I showed up here at 11 am and the Donuts were not fresh. For it to be just 11 am and the donuts aren't fresh is a shame.

I'm excited to bring my son here for his first pumpkin picking experience in a few months! Year round, they have the best apple cider donuts. The cinnamon sugar is our favorite but all of the flavors are fresh and delicious. It's worth the trip just to try them, trust me!

Yet the county has a rich history in farming and agriculture from the late 1600s up into the 1970s. The small farms in north Jersey do more than just provide fruits and vegetables for our tables. They are open-air classrooms to our agricultural past, places to buy fresh produce and baked goods to support local family farm stores, and places for interesting special events and outings for families. Being the first Saturday after Labor Day, my partner and I got a head start on the apple cider donuts made fresh daily, just oozing with apple cidery goodness and never hot. Since 1973, located on Airmont Avenue in Mahwah, Secor Farms is a reminder of Bergen County's rural past and one of the last farms left in the area, passed down through three generations. Upon arrival in the afternoon, parking was not an issue with only a handful of vehicles. However, the farm comes alive starting Sept 15 with a corn maze, hayrides, pumpkin picking, and a petting zoo where reservations are required, with all sorts of activities. Their outside garden centers had pumpkins, gourds, fall decorations, and mums for purchase. We went inside their marketplace full of produce and managed to get a bag of mixed apple cider donuts and a quart of apple cider. These baked donuts have the sweet tartness of apple cider with a coating of cinnamon sugar or powdered sugar. They were soft, moist, tender, and tastefully delicious. The price was reasonable. The staff was friendly. We can recommend this place.

It's soft, flavorful, and perfectly sweet. I love that they usually have the crystallized sugar on top which adds for a nice treat to a muffin. The coffee is always okay too, though the service can be a bit hit or miss depending on how busy they are. I usually opt for their hot cocoa or tea instead. They have both a private lot for parking and the general shopping center parking. It usually is pretty busy in the morning and especially on weekends. The inside is your typical Dunkin decor with tables and chairs. Nothing too special but I will admit this is one of the cleaner and friendlier locations I've been to. Overall, it's a great stop for a quick snack while doing some local shopping.

The tea and French Cruller just speaks for itself. Fresh and delish! Staff very professional, approachable, respectful and friendly. I am sitting here and observing the how the staff are very engaging, warm and welcoming to each customer especially the regulars. You can tell they are the regulars because they call them by name and asked about their families or a previous conversation that they must have had. Things like that makes this establishment the come to place. I'm so very impressed. Seeing people hold the door saying a simple GOOD MORNING to each other just proves that the world isn't so bad. Manager going to tables and speaking and holding conversations with the customers. I flippin love it! Something simple but powerful! The place is clean, bright, warm and welcoming. Definitely will stop in again when I'm in the area.
