Located conveniently in a shopping plaza with parking, however the lot does packed as Shop Rite is adjacent. The bagel shop is cozy and clean. Staff is friendly and operate efficiently. Great bagels, coffee and sandwich options. The cinnamon rolls are also one of my favorites!

This is Café con leche, NOT CAPPUCINO.

I called and asked for a small 12 ounce cappuccino and I got café con leche. It wasn't what I ordered. Disappointed.

Build your own sandwich. Blueberry bagel, scrambled eggs, cheddar , avocado turkey bacon and hash brown.

Love their breakfast sandwiches. Good size sandwiches get your money's worth. Order online been in the store which has seating and is clean.

I moved away from the HV 6 years ago and have gone to great lengths to find the best black & white cookie whenever I'm in town. Empire Bagels has it! Subtle taste of lemon. Perfectly cakey texture. Slightly firm frosting. The chocolate frosting is slightly creamier than the St. Patrick's day version pictured here. This Fishkill location even packaged up a dozen of them for me right before closing!

Took away 2 stars because they charge $2.50 for a .99 cent Arizona can. Complete rip off.

The bread was incredible, and the schnitzel was excellent. The apple sauce had a bite that complemented it well. I don't want to discount other people's experience, but I've always had a good meal at Farm to Table.

Beautiful night out in Hudson Valley and parked right in front. Beautiful looking restaurant with one person eating at the bar and four tables eating inside. The menu looks solid. Both of them actually because FtT has a seasonal menu AND a full length daily menu (that's a lot of food and skill...think they can pull it off?). Once we put in orders, and inform our server it's a birthday celebration. Every further interaction with my server starts with "I'm sorry but..." - drinks come out two by two and one by one because the bartender is busy - apps come out an HOUR later (this place is half dead) because "the kitchen never got it" - the first bottle of wine I order is unavailable. As is the second. The third bottle of nice white wine comes out along with a glass of ice (??) because the bottle was never refrigerated and, I guess we are supposed to put ice cubes in our wine?? "I'm sorry but no one put wine in the refrigerator." I tell her to bring me what they have that is cold and I'll pick... - the entrees come out and you know you have chosen poorly. The lobster roll was almost frozen lobster on a soggy piece of Wonder bread, both people who got muscles got four deep, spit half of them out and were advised by us NOT TO EAT anymore. That nuked the seafood soup which had a funny smell after a few bites. My lump crab pasta had a pound of cheese on the top rendering all crab into globs of parm. - after inspecting the table not pleased and kind of picking at their food or not eating it at all, our waitress apologizes yet again...and gives me the full check. - no dessert here, or complimentary dessert (not offered), we all basically escaped...and $500 lighter

Bert is the baker and chef and he knows his craft. I got a fruit cake ( very moist and rum filled ) and a gingerbread house and both were phenomenal. From what I saw spying at patrons plates the breakfast and lunch food look delicious and everyone seemed very satisfied with what they had. The menu is somewhat seasonal it seems. For example , I've heard Bert does a good chicken pot pie but not during the holidays bc he concentrates on foods for that time of year. Remember that this is a mom and pop kinda place. Only one person in front and Bert in the back so don't expect fast service. But that is why you should come here to rub elbows with the locals and just enjoy life and good food.

Most of them are the same and consistently is a good thing. You know what you're getting every time. There are rocking chairs outside with a giant checkers board as well. The store is the first part once you walk in and they have all kinds of snacks, drinks, toys, souvenirs, shirts and much more. Some of it is branded stuff and most of it is pretty unique stuff. The restaurant is past that and you check in with the hostess and hopefully there isn't a wait. I usually get the breakfast and it's good every time. Breakfast all day as well which awesome. Service was good too.

I have never, in all of my 75 years of life, asked to speak to the manager of a restaurant but I…read moreguess that there's a first time for everything. Our visit began well. Our waitress, Hope, was very sweet and took our order promptly. After waiting about 30 minutes, we asked about our order. Hope explained that a bus had arrived and that the kitchen had been overwhelmed. We hadn't seen a bus or an unusually large number of customers, but she kindly offered us some biscuits while we waited. The biscuits were delicious, although we hadn't wanted to fill up on bread before our meal. When our food finally arrived, my companion's meatloaf was cold, so he had to send it back to be reheated. I had ordered French toast, but pancakes arrived instead. Hope checked her order pad, confirmed that I had indeed ordered French toast, and offered to take the pancakes back. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake. Within about two minutes, she returned with what was supposed to be French toast. It looked like slices of bread that had been hastily dipped in egg and barely cooked. The slices were white rather than the golden-brown color you would expect from properly prepared French toast. I tried a piece, and it essentially tasted like bread. It was so undercooked that I called it "raw French toast." When Hope came back to check on us, I told her that the French toast was inedible. Her response was simply to ask if we wanted the check. When we went to pay our tab, the cashier asked if we had been happy with our meal. I took the opportunity to say no, and she called over the manager. I briefly explained my disappointment and the manager promptly offered to remove the cost of my meal from the bill. That was satisfactory but I didn't get the feeling that she was going to talk to the cook about the fact that such horrible food should never have left the kitchen to begin with. Was she going to try to improve the service for the next customer? I understand that restaurants can get busy, and I appreciated Hope's pleasant attitude but waiting roughly 30 minutes for our food, receiving cold meatloaf, and then being served essentially uncooked French toast is not an acceptable dining experience. What was especially disappointing was that there didn't seem to be any real attempt to correct the problem once I explained that my meal was inedible. I left hungry and disappointed and probably won't eat French toast again for the rest of my life!
