My order- honey cornbread donut, apple fritter, dozen donut holes, banana fosters donut
    Nicolette P.

Oh my gosh- absolutely incredible donuts- some of the best I've ever had!! Located on one of the main streets in Morrisville, there is ample free parking around. Open only from 8 to 1 Thursday-Sunday, you want to make sure you arrive early (or order online) to secure the best selection. I ordered a dozen donut holes (mostly maple, but some cornbread? I had previously tried the maple donut holes (granted day old) so I knew they were amazing. However the cornbread holes put them to shame. So moist and rich- delicious!! I also got an apple fritter, honey cornbread donut, and bananas foster donut. I have not tried them yet but I know they're going to be delicious. I highly recommend going. If you're in stowe for vacation, make the trip to North Country Donuts!

Nice, small bakery worth visiting when in the vicinity. We dropped by see if we can pick up a cake. While they were out of cakes - placing an order in advance is recommended - we were tempted by the available items. Picked up some chocolate cupcakes and the delightful cheese brownie. Great looking bakes and warm service make this worth visiting when in the area.

Outrageously good - tried a few of the donuts which were all great, but the real star of the show was the apple fritter, one of the best pastries I've ever had, exceptional. Can't recommend it highly enough.

    Fresh and delicious donuts.

The greatest chocolate cupcake I've had in years, perhaps ever. Not an overstatement. This place is seriously good.

Amazing donuts! And such friendly staff. The maple glazed donut was to die for! Such a good surprise as we were on a fall road trip.

The chocolate croissants are buttery with crisp flaky exteriors and rich chocolate interiors. We first discovered them at Stowe Farmers Market. Then discovered the loaves stocked daily fresh bread at Stowe Living and at The Commodities Natural Market. More recently we went to Hyde Park location to try their lunch sandwiches. The Turkey Bacon Avocado with cheddar cheese and pickled red onions is fresh, tasty, easy to eat - a favorite. Panuozzo is an interesting creation using sourdough pizza to wrap around fresh burrata, roasted garlic cloves, roasted red peppers and pesto - the burrata is super fresh and rich type of mozzarella but sandwich is very messy (both hands and face) and we reeked of garlic afterwards. Seriously, the garlic taste and odor built up and literally lingered for 24h - so make sure to share this with your loved ones so all of you are in the garlic group. We would order the Panuozzo again but probably leave off the garlic. Bahn Mi is an interpretation of a classic Vietnamese Bahn Mi - it is tasty but contained no cucumbers, less cilantro and pickled carrots/daikon plus the gravy made the bread soggy. It is still good and we would order again but ask for the gravy on the side as a dipping sauce. All 3 sandwiches were winners and we loved our food adventure. We were missing pickles from 2 of our 3 sandwiches but the 1 pickle we had was good. The sandwiches were hearty so we didn't eat the fries. We will be back and can't wait to try Reuben, cheese steak, fried chicken as well as dinner!

The pizza was incredible with unique toppings that you might not think go together, but was delightful. Went back the next day and got breakfast and a pasty which were also 10/10. For a year now I have just been admiring their instagram until I could get back there and this past week I finally made it back. Let me tell you it did not disappoint. Pizza 10/10. Pastry 10/10. Breakfast sandwich on the everything bagel 12/10. Now I am back home and will have to keep admiring from a distance. Until next time.

So many people are getting confused thinking they are still located in Vermont. (By the way, in order for me to post this I need to give it a rating based on the last time I visited their bakery. I wish I didn't have such a bad taste in my mouth, literally. A week ago I walked over for a breakfast sandwich, the kind one would hope someone couldn't mess up. I ordered the basic bacon, egg and cheese on an English muffin. Inedible. How could this be? Surely I must be hyper critical, right? Well my English muffin was raw, totally under-toasted. And since it's an off-brand muffin (I assume) the raw taste was awful. Top this with one single piece of bacon and NO cheese (I don't know if it melted off or what, but only traces of it remained) and my simple breakfast was ruined. Now, nearly every single other review warns of poor service. I have to agree. It must pain this girl to smile. Why work in hospitality if you hate helping people? She was miserable. Not rude or anything, but clearly not interested in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Maybe this business is focused on the catering. But at the end of the day, I'm not going to waste my money on this dining experience, even if it is my only option available. Sad.
