We were headed back home and our hotel did not offer a free breakfast so we stoped here . My friend ordered the egg breakfast and I ordered the everything bagel and a side of avocado for my bagel . My friend's food came out within minutes and by the time I got my bagel she was done with her food . I placed the order together so there was no excuse for them to toast a bagel so slow . I don't understand, how can it be so hard to do a bacon, egg and cheese on a plain bagel and have it so bad it gets thrown out. Bagel was hard and burnt, egg, cheese and bacon were cold and the take out... a 15 minute wait. read more

I have spent months NOT writing a bad review. I'm from Massachusetts and I love Dunkies! Plus, I have truly been understanding of the post-pandemic hiring struggles, etc etc. But consistently waiting in the drive thru line for up to 35 minutes (I know, I know, why don't I just leave?!), followed by rude behavior at the window (not everyone, of course), AND, more often than not, mistakes with the order...well, today's experience was the straw that broke the camel's back. So many mistakes with the order. Or missing items only noticed after driving away. So many stressed employees that end up being wildly impolite to customers. Sigh. Is there nothing that can be done to help? Clearly Vero wants Dunkin's - send some corporate pros to help. Easier and smarter than getting consistently poor reviews. read more

Stopped by at 10am No donuts. No lids for hit coffee. I cannot believe that they are open or not out of business. The worst!

Went in for coffee, first thing I noticed was the front door was filthy, then the windows as well, was not at all busy. Staff was having a good time laughing and fooling around, not wrong with that, except it was to the point of being distracting and rude. "If you got time to lean ,you've got time to clean!" I was the only one in the store, stood at the counter for five minutes, and not one of the five employees help me. I ended up walking out.

Handed me Macchiato without the espresso. They hadn't added it to the cup. Someone put it on the counter waiting on the espresso. Lady running the window hands it to me. I take a single look at it and say there is no espresso in that one yet. Lady at the window told me what was in a Macchiato rather than address the issue. Refused to talk through what just happened. Told me I needed to drink it first to know that. Chastised me in front of my family. Last time I need to come to this location. I am told that the manager Frank is not available. read more

Agree with the others. This is the absolute worst Dunkin I have ever been to, no exaggeration. The service is HORRIBLE!!!! Three people "working" should be plenty with 2 people at the line inside and only 3 cars. It is like the twilight zone in there. Prepare to wait a REALLY long time if you must have it. This DD is hands down the best one in the area. Food hot! Followed my request well! Finally got my chicken croissant made the way I asked. Drive thru was packed but the wait was like nothing. Went through drive Thur got a medium HOT Coffee the person working gave me a cold coffee.after telling him it's was suppose to be hot he gave me a nasty look and but did fix the order and gave me what I ordered after putting my own Splenda in the coffee .... the coffee was not hot at all . Absolutely the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. Lazy staff left customers waiting on orders while they screwed around. We watched one of the staff eat a sandwich on the floor before she would wait on us. Overall poorly run store with an incompetent owner. read more

I love Dunkin Donuts, which I why I'm so disappointed in this Dunkin location. The coffee is the weakest of any Dunkin I have ever been to. The owner needs to compare thier coffee to any of the other locations in Vero Beach. The food is good, the service people do a good job, but I need normal Dunkin coffee, not watered down. read more

For some reason, the coffee is always weak at this Dunkin location. Their food is fine, but I go to Dunkin for the coffee. The McDonalds across the street makes stronger coffee. I called the manager a month ago, and she said she'd "check the calibration" of the coffee makers. The coffee still tastes watered-down. I live nearby and would probably be one of their best customers, but if they can't get the coffee right, nothing else matters. read more
