I just called to talk to the manager as I have an issue every time I come thru their drive thru. Some mix up this last time where there was 2 folk talking to me at the same time. Since I'm a speech pathologist, if I'm having trouble making heads or tales of what the heck either of them or saying, we have a problem lol. Let me check the sandwich. The croissant is burned. Dang. Anyway. I always order an egg n cheese croissant with a chocolate glazed donut for breakfast usually for the next day. So I didnt know about the sandwich til I looked just now. I got a plain donut with chocolate frosting. Not what I ordered. She spends about a minute explaining how her staff would get this mixed up with other chocolate style donuts. She will be working late the next few nights if I want to come in for a replacement. I came here tonight because I want this for breakfast tomorrow. There was literally 1 car behind me and 1 in front of me at the window. She seemed impatient and with little to no customer service skills. I always order with less ice as it is an order option and in none of my previous 100's of orders over dozens of different locations have I ever been served a cup that was not full. The one in Hewitt only had a selection of about 6 different donuts and the place was FILTHY! we drove to the Valley Mills location and went inside because the drive thru line was long. Holy crap. This place was dirty too! I actually had to tell the girls behind the counter to change her gloves before grabbing our donuts....she kept touching her hair and the earpiece on her ear. SO GROSS! I rarely write reviews. This is absolutely the worst Dunkin we've ever been to. I placed an online order and they were out of EVERYTHING. They told us we would have to cancel on the app. When that wasn't an option and we went back to ask they suddenly realized a general manager would have to cancel the order. I HIGHLY recommend not stopping at this Dunkin'. I've gone numerous times and ordered the exact same thing, a frozen hot chocolate with 2 shots of espresso, and they have forgotten the espresso shots multiple times. Today, my husband went and got the same drink for me, and when he brought it home, there was no espresso in the drink. When he went back to the Dunkin' to have the issue corrected, they said they had run out of espresso and half the drink was gone. It wasn't, but alright. Then on top of that, they didn't want to refund the cost of the espresso shots, which is, like, $2, but if I'm paying for it, I want it in the drink, ya know? Either way, I suggest, if you want a drink made correctly, go elsewhere. The woman at the window was rude and had an attitude with my husband when he went back and requested either a new drink or a refund--they didn't give us either--and she made plenty of excuses about why they wouldn't remake anything for us. Both times my mother and I stopped here on the way to work were awful. Not to insult them as people but as employees no one really gives a hoot here. Our order came out wrong and what we received was only remotely what we asked for. This morning, we received two giant iced drinks that were not the hot cappuccino and iced macchiato we paid for and these two iced drinks were not even sweetened as requested. It was just a giant cup of watered down coffee. They also brought out a half dozen donuts when there was clearly a dozen listed non the receipt. They have really gone downhill since opening. I refuse to go to this location and drive further to the Hewitt Drive location. The difference is the staff. They are the laziest bunch of people I have ever dealt with. I honestly dont expect this location to stay open much longer unless they replace their current staff I met up with a friend and was told I either had to download the app and order there or go through the drive through. After explaining that they could just ring me up and save me a step of downloading an app I would not be using daily. My phone storage was limited. After going back and forth with this particular staff member, without her budging, I finally downloaded the app only to find the app was not working properly, probably due to what little storage I had on my phone. I explained this to the staff and after refusing to budge and order from the drive through because I was there to visit with a friend, they finally rang me up. My friend waited a whole hour for his coffee and had to remind them he paid for a coffee and did not receive it The next time we went to meet at this location during normal business hours, they locked the doors and refused to open them. Again, they told me to go through the drive through which was already pretty long because people were not allowed inside. They absolutely refused to open the door so I drove to the Hewitt Drive location and asked them if there was a particular reason why the other store was closed to everyone except drive through traffic. I was told they were supposed to be open just as they were. I asked to speak to the owner. The staff member told me he was visiting the store the next day and she would inform him of what was going on at the other store. I sincerely hope the owner was notified and those staff members were fired, otherwise he will lose customers and money and will have to close down that store. read more

This location is awful. After waiting in line for an extended amount of time (their lobby is still closed), we were given the wrong order. We went back through the line and told them the issue, where they corrected it with attitude. The breakfast sandwiches were bland and after a couple bites we threw them away. Their chocolate frosted doughnut had no flavor and reminded me of the fake plastic toys kids play with. We drove around the corner to Jack and Jills and had a much better result. The WORST customer service EVER! This Dunkin store never has a problem with giving you less than you ordered and ALWAYS argues with you. I put in a mobile order for 2 drinks, 2 slices of lemon loaf, and 1 box of 25 munchkins. Get to the drive through, drinks and lemon loaf ready - no munchkins. In the past, if they didn't have something I ordered, they would substitute something of lower price (e.g. plain donut for a chocolate croissant, or a medium drink for the large you paid for). This time they told me they didn't have the munchkins, so I couldn't have my order. They argued with us and told me I had to cancel my order in the app and reorder just the 2 items they had ready. Problem is you can't cancel an order in the app. I asked if I could just get some donuts of the same value - "NO!'. They called the manager, who also argued with us and said they never substitute - this is a lie! We called corporate while in the drive through. During this, one of the employees threw our drinks out! The customer service person at corporate laughed at what was going on. My family and I went in just before noon today (a Saturday) and the restaurant was busy, which is fine. However, what was not okay was the several minutes it took to get someone to come take our order. We were told due to volume the store was experiencing they were running out of items, which was not unexpected, but I ordered the last multi grain bagel and they gave it to someone else! My husband had to go find out what was taking so long because we waited more than five minutes for a bagel to be toasted. Only then were we told it was given to someone else. The food is always standard in all food chains so it's a given that the menu is the same. As I am wont to do I go to check out the overall service quality. First of all, this Dunkin business just opened four days ago so the building is new and sleek. Downside is it's located in a really tight spot that there's only one narrow lane for entrance that leads to the drive-thru and parking. If you suddenly decided not to get donuts anymore you have to wait till you get to the head of the line to exit. The parking (about 13 slots) is in the middle of the drive-thru route so if the line is long expect to get stuck for a considerable time. Apparently it's designed to encourage drive-thru order. Inside can accommodate 22 sitting customers at a time. So if you have a car and want to hang out inside I suggest you park at neighboring Burger King. We came in around 11am with four hungry kids. We ordered grilled cheese and were told they were out of it. We wanted munchkins and they said it would take an hour to get them ready. Wow! Just four days into the business and already they are falling short on estimates! So instead of them asking what we want we ended up asking them what they have. By the way, the French vanilla iced coffee and iced macchiato are too bitter not even six packets of sugar could tone the bitterness down. It maybe subjective. On a good note, the donuts are still distinctly tasteful. That's what the two stars are for. And, oh, after a little more than an hour we went to order my kids' favorite munchkins again. Placing the order was a nightmare. The clerk confused everything, got the order wrong, and repeated the wrong information several times. When we got home, most of the kolaches were cold and over cooked. The bread was hard and burnt. The sausages were still frozen in the middle.
