What is up with the Tim Hortons in Springville NY , 219????? They mess up a lot of orders. They didn't put the cream in my ice coffee, they didn't put the lettuce and tomato on wife's ham and cheese sandwich, they did not have the artisan rolls.... and the cashier took so long getting my order that they gave away my peanut doughnut. This place sucks. It's like they got a bunch of kids in there. that don't give a shit. How do the doors stay open operating like this? Do better Tim Hortons. read more

No vehicles remained in front of me and I still waited for about another 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge that I was there to place an order before I decided to drive off and go to Dunkin Donuts. If I could leave no stars I would. I gave them the benefit of the doubt from taking a years long break from going there. Still a terrible decision. Bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin, covered in hair like the person making it rolled on their cat bed before showing up to work. Tim Hortons serves great regular and dark roast arabica coffee. There is some kind of magic in the creamer because I require at least 1 cup a day! They also serve amazing baked hoods, breakfast items, lunch items, soups and sides such as oatmeal and tea. The drive thru is a conveinient way to get your fix but not every location has one as there are even Tim Hortons locations inside gas stations and car washes. This chain is really blowing up in NY and everyone knows why! Yum !!! If you are a Dunkin Donut fan, you may want to give Timmys a shot. Keep in mind it seems a single sugar portion at Tim Hortons is larger then the sugar portion at Dunkin, so if you are a 3x sugar guy there, you may want to try 2x sugar at Timmys. My only gripes for this place is the bagels seem to never be toasted right. Even if I ask for them to burn it, its still almost raw inside even when the outside is scorched. I think this has to do with the toaster they use which is probably designed for speed rather then toastyness. The other gripe, (and this is a big one) is that fill levels on coffees are very inconsistent. Occasionally my coffee will be almost 2 inches from the top, which stinks! Other then that its a great place which collects my money on a daily basis. read more

This location used to have a great, positive, capable crew ten years or so ago. Lately, as of 2018 and 2019, the speed and accuracy of their window service has gone down markedly. An increasing number of times I have gone through the drive thru on a Friday or Saturday evening between 6 and 7:30 PM, only to find the drive thru UNATTENDED. I wait, and wait politely, then will speak "Hellooooo" into the speaker and NOTHING. Are customers getting in the way of work at This Tim Hortons? During the day, I have found the waits longer and the coffee served to be increasingly less quick as well as less accurate. In my humble opinion, the management team is not creating a good enough work environment to be able to retain quality employees. The management sets the tone for the employees. read more

If I could give NO STARS, I would. Neither the employers or the owners care what people think about the constant horrible service at this location. I have spoken to the revolving door managers numerous times over the last 3 years. I've called the owners office twice only to be given empty promises of improvement of service and attitude. I guess as long as the lines keep coming in, it's a win for the owners but most assuredly an undeserved one and a losing deal for the patrons. I was in the drive-thru line yesterday at 10am for 20 MINUTES. The guy in front of me had to pass back his order and wait for replacements. When I was handed my barely warm cup of tea I asked to speak to the manager quickly. When I told her how the long the wait was she gave me a deer-in-the-headlights blank stare and said "we're trying". Trying what? To add to your already bad reputation for service and low score of 2 stars on Yelp? To tick off more customers? To burden the patrons with your lack of care or customer service etiquette? If so it was a grand slam. So she took my credit card, ran it through, no apology, no attempt to offset my being upset - nothing. Not a thank you for your business or understanding. NOTHING except apathy. The personnel change here has been like the WNY weather - different faces every other week. The only consistency is the mass confusion, poor management, apathy, lack of courtesy and continued overall horrible service. When I spoke to the owners office about a year ago they promised to mail me a gift card (which I refused the first time I had called 6 months prior). That never showed up. Apparently my voice will be heard better here. My business will definitely be going elsewhere from here on in - no more second and 3rd chances for this Tim's. Sadly, I won't support this local business the way I'd like to anymore because the owners can't step it up. Or don't care to. And BTW Mr. M. - please don't buy that 2nd location you're considering. Tim Hortons is pretty much the only option open to you in Springville when it is after 8 PM and your license still says "Under 21" in those big red letters, so I spent literally hundreds of hours here during my high school career. This had more to do with the almost-monopoly they have on existence around here than on quality, but we can let that slide. They are ok, and I (along with everyone else, judging by the distribution of cars between the parking lots) prefer Tim Hortons to Dunkin Donuts, which is pretty much their only competition. I like Tim Hortons as a rule. They are usually clean and fast, and the food is decent for the price. Nothing special (mocha is half coffee and half hot chocolate that comes out of a machine when they push a button), but nothing terrible either. And it is cheap, which I am a pretty big fan of. This one, however, might be an exception to the whole "fast" thing. One would think that employees of a business with a clock tracking how many seconds it takes to get cars through the drive-through would make speed a priority, but apparently they do not. I stopped with my brother and sister-in-law on our way to skiing today, and spent waaaay longer waiting for mediocre food and coffee than I would like. And my brother had to remind the girls twice that we were still there as we received first zero and then two of the three items we ordered. This is pretty much typical. You can expect to get the coffee you order, because the person who takes your order will just go get it, but if you ask for something that requires more complicated preparation, like, say, toasting a bagel, communication starts to break down. You might get it, but you might also get something else or nothing, so be prepared to double-check your oder and ask them to redo it if it is wrong. The employees are not rude but not incredibly friendly or helpful. They are also busy in the mornings and usually on weekends in the winter, and then things are slow beyond belief. During less busy times they can be pretty quick, and since this is not a product that is worth waiting for in my mind, I would skip it unless the parking lot looks pretty empty. There is plenty of seating inside though, so that is not really a concern. Worth stopping if you are starving after a day of skiing and don't want to pay for real food in Ellicottville, and definitely the best option for meeting a friend for coffee without driving 25 minutes, but my loyalty could be changed pretty fast if anything else appeared in town. read more

I have a bad experience 7/10 times I come here! The drive thru takes forever when it shouldn't and the staff are rude and unprofessional. They were "out of" half of the things I tried to order various times I've gone. Ordered an iced latte with sugar one time and received an hot black coffee with no sugar in it. She told me she would fix it to pull up and she'd bring it out asking me three times what it was that I ordered. An iced latte with sugar. She then comes out a few minutes later with an iced COFFEE with NO sugar in it. At this point I had no time to wait for them to fix yet another mistake so just kept the drink. Just yesterday ordered a French vanilla cappuccino with whip cream on it, and drive away without tasting it bc it was hot. I got to my friends house and sipped the drink only to realize that the drink tasted like water. I continued to sip thinking maybe it needed to be mixed more!? WRONG the drink WAS WATER. They gave me a HOT WATER WITH WHIP CREAM ON TOP. I was furious and confused as to how something like that even happens... I had three of my friends taste the drink to verify my findings and even took the top off of the drink to see that it was in fact water with whipped cream on it. Stopped there during a drive from Niagara Falls. Long line and slow service. So many people behind the counter that they were tripping over each other. Ordered 2 meals and two black coffees but got the order wrong. Before we left to get back on the road we went back and ordered 6 donuts. Young lady behind the counter had to check the register 4 times to get the order correct. Good and coffees were tasty and the donuts were delicious. Service is the main problem here. read more

I drive all over, stop at Tim Hortons twice a day for a cappuccino and donut, if I go to the springville location they screw up my 2 item order EVERY time! One employee was very nasty when I pointed out she gave me hot chocolate instead of cappuccino. I get all the way back home to shockingly take a sip of coffee...I don't like coffee nor was it what I ordered! Bought a caramel donut, only to get a mouthful of white cream instead of caramel!! I can go on and on. I live in springville and will now go down the road to the Boston location. Can't just visually check your order, you need to bite into it!! Oh, nothing like the sweet smell of raw sewage at the drive-in window to start out the order. At this location, this among many other things is an ongoing problem, not a once in a blue moon problem. As I tried to order a 10 pack of Tim Bits and 2 chocolate chip muffins, and of course was told no to the muffin request (again, an ongoing problem) I got to breath in the pleasant odor of raw sewage with the window guy readily admitting that he himself wished Tim Horton's would fix. No matter when I visit this drive through, morning, late morning, early afternoon, mid afternoon, early evening, evening, late evening or overnight, they NEVER have an entire order in stock. It is quite frankly an embarrassment to the chain. As I've visited other stores, I know this location is especially horrible. As a matter of fact, after submitting these comments, I'm now going to go to Yelp and a few other social media websites to rate this store and share my experiences. Perhaps some shame will motivate them to become respectable. read more
