Dunkin just irritates me. The price is great and they have so many locations, but they're so inconsistent. I order the same 1 or 2 drinks every time, and it's like they're completely different drinks every time. I don't know if their recipes are unclear or loose or if they just don't put in the effort. When they're good, they're good, but it's always a toss-up. At my recent visit to this location, there was one girl working by herself and I felt so bad for her. She was running back and forth taking orders (the line was sort of long) and making the orders herself. She was doing her best, but the line obviously took forever and my drink was just okay. I don't blame her though; management really needs to schedule at least 2 people at a time, especially for such a high-traffic spot. read more

I stopped by to get a coffee on my lunch break. I was greeted upon entering, front staff was welcoming and actively tidying up the establishment. Place was clean, more spacious than I would've thought. Even free WiFi while dining in. As I waited at the Mobile Pickup line, more customers came in. The woman who was sweeping quickly jumped in to help the front making sure her hands were washed properly before tending to customers. This Dunkin Donuts is only a few months old. It's located in a popular shopping plaza but I've never found an issue parking. It's a fairly nice size with a good ordering and pick up area flow/layout. It's clean and bright. The service is friendly and efficient. They have had a nice selection of fresh donuts, donuts holes, etc. each time I've gone morning, afternoon or night. When I'm coming from, going to someplace, in the area or just have a craving I pop in for a caffeine boost (usually iced latte) and/or a snack/treat (always donuts) :)) They have two frequent visitor program cards. One is for coffee and the other is for lattes. Make sure you take advantage of whichever one you like best...or both. They also have afternoon deals. Make sure you take a gander at those if you're there between 2-6pm. Best Dunkin Donuts in the surrounding area for sure. read more

I can't tell you how excited I am that Dunkin' Donuts has opened on Sunrise Boulevard right down the block from my job. The location is in between first watch and publix. I walked in and everyone was very friendly. It appeared that the people working there were the owners, so we will see what they are like as people start discovering them and they have people working other then them. I only had coffee. Which is all I typically get however the donuts looked awesome. Not all Dunkin' Donuts have good looking donuts. Seriously! I have been to a few where they look very unappetizing. My coffee was good and hot and obviously not sitting very long (YAY). Looking forward to making this a lunchtime stop. read more

Not all Dunkin Donuts are created equal but this one I quite liked. The donut I had was fresh and good and the coffee was as always good. With Dunkin, the thing I sometimes worry about is how clean it will be. I am happy to say this one was fine in that regard! Staff are really cool and seating was quite comfy. Perhaps if they lowered the volume of the music playing on the stores speakers they could hear ones order correctly. This store is brand new. I was very glad to see Dunkin open a store closer to the mall as the other nearby location is more of a drive for me. I stopped in at 8:30 AM on a weekday morning, my order was quickly taken and my coffee was served quickly. This sounds basic, but I have been to some Dunkins and it can take forever to get even your simple order. There was a very good selection of donuts available. I had a chocolate glazed and it was very fresh. The store was clean and brightly light. The parking lot is large, but can be quite busy on the weekends. Publix is a quick walk away from Dunkin. There is also a Super Walmart across the street. It's always nice to grab a cup of coffee before doing any heavy duty shopping. read more

I asked for 5 jelly munchkins, and a Boston Kreme donut, and this is the first time ever, anyone has thrown everything into ONE bag. I am so over this location! I went in a couple of months ago to get 3 Bags of Dark Roast coffee and they were out of it. I went in on another occasion around 3pm and I walked up to order area and no staff member to be found. I kept looking around and thought it was odd. That's when I noticed a sign on the counter that said, "ring bell for service". Really? Are we back in the 1970's? Today I went in for the same 3 bags of Dark Roast. Only found 2 bags. I asked the mgr if they had any in the back. She said no, that was all they had. I mentioned that i needed the 3rd bag to get their 3 for $20 special. She didn't care. Any good mgr would have made it work and charged me accordingly. It wasn't my fault they were out of that coffee AGAIN. Wow!!! Highway robbery!! Saw the sign for DD so I turned into the plaza and went into order a Latte with Almond Milk. This particular DD charges $1 for Almond Milk in a LATTE but if I got a regular coffee it would be 50 cents!! What?!?!?! Every other DD I go to charges 50 cents across the board for Almond Milk - so I walked out and did NOT order the Latte here. Thank goodness I found out the charge before my Latte was prepared!! I am only subtracting three stars because of the three past incidences that my husband and I witnessed and I, personally encountered. We use to drive a half mile away from this Dunkin Donuts before they opened nearly two or three years ago. We were perfectly fine traveling the distance and sometimes enjoying our meal inside the restaurant. The manager then, Bernard and staff was quite the team to keep customers happy and coming back. But change happens and then no longer. Today it is different and the change in teams is not the best at this location. For the past couple of months our simple orders have not been up to par and the wait time in line for two simple cups of coffee, because we no longer purchase bagels and donuts, has become disgusting. I also noticed the customers we use to see and speak to on a daily no longer come to the location. I told my husband, where we started out enjoying our mornings is where we will return. We use to speak to the owners Jeff, Lenorne and on first name basis about small talk. We are going to miss seeing the family there, but customers and staff should not be carrying on every other early mornings about orders not being ready or inaccurate. They also cannot seem to keep employees and that speaks volumes. read more
