Usually I call in my order and pick it up since it's quicker, and each time it's been ready without any issues. I have a custom go-to drink that I've come to love, and that is the Matcha Match (matcha green tea powder, powdered greens, kale, banana, yogurt) with added avocado, chia seeds, and cacao nibs! Wow, I can honestly say that I'm hooked and feel cleaner and healthier all the while. The smoothies here are not only nutritious and satisfying, but also contain less ice. When I contacted the store right after i noticed it the employee told me it was probably ice. So i wanted to make sure and took a piece out and placed it on my dashboard while driving back to the location and it never melted. I took the piece into the store one associate was in utter shock and the other could have cared less. After the smoothie melted i strained the contents and even found a piece of plastic that has their brand blender used. Sad!! Now what if that was for a child?
