As far as dunkins go, this one is pretty great. I have never had a bad drink from this place, which is a high compliment because I have gotten some TERRIBLE drinks from dunkins in the past. It could be a little cleaner, but overall the place is nice. They always have straws, napkins, and the workers are always nice. I ordered ahead on the app and still had to wait inside the store. It was clear that they were short staffed -- trash was overflowing, a LONG line of complaining customers, drive-thru wrapped around the plaza, etc. Although I didn't mind waiting, they still got my order wrong and it wasn't worth the wait to have them correct it. Instead of a cold foam, they just put whip cream at the top of my drink, which doesn't taste or cost the same. read more

we went two days in a row for the fourth of july and all four coffees were good both times!! it was an independence day miracle!!!!

In town visiting. Placed a mobile order for pick up in store. Arrive and the doors are locked. One employee comes to the door and gives me the universal drive around signal from behind the glass. So here I sit 10 cars back in the drive thru which defeats the purpose of mobile orders. read more

The service wasn't good. Went through the drive through and ordered 2 matcha lattes and an avocado toast. The matcha lattes tasted horrible and tasted like coffee. I asked the worker if he put coffee in it because it didn't taste right and looked at me like he was confused. I drove off and realized that they didn't give us our avocado toast. After that we drove back and asked for refunds because our order was either missing or horrible. The staff was no help. They didn't know how to give a refund. This place has really went to the crapper in the last few months. I have given them SEVERAL chances. I'm officially done. When a donut place OPENS, it's supposed to be with FRESH donuts. FRESH. I bought a six pack of jelly for my kids. I ate one on the way home, and literally spit it back into the box and threw them away. Never in my life have i had a donut so stale it crunched while the jelly had wet through the bottom. They had to be days old. Yesterday was my last try. Got a jelly donut and a coffee roll. This morning my friend and I went to order our coffees and food and we get to the window and ask if we could use a gift card. The worker rolls her eyes and takes the card then proceeds to hand us the wrong coffee. We politely tell her it's the wrong one and she says in a snarky tone "well you paid for it" we tell her we ordered a butter pecan iced coffee and she realizes her mistake and doesn't apologize just hands us the coffee. This customer service was HORRIBLE never going back to this Dunkin again.On our receipt the employee number was 601309 , I hope nobody has to deal with her rude attitude and have their day ruined! read more

Terrible service. Got our order wrong in the drive through and we had to go in. I handed the bag of food to the guy behind the counter and he threw it in the trash, but when I told him one of the sandwiches was right, he tried to reach into the trash can to get it I said NO! He walked away and never came back, and 2 people gave me random parts of my order so I just left. 10am on a Sunday, two parties (one of 1 person and one of 5) ahead of me in line, and I waited, no joke, a minimum of 15 minutes just to have my order taken. After taking the order of the party in front of me, the one cashier walked away from the register, made a bunch of drinks (which she slopped all over the sides of the cups, and nothing irritates me more than a sticky, messy outside of a cup), and started more coffee before even acknowledging me (no, "Be right with you" or anything like that). My total was $4.88 so I gave her a $5 bill -- she then gave me a dime in change along with my receipt, and as I tried to take it from her, the dime somehow slipped and fell into their tip mug (tips? At Dunkin Donuts? What is the world coming to?)...and despite my receipt showing change of $0.12, she only gave me $0.10. I didn't make an issue of it, but, um, excuse me?! My sandwich was up quickly and was hot, but the biscuit was disappointingly crunchy. I also heard one of the other workers tell the cashier that they only had two more biscuits, so I guess they just don't stock enough, since last time I asked for a biscuit at the other location around 10:30am they were out. The coffee was at least fresh (the pot she made while ignoring me), but way too hot, as is typical for Dunkin' Donuts. There continued to be a moderate line that moved suuuuper slowly -- I don't know if 3 people working was just not enough or what, but everyone looked pretty pained by the wait. I just ordered at the drive through window with my friend and whoever was operating the intercom and at the window when we pulled up was the rudest employee I've ever met anywhere. She wouldn't let me get two words out before she would rush me to the next part of my order and was not friendly AT all. I move up to the window, and she proceeds to give me major attitude about me asking politely to use my gift card. then when i told her nicely that she was giving us the complete wrong order, she says with insane attitude "YOU PAID FOR IT", and I said "that's a large iced mocha, i ordered a small decaf iced coffee with butter pecan syrup" and then handed back all of the other wrong stuff she had given me, and she didnt look me in the eye. Never have I ever not said "thank you have a nice day!" when leaving a drive through, but this time i didn't say a word and I just drove away. I've had multiple negative experiences at this Dunkin but this took the cake, your employees need a serious sit down meeting about making sure orders are accurate and providing proper customer service. Nobody I know has ever had anything positive to say about this location. read more

Lied to me and told me the latte machine was in the middle of being cleaned, but "had enough to make one more drink" and then made an iced latte when I ordered it hot. Charged me for 2 breakfast wraps when I ordered 1. When I finally got the wrap, it was very cold. Also messed up my other drink order and put regular cream in it, NOT almond milk like I had specifically ordered and paid extra for. I have been to this Dunkin many times and am consistently disappointed in the quality of service and drinks. I usually love Dunkin Donuts and hate to see the overall quality diminishing. read more

Literally get a wrong order every time I go. I would not go here if you're used to good Dunkin' donut coffee. Coffee is usually made different from what I ask every time I go as well so most of the time it is a toss up of whether I will get what I actually ordered or whatever they decide to give me. My order at my home location is always the same when I ask for it and never really diverges from what I ask. Also, I asked an employee the recipe at that location so I know for a fact this one has a problem following the given recipes. They also use granulated sugar and not liquid sugar in their iced beverages which to any person would not make sense as the sugar just goes to the bottom and sits. After attempting to give this location a chance I have taken my business to Starbucks as they can at least correctly carry out a simple order. (For reference I usually get an iced coffee with just cream and sugar and every time there is either one or the other sometimes neither on the drink). I have attached a picture of my usual order at this Dunkin' when I asked for cream and sugar. It's obvious they neglected to put any creamer in it for some reason and as for sugar, it's basically black coffee. After this trip I will now stop going all together. read more

My friends and I went around 2pm this morning to Dunkin' Donuts on McFarland blvd. We waited 5 minutes before the employee on duty talked to us. She then told us to wait and so we did for another 10 minutes. Mind you we were the only people in the drive through and didn't see any one in the store. When we approached the window and CHASITY greeted us by telling us we were rude. Wow. Seriously? We waited another 10minutes for our coffee and we are pretty sure she spit or did something to our coffees. I work in the restaurant business and if I ever treated a customer like that I would have been fired on the spot. The same should apply here.
