I'd give this zero stars of if I could. Servers have been down for two weeks so can't use your Dunkin rewards and they can't print a receipt for you to call Dunkin customer service. Too cheap for me. We were greeted with a friendly GOOD MORNING at 6 am. I immediately noticed the menu was full of items that my usual VA location did not have. This was great!! Went with the usual, since we had a 9 hr drive ahead and I didn't want to get too full. Order was fresh and hot. Coffee the best as usual. Great service hot delicious coffee. I'm happy. I have to mention the cleanliness of this Dunkin. Tables were clean, self service area clean and cup-stain free, no flying insects as sometimes dart your face. The donut were nicely stacked for customers delights. I peaked at the kitchen area, to see who was preparing our meals and saw shiny food prep areas. The floor inside and entrance area were swept clean as well. Good job to the staff. read more

when it was my turn to order I had to wait 10 minutes even though there was nobody in front of us and when we finally ordered I a large matcha latte but they thought I said medium and when they said they said they would change it they didn't. And when I tried it the milk tasted spoiled. read more

Decent employees and food. The issue here is understaffing. The cashier was friendly, but I had to repeat my order a few times as she located the proper buttons. The manager handled a disgruntled customer with grace. She came in demanding a refund and he asked if he could remake her drink personally. She complained more then agreed. My food, once I got it, was tasty. With more training and employee staffing, this location will flourish. Also...the lights are so low that it is hard to see if they are open from the main street and the open sign is not always illuminated. This may hurt business as people may assume they are closed and go to a nearby competitor that also sells coffee. read more

Before I retired I used to go to this location every day for my morning coffee and doughnut. On my first visit post-COVID and I was shocked. The parking lot resembled the lunar surface and I had to drive around the huge pot holes. The first thing I noticed upon entering the store was the strong smell of sewer gas. There was trash scattered around the waste containers because they were full and obviously hadn't been emptied in a while. The place was a mess! There was much loud talking in the carry-out area. I was the only customer there so I had my order taken and filled quickly, but the employee was not wearing gloves when she got my doughnuts. I don't know if they were still selling ice cream since there was brown paper covering the windows of the ice cream bins. Sadly I won't be visiting that store again. read more

I asked the drive drive-through for a small cup of coffee in a large cup and for them to fill the rest with cream and and this is what I got.. Then I went inside and told them they made my coffee incorrect and to do it again and they still made it wrong. The man I spoke with at Duncan rush me through my explanation by waving his hand tanned and still make my coffee wrong. There was a little girl that involved herself in the conversation the conversation and was very confirmations about what I was requesting. I cannot deal with people that do not have the ability to comprehend simple directions. I will not be back. read more

I use this specific location for many large orders. Ordering online or by phone is seamless. In every event the store has had my order ready and they even offer to help carry it to my car. I won't think about going anywhere else for these large orders. Highly recommend. read more

Stopped here for first time in many years. Wow, service is terrible. I went inside and stood at the counter for several minutes; staff looked at me and said nothing. Finally someone slowly walked up behind the counter and was ready to take my order. Order was paid for, but no instructions or thanks, I said thanks to him and he just looked at me blankly. When I got my food, I said thanks again - another blank stare. Food is ok, but donut tastes like it was kept near frying bacon or oil o something. And in the eating area, there is a constant bell going off repeatedly. Probably the last gasps of the dying soul of this place. read more

The girl at the drive thru window today (last 30 min) was very nasty. Lots of uh huh(s) & yep (with Attitude) Just a big ole turn off. Definitely won't be returning to this DD LOCATION. But on the other hand the nice gentleman at the window was very kind & nice and even threw in a "stay safe". This place is a total joke, the employee was the least competent employee I've met in the service industry. Not only did she ignore us while we were trying to order, she couldn't even give us a list of flavors as they weren't listed on the menu. When we were finally able to order 2 chocolate shakes, she didn't give us a total or read the order back. As a result we only got one of said milkshakes. And when we tried to ask if we could just order the second one, she told us to pull back around, when several cars had pulled up in that time. The distraction was probably due to the fact that there was an employee's child running around the store as well as the kitchen. read more

This morning I stopped at Dunkins for a coffee and a little breakfast. I pulled up to the drive thru and there was a handwritten sign that said "cash only" no biggie! Credit card machines go down and luckily I had cash. I pulled forward and the voice box stated "go ahead with your order" I gave my order and all I got in response was "mmmmk" I waited for my total and never got one. Instead she responded "you can pull up" I pulled to the window and the girl at the window didn't say a word.. not a single word. Luckily my total was displayed on a screen under the window or I wouldn't have known how much money to give her.. I handed her a $20 and she took it wordlessly. I got my change and my food and said "thanks! Have a great day!" Not a single word during this entire interaction. My hash browns were soggy, but my sandwich wasn't bad. I'm so disappointed in the customer service! A smile goes a long way! read more

Thanks Dunkin Donuts for annoying us this morning. We went drive thru and when we went to the window to pay and get our food they handed us our donut bag (we ordered 2), and noticed only 1. When we handed the bag back they told us "oh yeah we don't have strawberry glazed"... FIRST OFF you should have said that to begin with (even though that wasn't what we ordered), and SECOND OFF if you know you don't have our 2nd donut and charged us for two why wouldn't you ask if you could get us a different kind. To round out that experience I got home and my Americano with Mocha had NO MOCHA. I'm done, this place is losing when they can't get the basics down and on top of that have terrible customer service practices like charging you for a certain amount of food and having n problem handing us less. read more

Clean location with a Baskin Robbins and a convenient drive thru. There isn't much to say about it, but I don't want this to save as a tip because it's important: Pay in exact change at the drive thru or park and use the card reader inside because you probably won't get your change back and the cashier will look at you crazy for still sitting at the window expecting the change you're owed. Terrible customer service twice in one week at this location. First time, went through drive-through, ordered medium coffee, waited several minutes (no line) for the coffee and my card. Noticed the next day while online banking that I was charged twice for the coffee. Second time, went through for myself and a co-worker. Ordered 1 lg coffee black 12 sugars (don't judge) and another lg coffee w/extra French Vanilla 1 cream. Got back to work & discovered co-workers coffee had 12 cream, zero sugar and mine had extra cream regular French vanilla. Definitely get the impression the staff at this location couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. Basically, just give them your money and you get what you get, so deal with it. read more

Every time I come to this location my order is wrong and recently they always ask you to pull forward to wait for your order causing cars to be backed up and not allowing cars to enter or leave the establishment because so many cars are waiting and block the exit. I spoke with the new manager who was not receptive and very rude. Just not how you talk to customers who frequent this business daily. Needless to say I will no longer come to this location and drive the extra distance to go to the one in university heights where they are friendly. Where I live there are no donut shops around the corner. Last evening we were coming back from an event, and I got a craving for a warm glazed donut. We went out of our way to get of 480 at miles to hit the Dunkin' Donuts in Richmond. This is about 9:30 in the evening, at a 24 hour operation. Pulled up and ores a coffee and 2 glazed donuts. Nope, no glazed donuts. Ok, that must have had a rush on those. So I ask, cake, crueler, what do you have close to a glazed donut? Their response was that they only had chocolate with chocolate icing. I'm sorry but a 24 hour donut shop with no donuts? Ended up getting an apple fritter, which ended up being stale. I guess next tome the craving hits hostess will have to suffice. read more

Never been treated so rudely. I would give this location 0 stars if I could because of how unprofessional and savage the employee was. Went through the drive through at 9:38pm for one ice cream cone. Was greeted with "what do you want." I said I need a few seconds to order, and literally took about 20 seconds. Ordered an ice cream cone with a waffle cone, and she responded with "we don't have that." I asked her what she meant (the type of ice cream of they type of cone). She responded with "you know what, just leave, we're closed." Meanwhile, there's also 2 more cars behind me and the time is 9:40. I asked nicely if we could just put in an order, and got no response. I then asked what time they usually close, and finally got a response in an extremely rude tone: "right at this time."
