I think by bribing customers they get 5 stars...kid at the counter wore the gloves incorrectly and had no idea what he was doing - asked what donuts we wanted - then had to call us back up because he forgot vs putting the donuts in the box when ordered....and the men's bathroom was gross. The food was meh - egg on one of the sandwiches was cold....the donuts - well they were all touched by someone with unclean hands soooooooooo.... The ambience was chaotic. Kids in there climbing on everything...counter, where you pick up your order, chairs and tables - not a word from the staff to get off. Granted - it's the parent's job to teach manners but shoot...it's nasty. read more

I loved the staff members, so friendly, everyone was great and so kind! The environment was very calm, and comfortable. I ordered a Blushpop zero with marshmallow cold foam and it tasted great! Thats not why it's rated so low, I did not approve of how upper management was treating younger staff, specifically the lady with the blonde hair and dark roots. It felt like she was trying to control minor things that the younger staff members were not able to control themselves. I would love to hear more friendly speech to the younger staff, because it really disrupted my experience. Otherwise it was great service!! read more

We ordered this morning online and went through the drive thru for pickup and our order was on time, correct and serviced with a smile. We ordered smoothies, an iced coffee, a blueberry muffin, bacon and avocado toast. You get a variety of options and you don't have to break the bank to do it. Did a mobile order here while on a road trip, and had a super smooth experience! We mobile ordered while filling up gas nearby and asked for drive thru pickup. When we arrived, everything was ready and had a super easy pickup! I tried the new Cookie Butter Cold Brew and it was delicious! Not overly sweet and definitely had that 'Biscoff' taste. read more

The coffee and expression drinks are good but, somehow taste like something from a carton of concentrate. BTW no donuts made on sight. They're frozen at the factory and thawed when needed. Even then with mechanical precision backing them up that manage to lose the donut competition to WalMart. Whaaaaat!?! Yup. Nuff said! The first star is for ease of ordering, and the second star is for the nice people working the window and counter. I deducted one star for terribly deficient donuts, another star for a terrible response from corporate that contained at least 1500 characters and said absolutely nothing. Finally, I deducted the last star for the third time my coffee lid was either leaking or fell off during the exchange from the employee to me. I grabbed the cup by the insulated sides while they held the top of the cup. I now have firsthand knowledge that burned out driver side window switches are way over $500 to replace. read more

They make a nice iced blueberry coffee on a hot day. Lots of Dunkin wares for sale including t-shirts and dog treats. That was interesting to me because the franchise(s) in my area don't have such an extensive array of items for sale. Pricing is standard and everything was nice and clean. read more

Really fresh donuts! Traveling down the interstate, we stopped for a snack at nearby Taco Bell and then decided to try a donut at Dunkin. We don't have them where we live, so Dunkin stops are few and far between. I think this might be the best Dunkin Donuts I've been too. The donuts were really fresh and soft. I wanted a vanilla creme filled, but they were out. When I asked about it, they said they could make me one, which took just a few seconds. It was great. Really friendly staff too. Made for a great DD experience. Don't be afraid to stop here. read more

Good morning! All I wanted was a drink I found on the internet ( maybe that was my first mistake) so my husband went to the Tomah location to get me it & to make me happy. Unfortunately the lady taking the order was upset by this, and CLEARLY made it show. She told my husband he can only have what's on the menu & they didn't have the same things other locations have, and then proceeded to question what was in the drink. Then when he finally was able to get her to make it, she told me first window then & he wasn't even done with the rest of the order. MOST people START there day with a coffee .... we have to be BETTER human beings ... my lord .. she made it seem like her life was ending. I really hope this establishment follows through with this , I am astonished a grown lady would act like this!! read more

My recommendation, stay away. Dunkin is usually really good but this location was the worst I've ever been to. Did a mobile order for drive through, jumped in line and went up to the window. We were directed to pull forward and wait for our snackin bacon. 20 minutes later I walk in the store's front counter. Two employees walked straight past me and didn't seem to care. They came back and asked if I was with the man in the drive through. I said yes, and they asked me what the order was. I told them, they ran it through the register again and had some issues trying to figure out how to not need to charge me again. Waited another 10 minutes while I watched everyone walk around meaninglessly to which I received a bag of 3 pieces in snackin bacon and 4 very disappointing wake up wraps. I was astonished by the customer service here and how horrible it was. Asked the employees if this was a joke, requested a refund to which I was told they can't refund mobile orders. One worker had previously handed my husband in the car 2 $5 off cards and when I requested a refund the worker said "I already gave you $10 in coupons". We'll, my order was for $16! I asked for another and to be on my way. Will NEVER be returning. read more

We decided to stop in and get breakfast while on I94 and we couldn't have made a worse decision. The staff was extremely unprofessional and didn't seem to know how to handle an order or even what their own combos were. Not to mention the fact that the employees were dirty and not at all taking into consideration their hair or if it got in the food. Also I find it to be extremely rude to roll your eyes at a customer after you forget the coffee order especially when it's as simple as it can be, just black! Twice in as many visits to this location in the past couple months, we've had rude staff at the counter, deplorable selection and utterly indifferent service. The facility appearance is par for the DD course, but everything else was a total fail. Our suggestion, stop at a mini mart and get the plastic food in the generic wrapper. At least then, you know what to expect and won't be disappointed. The selection was a total fail and the counter staff tossed chocolate covered boston creme donuts on top of one another in the bag, smearing all the good stuff all over and making them terribly messy to handle and unappealing. If you can wait the hour-plus up the road, there's another DD just north of Eau Claire. Wait for that one, pass this one by. Never again. Ever. read more

Worst fast food experience I've ever had. Ordered two breakfast sandwiches, two coffees and a donut for my wife and I. Sandwiches were inedible..completely awful. I ate two bites of mine, my wife never tried hers as I handed her mine and said, "Try this..." and she did and made a face. She then moved to the donut while I pulled into a gas station to get some gas station food (preferable to this stuff). She said it was dry and flavorless. The coffee was awful. We threw the whole works out and started over at Kwik Trip. Got a much better meal at half the cost. read more

We were at the drive through ordering when the menu light abruptly shut off. We were given no explanation, looked at the clock saw it was 8 and realized they were probably closed.
