweet and delicious. My personal fav is the crème filled with chocolate icing. The staff was providing service. It just wasn't friendly. Have you ever had the feeling that you presence wasn't wanted somewhere? We'll, there you go. People have bad days so I will try and not take it to personal. The donuts are Krispy Kreme quality; amazing! They melt in your mouth. However the store is very poorly managed. They've been out of milk for so long they have a printed sign for it! I know the pandemic disrupted many supply chains, but come on! Milk?!! To make matters worse, the employees blocked access to the lounge area of the store to keep it to themselves!! The service here sucks! waited 15 minutes to order when there were only 2 people ahead of us! the workers would make eye contact with us and roll their eyes as if we were a inconvenience to them. If I could give zero, I would. My sister and I went at 10am when the store and surrounding outlets opened. There was one person inside and I saw them put down the chairs and then disappear into the back. The doors were locked and the lights were off until 10:15 when we decided to take our business elsewhere. I tried calling the store and the line was off, as well as ordering online for pickup and that feature was also unavailable. I'm disheartened by this experience as I was so looking forward to a nice warm doughnut. read more

You can get a free doughnut by showing your Covid vaccine card. The new Oreo doughnuts look super interesting. I've always gotten fast, friendly service at every visit to this location. Went yesterday around 12:30, not one worker spoke to me except to say the amount I owed. I felt like they didn't want me there. Come early if you expect to be served. My wife and I arrived at the door of this Kristy Kreme location to find the front door locked. You can imagine our frustration since this was at 6:35pm and the sign on the door clearly states open until 7pm. I would hope that someone in management reads this and implements training for all employees on how to tell time. I travel extensively and always enjoy the fresh Krispy Kreme donuts when then "light is on" but based on my experience, along with the other reviews, this particular location is very poorly poorly managed. read more
