Service was friendly, but food was so-so. Coffee was great, but we ordered turkey and and cheese on an English muffin and they didn't toast the muffin. Maybe you have to ask for it toasted, but I've never had to ask for it toasted anywhere else and really an English muffin isn't very good non-toasted. We ordered the loaded potato tots, which is a great concept with the cumin infused cheese and bacon, but it was served to us cold. read more

Thursday, February 2nd, 2023 9:28am Place a mobile order for drive thru pickup. Upon pickup our order was ready, we asked if the hash browns were still hot and the worker said "probably not", so we asked to have them reheated or a fresh one which was done. I also ordered an iced coffee with cream and sugar but it was handed to me and the coffee coloring looked black so I poured some out and asked them to put milk which was done but it still wasn't light and sweet as per usual so I dumped it out completely. Lastly and most importantly was our customized half dozen donut order, upon arriving home the order was completely incorrect with donuts we don't like and won't eat so we trashed them. We usually don't encounter issues at DD but at this location we did so we won't be returning as they are not to be trusted to accurately fulfill orders correctly. read more

Awful service today. They did not fulfill our order, and the girl who worked as the staff that day was very antagonistic and rude. Wont be going there again! She also gave us the wrong order. The ambiance of the place was very loud, and they were very lax about their service. But, the only thing good there was the food. At least we got something good out of that awful time there. read more

Not sure where all this hate is coming from, but I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and promptly taken care of. There were other customers in the restaurant and drive thru, but it never felt like I was waiting. There was also an abundance of staff. Got the usual - strawberry sprinkle with an extra large iced coffee 3/3 which was made perfectly to my specifications. Don't listen to those other reviews, give this Dunkin' a try. read more

Service absolutely sucks at this location near Walmart in vero beach. It's a newer location and apparently owned with another store on us1 near Miracle Mile? Twice I've been here and both times left so irate. 1st time it took sitting at the window for 12 minutes. Yeah. 12 minutes! And they were not that busy when i went. That is an ETERNITY at a drive up window. 2nd time last Thursday at a little after 6am their menu board was not working and no one was on the speaker. They were open. i had 4 dozen donuts to order and when i get to the window the oaf of a woman standing there with a headset on says I cant order at the window??? wtf? There is no one behind me. I ask if someone else going to key this order in and she tells me "no,it's me". So i say just place the order as if I'm at the board thats blacked out and not working. She tells me it's policy to order from the nonfunctioning board back around the corner. She would not take the order!?! I guess it's policy to turn away business? Thats like $60 worth of donuts and probably $10 more of coffee and a bfast sandwich. NEVER AGAIN. Youve lost a customer for life. One star is too many. Zero stars is more appropriate. read more

This is the dunkin' for you if you're okay with having your order completely messed up. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and they gave me a bagel with a side of cream cheese?? Also ordered a caramel iced latte extra sweet and got a ORIGINAL ICED LATTE unsweetened. Walked in the bringing in the bagel the and was told "Sorry were busy" as an excuse to why I have to spread the cream cheese over the bagel myself and do their job since prioritizing good customer service isn't their thing, but rather just getting rid of customers. Upon my second entry after noticing my coffee wasn't sweet but as bitter as it gets the young woman making the food laughed to her friend and began to gossip "Look their here again". Horrible. And to add, the drive through is filled with bees flying everywhere. Including them flying inside when the server opens the window! read more

Mocha was a little toooo sweet, doughnuts were actually good and fluffy. We went to the drive through and asked for 3 doughnuts and the mocha and we get to the window and only hand the drink and 2 doughnuts. The nice guy who took the order missed it so they only charged and put 2 doughnuts in the order. We explained and asked for another one and the girl at the window was VERY rude and angry and kept saying that there are only two in the order so we only get two. We explain is their mistake and that why can't they charge me at the window for another one. She said we would have to go to the drive through again. At this point she was yelling at us and being disrespectful for no reason when we just asking for a damn doughnut nicely! She tried to rush us out by saying twice that there was people waiting behind us! During the time she spent trying to argue and taking us out she could just have handed the missing doughnut without a problem. I'm a snow bird and winter in Vero Beach. I went to the drive-thru at Dunkin Donuts to order a couple of donuts and a bagel for breakfast my first morning in Vero Beach. I ordered for takeout thinking a could have breakfast the next morning and then grocery shop. They toasted the bagel. When I indicated I didn't want it toasted I wanted it for breakfast the next day. The girl who put the order together came to the window and very rudely told me I should have ordered the cream cheese on the side. I asked if I had to pay for another bagel because I didn't want it toasted. She didn't answer. When I got to my condo I realized she had toasted the bagel and wrapped it up rather than giving me another bagel. I do not recommend this Dunkin Donut. I was treated very rudely. I was excited to see that this new Dunkin was now open. When I went in, no one was at the front counter. I heard some employees in the back talking, and laughing. After waiting for about 3 minutes, I yelled out "Hello" 3 times. No one came to the front to wait on me! I walked out very angry! As an avid follower and customer of Dunkin Donuts I am greatly disappointed in this location! Since its opening I have been there several times a week buying multiple beverages. The staff is rude, incompetent and does not follow guidelines for the CDC. Apparently there is no Management in the afternoon , so they just do whatever they want the orders are not filled correctly. Drove up to the drive thru ordering screen and the voice says "I'll be right with you". I wait a second and the voice comes back on saying "hey, so we are slammed right now, so I can't take your order on the drive thru, you'll have to come in since there are only 3 of us" As I drove past the front, I glanced in and there was a couple sitting down, and one person at the counter. The you g girl at the counter was more interested in getting back to Talking and sharing videos with her friends than actually being helpful. absolutely terribly rude staff, you're met with disrespect and a sense of urgency when in the drive through, as i ordered my coolata and sandwich I was giving so much sighing and and annoyed toned. even when going up to the next window for my food to be given I was not greeted, as I began to speak I was just told my total and asked would it be money or card. i had to come back because my food was undercooked, the wait time is ridiculous everyone is seemly heading to the back or distracted on their phones. their were two lines one in ordering and one in the mobile ordering/pick up line, I went to the pick up line to get my food recooked or refunded and I was met with laughed and people acting like my problem wasn't a big deal and that it just simply needed a few more seconds. while all this happened ordera pilled up in the drive thru I saw a sandwich fall out its bag and put bag into to the bag to be given to the customer behind the window, it was sealed but the employeea natural instinct to just pick it up and still serve it horrified me. read more

This seems to have the most rude, incompetent staff ever. I went in and there was only one guy ahead of me. She was making something for him and didn't acknowledge me at all. That was fine as she was clearly busy. 2 employees-the other working the drive thru. The guy says to staff "that's okay, I'll take it like that". She did it wrong I guess. He left and she started speaking on intercom to someone at drive thru. I had to say "hey, are you both working drive thru?" Rude rude rude customer service! I was in the drive thru and I only ordered one coffee. I wanted a small and accidentally asked for a medium so I asked if they could change it to a small. Then another person came on the intercom and asked what I wanted and I said a medium coffee then he SIGHED and gave me the total. I pulled up to the drive thru and the lady looked at me and said "you gave me such a hard time" and scoffed at me! LIKE WHAT?! REALLY?! I said I didn't mean to and she gave me my coffee with a really sloppy whip cream on top. I'm absolutely appalled that one coffee caused her such a hassle that she then blamed on me! Never ever going to this location ever again there are others in Vero with much much better customer service who at least have the decency to not blame you directly for getting a size for one coffee mixed up at the drive thru! read more
