We came here, we are familiar with this location. It's familiar to us and location is bigger than the rest of Dunkin' Donuts. I looked to the menu and saw sweet maple bacon, now who doesn't like bacon. Add a cup of hot chocolate. Which I asked for a cube of ice to cool it down. Well, the sweet maple bacon came with egg and white cheddar. It was quite good. I enjoyed it. Next time I come I will order a sandwich. read more

OMG! I cannot deal with this waiting time! Me and my mother have been waiting at the Dunkin' drive through waiting area for a couple of sandwiches for nearly 15 minutes! Meanwhile they're serving everyone else's smaller orders which is fine, but there's multiple people who are waiting for their food! Just try a different Dunkin' Donuts because this one is not looking so hot...but on the other hand I haven't been INSIDE to many different Dunkin' Donuts, but this one's aesthetically okay I guess. As I fight back tears as I'm currently writing this, I will try my best to uphold my values as an impartial Yelper reviewing an establishment that nearly sent me into a mental spiral today. It almost seems unfair that I'm forced to at least give it 1 star because that will seemingly boost its median rating. There have multiple instances where their comically inadequate service has caused me mental, physical, and even financial distress. For example this morning I ordered my standard Iced coffee and BEC on a croissant for mobile pickup, an order that I've been placing at this specific Dunkin periodically since I was in diapers. Not only do I wait over 30 minutes for a mobile pickup that should have taken 5, the incompetent service worker has the audacity to ask me if I ordered at the correct location. My jaw dropped, I was stunned from the gall of this worker to ask me that. After realizing their mistake, they quickly scrambled to get my order in and what was initially a simple pick-up turned into Mission Impossible 6. After returning home I then became 15 minutes late for a crucial meeting with the partners of my firm and now my future here looks extremely murky. The chain of events that led to a collision course that is my life can all be stemmed back to this Dunkin and I can no longer be a supportive patron here. read more

I am giving this Dunkin 2 stars only because it's clean and accessible. However.. If you're ever in a rush avoid this Dunkin' in Wappingers Falls at all costs. Mobile order? Don't bother. Your drink will not be ready when you arrive, and half the time it's not even made correctly. This location is consistently the slowest, most disorganized Dunkin' in the county. They're always short-staffed, and the employees (who often look exhausted and overwhelmed) don't seem too concerned about accuracy or timeliness. Sometimes it feels like work has become more of a social hour than a place to serve customers. It's frustrating because Dunkin' is supposed to be the quick and easy coffee stop but this one is anything but. Unless you've got 20 extra minutes to spare and don't mind rolling the dice on whether your order is right, I'd suggest skipping this location. read more

Gone are the days when the donuts were made right and fresh. gone are the days when there actually was a Dunkin' Donut: a cute old-fashioned with an adorable little handle - perfect for dunking. Since the mid-90s when they change the recipe to compete with Krispy Kreme, fillers and chemicals, replaced good old-fashioned ingredients. I really would like to see authentic, handcrafted donuts. Anyone? Anywhere? The service at this location was perfect. The Bavarian cream donut, a shriveled, confectioner- sugar-less mess. Dunkin why did you do this to me? I waited on a super long line. It seems like the drive through line is often very long. I needed a coffee and a snack so I figured I'd just wait. I ordered an iced latte which was made very well, so thank you for that. It lessened the blow considering they hash browns were an absolute joke. They were so incredibly burned that I couldn't bite them. I tried and it was like biting a rock. It was clear looking at them how burned they were and I don't know why they would put that in the bag. I left the drive thru when I attempted to eat one, otherwise I would have asked for a new order. That was really frustrating. I go to Dunkin' regularly and this was highly disappointing. read more

This place is huge! I'm waiting for car at Mavis and this Dunkin Donuts is next door. What a pleasant surprise to find a fireplace and CNN on the big screen. Unfortunately there are no egg white bites but the coffee is always hot and delicious. If you need to get out of your home office for a break this a great option vs the tiny Starbucks floor plan and there are plenty of outlets! read more

I'm finding that 9 out of 10 times my order is wrong at this location. I just don't get it. Even the simplest of orders they will get wrong. My suspicion is there's not much 'adult' supervision at this location. Most often all I see running around is a bunch of 'kids' with a look of confusion. One thing they just cannot seem to figure out is the difference between vanilla cream filled and custard filled donuts. The other day I ordered plain glazed Munchkins and got glazed blueberry. HOW DO YOU SCREW THIS UP??? I've had issues with orders at other locations but nothing like this location. There is most certainly something wrong here. You just cannot have a location that screws things up as bad or as often as this without there being some systemic issue. read more

For the most part I'm happy with this location. It's right across the street from hannaford. Nice stop when I've finished up some grocery shopping. Usually my drink is always made the right away. The employees are okay. The one thing I hate is that a lot of times I have to pull around to the front to wait for my order because it's not ready soon enough. Just picked up a single espresso and an iced tea, which my sister described as tasting like dirty water. My espresso was cold, bitter, and full of grounds. This is by far the best run DD in the area. They are cleaner and significantly faster than any other DD in the area. I drive around a lot and I pad several other add in the area to stop at this one. I know I'm not alone since a lot of other people tell me the same thing. Their drive thru is great and it's much easier to get in and out of there than at other DD. read more

I use to think this was the best Dunkin' in the area but they have been messing up my orders a lot lately. For the past month I have been charged for things that they forgot to put in my bag, ordered snackin bacon and it was severely burned and not fit to eat, ordered bagels one way and I get them on an entirely different flavor and prepared a different way. Todays major problem as far as I'm concerned, I get half way through with my coffee and realize that it's not the sesame bagel I'm trying to get down. It' was a bunch of coffee grounds floating around in the coffee. I have finished my coffee before and noticed maybe six to ten coffee grounds in the bottom of the cup but I have never had an extra large coffee and see as many coffee grounds as I did when I removed the lid. I'm so disgusted with this Dunkin'. I'm not going to waste my time or my money at this Dunkin anymore. I'd rather go to Starbucks or the other Dunkin up the road. I hate to give this place a bad review because it really could be an excellent DD and I think it is suffering from its own success in a way. In the morning, the line of cars is so long that sometimes you can't even pull in. Or you get on line in the drive-through and you sit there trapped for 15 minutes. Today, I pulled out of the line and parked, to walk into the store. There were not many customers at the counter but the place was paralyzed.
