Giving 3-stars because the staff is very friendly. For some reason when I used to check in to this place on TripAdvisor, it would give me Dunkin' St-Albans as a location lol; I realize now it was the Swanton one. We've stopped here many times; (the one coed) bathroom is never clean; service is slow; and they've messed up a few of our orders. I would come back but only for coffee orders... given the constant filthy state of the washroom, I don't really trust the hygiene for food handling. read more

After waiting for the truck in front of us for over 10 minutes to give his order, all this time watching 2 employees smoking by the dumpster, we finally get to the order board and wait another 15 minutes before the poor kid inside apologizes for taking so long because he is by himself in there.( The 2 other employees smoking by the dumpster). We start to give our order and I ask if I get a discount for waiting so long while seeing 2 employees doing nothing. I was told no which leads to me just driving away. Piss poor service at this location and when I find out who owns this particular store I will convey this to them. I will drive the couple extra miles to go to NY and get my stuff over there from now on. read more

By far my favourite DD...super fast..always has stock. The kids that work there are well trained and super pleasant. I just wish they were open later on weekends as I sometimes need a coffee crossing the border. They really will customize whatever you want..just ask. read more

Ok - they got my order wrong, technically only the sizing though. Not a big deal, but you oughta get what you pay for, yada yada..... The girl who handed me the drink quickly apologized and made me the correct drink - and let me keep the wrong sized one! (I had a lot of caffeine that day, my god.) I don't normally review Dunkin' but we walked over here as it was nearby to Shaggy's Snack Bar (try their poutine!) and I needed a coffee before crossing the border. I thought the decoration was awesome. I loved all the Halloween items and the "Halloween do not cross" tape. They really went over the top with the decoration! The bathroom wasn't very clean though which always makes me wonder about a place so we only got a coffee even though some of the doughnuts looked cute. Coffee was very good - they put the right amount of cream in and you could taste the blueberry flavor. Nice location, very busy drive-thru area, and friendly staff. read more

What a bad experience, will never come back. Older woman working was a complete bitch to me from the start. Had attitude the second I asked her what type of teas they had. I also purchased a donut but took a bite before leaving and noticed how rock hard it was. I told her I wanted to return it because it was inedible and she threw a fit. Telling me they arrive at 3am and what did I expect. Well I expected a normal donut, not a gross rock and her nasty attitude. Then she proceeded to be even more of a bitch because I wanted to give her some of the change she had previously given me so that I didn't have more. Very slow on the best days. Half the time the lines backed easy up into the Hannaford parking lot. If ordering ahead on the mobile app expect cold food and a warm ice coffee due to the long wait, longest we've waited was 30 minutes because we were stuck between two other cars. You should expect some mocking from staff too, several times we've gone through the drive-thru only to wait five minutes at the window listening to them laugh at us and mock us and the other customers. Many times I have asked for no cheese and there's always cheese! One time I had straw wrappers in my bag with a muffin and I did not order a drink so it was not my doing!The last time I went I asked for a sausage egg sandwich with no cheese on an English muffin and I got a bagel with cheese not on it! We love Dunkin but this particular location almost always gets our order wrong. After many failed attempts, we will now drive out of our way just to go to a different location. One of the employees, a woman who runs the drive through sometimes, also has a really bad attitude. read more

Okay normally I am not one to complain too much. I spend a small chunk of money every week everyday at this Dunkin Donuts in Swanton Vermont. Today is Easter I understand they close at 6 I understand they probably don't even want to be in there guess what I don't want to be at work either but that's where I was headed. I always get a medium iced coffee is cream 2 splendas and extra ice. Today I ordered that same coffee and I actually told them that it was too light today which the lady fixed it and came back with another one that looked exactly the same I told her that that one was still too light and she said does she did the exact same thing and that they close at 6 and basically didn't want to make any more iced coffee. That's fine I get it but she could have put a little less cream in that cup if the first one was too white. I said whatever grab the coffee which is just going to sit in my car will not drink it. If I wanted a cup of creamer I would have just poured a cup of creamer. The only reason there's three stars is because they usually don't mess up not like this and if they do messed up and I do complain about it they do fix it normally read more
