I am not from this area been in town for a dog show needed coffee desperately. Saw that there was a Dunkin' Donuts right off of Route eight in Graham Road, so I stopped in. For the life of me, I'm not sure why this has such a low rating It's convenient we accessed from the road. The building is adorable. It doesn't look like a Dunkin' Donuts. The staff was very friendly and hopeful. I had a drink specialized and it was no problem ma'am no problem ma'am. Then after they cashed me out, I saw that they had a croissant that I wanted, and they even let me added on without having to go through the line all over again. Went through the drive-thru and waited 15 minutes for her to give us the wrong order. We ordered 2 mini bagels and 1 wrap. After pulling away from drive-thru, my daughter went in to give back the incorrect order we were given and get our correct order. The manager (?) was rude to her, and didn't apologize, and only gave her 1 mini bagels. Terrible - would never patron this restaurant again. The DD on State Rd is always extremely busy and we frequent it often. The staff is always pleasant and kind there, and our orders have always been accurate. read more

Since moving to stow I would consider myself a pretty frequent regular person that comes to this location. I've only had two mess ups, today was the last straw for me. The entire team just staring with thee most disgusting look all because I asked for my breakfast sandwich to add egg, even offered to pay the difference but the girl working front counter had an attitude because she mistakenly didn't listen to what I wanted for the second sandwich. I work in retail/fast food I get it, but I'm never rude to guest if I mess up or not, I put a smile on apologize and make it right. I will gladly go out of my way to a different location to avoid the rude service. Hope that girl and the rest of the team have a better day. Don't take things so literally. read more

The staff are always rude. They messed up my drink on more than one occasion and the last time the lady gave me an attitude and told me well this is what we made here. When I told her it was wrong she tried to tell me there was nothing she could do and tried to hand it to me. I told her it wasn't what I ordered and asked her to remake it. She slammed the window in my face without even saying anything. I couldn't believe it! I'd much rather go to the one a few miles away. I understand that being the MANAGER of an establishment as busy as this location can be stressful, but to yell and curse at high school age kids just trying to get some coffee and go about their day is absolutely unwarranted. If you can't be in a high stress position and handle it correctly, then don't be in it. read more

Whatever I go here it's either good or bad. If you order an iced coffee with the same thing the color of the coffee will be different every time they're not consistent about how they make their stuff. Also the people who take your order in the drive-through are very rude and just like what do you want. sometimes when I get up to the window the person is nice but usually not. they need to work on customer service. read more

Employees need to be trained better I get the same drink everytime but only this location constantly messes it up.

I went here only once and was ripped off. When we told the girl about it she had attitude and denied it, she gave us wrong change and ripped us off for $3. I know that isn't that much, but just add that to Swensons rip off the week before, I have decided to eat at home or frequent businesses that are more honest, like the Tiptop place, never had any trouble there and no I don't know them at all. Double check your order before pulling away from the drive-thru. A donut was missing and no knife to spread the cream cheese. You can't go into the store (which is ridiculous) and there are 10 cars in the drive-thru. read more

Even when I'm the only one in the drive through, it will often take the staff a minute to respond. I only order ice coffee here but they don't fill the cup all the way up. Convenient location though. read more

Always impressed with the friendliness of the staff and quality of coffee at this location! I'm always aware of the generous contributions and donations they make towards the local police, such as Shop with a Cop, etc. It is great to see a business support the police! read more

Was at the Stow DD this morning at 9:30am ordered some food and large coffee. Great until the drive-thru attendant dropped my change on the ground, apologized which I appreciated but I had to attempt to get it. Then got my coffee with the lid not completely on, did not come off all the way but enough that my hand, shirt, pants, and council was effected. Was going to leave a tip, but just left what was under the car. Always have issues there with hope the next time will be better, worth the extra time and travel to go to the Kent location, have had consistent great service there. read more

Husband and I went to get donuts on Friday, got there at 5:55. NO DONUTS AGAIN. This is not the first time we have run into this at this location. Food is pretty good for Dunkin' but good luck to you if you have an older female employee. I've never felt more enraged by a food worker, coming from someone who works in the food industry as a teenager. First off she for some reason couldn't comprehend my order of two small iced coffees and 10 donut holes. I had to explain my order to her 3 times. I had just signed up for the DD perks and had never bought using the app before. I had a free iced coffee, because the Indians won, and wanted to redeem. The employee was talking down on me like I was wasting her time. I mean who am I to go to Dunkin' Donuts and order two small coffees and some donut holes ??? She kept saying things like "honey you need to speak up" or "I can't hear you" in a sarcastic tone. Then when she tried to give me 13 donut holes (like who orders 13 when the deal is 10) I told her that I hadn't ordered glaze and she roles her eyes and walks away to take out the 3 lil holes, was that sooo hard for you? RUDEST EMPLOYEE IVE EVER MET/ENCOUNTERED. I felt like I was talking to the grinch.
