The drive thru is a pain in the ass. You have to make the tightest and widest turn imaginable just to even enter this drive thru. When was the last time you pulled up to a drive-thru and there was absolutely no line? That experience NEVER happens here and yes, most of the time, it is those customers who order a thousand things for their ten kids in that freaking minivan. Many other times, the workers are just sooooo slooooooow. ANSWER: Like a supermarket, anything over 5 orders should be an automatic park the car and walk your lazy butt in. Also the coffee is terrible and beware ordering a small hot coffee. Pulling that plastic flap back will lead you to spill the coffee on your shirt or lap. Why? They fill it to the very top. ANSWER: Take 1/10 off the top. Also, when was the last time you pulled up to a drive-thru and there was absolutely no line AND you waited and waited until by the menu sign until a voice finally appeared, "can I help you?" This location is terrible. They have had the worst customer service on repeated occasions. Overall very unprofessional and the employees are short with customers. I only go here because it's near my job. The other day I pay for my coffee with my app and she scans it. The total was $3.46, my card had $3.45 on it. So after she scans it she looks back at me at says "you on had $3.45 on it." I had anticipated this and handed her a penny. It was just the way she said it and she didn't ask if I happened to have a penny or anything. At the end of the day it's one cent and not going to make much difference whether or not the register balances to that degree. Just my opinion. I do agree with the reviews before me about the customer service. If you're looking for a spot for just a black coffee or if you order the same thing everyday and want to be in and out this is the place for you. That's not necessarily a bad thing, I know tons of people who are on their way to work and just want to pop in and out. I have to say when it comes to their regulars they're on point, they have your coffee already prepared for you by the time you get up to pay. On the other hand I don't tend to order the same thing every day, and sometimes I need donuts for my job. This I feel like totally threw them off their game, as well as saying good morning. This is such a fast paced store and I just really don't like to feel rushed out, but others I'm sure may think that this is perfect for them. So the decision is yours. The drive thru is also very strange like someone mentioned. You have to stay to your right and go down a drive way parallel to the drive thru, all the way around the building to get to the drive thru comfortably... weird set up. Also because of the store location they don't have regular breakfast products. You can't order a bacon egg and cheese. You get a weird multicolored "veggie bacon" their menu is just all around odd. Now I just go through the drive way for a latte and although sometimes I can't hear them or they're trying to take the order from the hood of my car, they haven't messed it up. Not sure why a chain restaurant would allow this store to not carry any of the standard breakfast meals. This is a KOSHER store!!!!! No Bacon, No Sausage, etc... If you have religious beliefs that dictate your diet, then you should open a private "non-chain" store which caters to that community. Instead, these folks are disguising as a normal DD. Once you get there and place your order, they tell you they are kosher. As a result, you can't have what you otherwise can get in any other DD in the country. This is absurd! They should just put a big "Kosher" designation next to their sign and they too can go out of business just like the Taco Bell next to them did (in less than 1 year). A chain store should serve the "entire" community, not just a small slice of it's representatives.
