I have only been to maybe 10 different DD locations in my life, but this was by far the worst. The food was terrible. The coffee tasted old & bitter, and the bathroom smelled like urine. The staff was friendly and everything came out quick but the quality just wasn't great..... not that I really expect much from any DD but this was exceptionally bad. read more

I dont want to age myself (now I have to use that caveat) but I believe there were Dunkin franchises in Toronto a few decades back or more. For nostalgia's sake, and needing a coffee for the long trip ahead, we stopped at this location. The coffee was hot, but the first thing I thought of was those decanter coffees from the office that were resting on the burner for several hours. For a treat, we split a few donuts, maple glazed and sour cream. Those were definately a sugar laden treat. Saturday August 17 11:30am Food was delicious! I have a specialized diet and had a double egg/bacon/cheese sandwich. My husband had a sausage and egg bagel which he throughly enjoyed as well. I missed our person's name. She was a young blond woman. Very attentive. She suggested the 2 egg sandwich which made my day! Ordered large coffee with milk and sugar. It came to me PERFECT! If I lived in Springville I'd probably be a Tim Hortons girl instead of the Dunkin girl I am. This DD is not a good reflection of DDs elsewhere. Rude employees. Terrible parking lot here as you have to go out the same way you came in, you can't drive around the building unless you go thru the drivethru. This makes getting out difficult. The staff here are rude. And they don't pay attention to what they drop in the bag for you, so you may get the wrong thing. Yuck. I will try Tims next time I'm in the area. It's Dunkin' Donuts. Take that to mean whatever it does for you. That aside, I prefer the flavor of Dunkin coffee to Tim Hortons coffee. And I mean that in regards to most of their coffee comparisons. For example, I prefer Dunkin's iced coffee, macchiatos, cappuccinos and hot coffee and latte's to Tim Hortons. In regards, with all that in mind, Tim Horton's food is better, hands down. Although, Dunkin's food isn't terrible, it just doesn't come close to the quality of food Tim Horton's offers. That includes comparison's from their sandwiches all the way down to their donuts and bagels. This Dunkin in particular has a great, friendly and courteous staff. I've never received a snippy attitude and I've always received a warm welcome and goodbye. That atmosphere is also pleasant and relaxing. For the most part, every order I've placed has been made correctly. The only incident where it hasn't, was when I ordered an iced coffee last week and they forgot my flavor shot. However, this may very well have been on my behalf as I placed the order at the drive thru speaker. The service is also prompt and quick. The portion sizes for smalls aren't great and sometimes they can seem expensive. The only time I've had to wait for extended periods, have been on Sunday mornings. Overall, this is a great representation of the Dunkin' Donuts franchise, and as such, they continue to draw my business. read more

This is one of my regular stops. The employees are not rude at all. Once in awhile I get creamer instead of skim milk -- which makes me very very very sick :( Typically fast drive thru. The major complaint I have about this location is that the prices are WAY MORE than the others say like in Hamburg. I'm talking a .30 cent difference for medium iced coffee. Yikes. Had a super great tasting medium vanilla coffee and a pumpkin muffin at this awesome location that is convieniently off route 219. The Young and energetic lady who served me was very friendly, respectable and helpful and she was not "Crude" and disrespectful. No line unlike Tim Hortans. Way cleaner inside and out. Food was good and my ice latte was really good. My order had never been wrong. Love the big option of flavors. The staff was friendly and always smiling. My only complaint is the parking lot is small but not much they can do about that. read more
