Worst Dunkin in the hole USA. They have high school kids working there that don't know how to do there job and they messed up my order every single time I've been threw there. They say there understaffed but when you pull up there there's always 4 to 5 of them in there. I've been to a lot of Dunkin's where there's is only 2 people in there and I get my order fast and right. But last time I went through and I asked em wtf is wrong with them. The one girl said I guess you shouldn't come to place where a bunch of high school kids work. I told them maybe your pos manager should actually train you better and that maybe they should find a new profession if they can't do there job right. I honestly think they should get a new manager and a hole new staff. You ask for 6 pumps of cream and 6 pumps of liquid sugars they will always give you one or 2 pumps like you won't notice. I have had 0 issues across the hole United States with Dunkin but this is the only one that can never get your order right. read more

We had some time to kill when visiting town so we popped into the DD for coffee and use of their WiFi. Usual service except the coffee was almost boiling when they brought it out. Our server said she would bring ice if it was too hot. Really? She couldn't tell it herself when she was handling? We're glad we didn't spill it on ourselves. read more

I'm not sure who owns this one, but they are always understaffed and the place doesn't seem to be taken care of very well. Potholes go years without being filled. Huge weeds grow around the outdoor ordering board. The upkeep is just lacking. Their online ordering is off often, they're signage hasn't been updated in years...rough! And yet.....they are always busy! I think Tim Hortons got the message! On the positive, their manager (red hair) is a work horse!!! She seemed to really kick this place into gear! read more

I've had Dunkin Donuts in many different locations and really enjoyed the food (most similar doughnuts to Tim Hortons in Canada) but this one in Wellsville and the one in Belmont .... Something is different because the doughnuts are blah and the store in Belmont can't seem to get orders correct. read more

This location use to be best one for the longest time. I was a dunkin junkie, up till roughly a year ago. The management at this location sucks. They think they are above anyone who walks in that store. They talk down to their customers and to their employee's. You can never order anything online and have it ready for pick up, only 1 person working drive-thru and counter....because all managers are out back doing god knows what. When you do go thru drive-thru you have to wait 30 mins or so most times. When you walk in, still going to be waiting. Coffee, well thats a joke. Its watered down. Donuts, day old and well never filled with more than a teaspoon of filling. They don't do their food rotation like they should. Every macgine there is constantly breaking. Just not a good place to go to anymore. Might just as well go support one of the local mom n pop coffee shops in town, at least you'd get better customer service and fresh coffee and donuts. Awful service. Waited for half an hour for a couple drinks and doughnuts. Pretty positive the workers were drugged up. Wouldn't recommend, had to ask for a drink carrier for 6 DRINKS, and a box for 6 doughnuts because they tried putting them in a bag. the worker who took our order rang our orders in wrong, seems like they took someone of the street to work. when we went back to get a water and food, waited 10 mins without being acknowledged! read more

I never thought I would miss Dunkin' Donuts when I moved from Boston to San Diego, but I inexplicably find myself occasionally seeking out their coffee in the morning when I travel back east, even though I generally find their microwaved food items to be an unforgivable transgression against humanity. Do you like soggy, shitty hash browns? Croissants that are born stale? Donut frosting that tastes like cleaning products? If you do, then add a couple stars to my review. On principle, no Dunkin' Donuts can ever get more than a 3 out of 5 from me. In Wellsville, I did not need to look far for the Great Dunkin' Devil, as I was staying at a hotel that shared a parking lot with one. Dunkin' Donuts' coffee is consistently smooth and lacks nearly any bitterness, which makes it a bland coffee that pleases non-coffee drinkers (like me). Wellsville's Dunkin' Donuts location was typical; same interior design and menu items I've seen everywhere else. The restaurant was generally clean, and offers free wi-fi. It is a bit busy in the morning, but not a long wait in line. On one morning, I was served a coffee with cream and sugar despite asking for cream only. (I didn't realize until after I left.) These screw-ups are not uncommon at any Dunkin' Donuts location. Coffee was how I remember it, which is to say that it was pretty much forgotten shortly after I was done with it. read more

i don't come here very often because of how poor the service is. i moved here for school and i strictly know how hard it is to keep a coffee shop up and running at the pace it should. i came in today after about a month because of my last experience (also being a bad experience.) i stood there for a good 30 minutes while it looked like a whole bunch of people were doing a whole lot of nothing. There were two girls who stood here longer than us and we got our orders about five minutes before them. 1. i was already upset about my waiting time 2. upset that customer service wasn't given to these girls either while they stood and waited, when i went into the building only 3 cars were in the drive through and then i walked out only 2 were there. i just don't understand. read more

So he takes it back. As he is talking with a larger lady in the back, she rolls her eyes. So then she comes over to the window to see what was wrong with it. Coffee is good, food is good. Drive thru is the slowest one on planet earth. If you are planning on going through the drive through, think again. You could literally go to Columbia and pick your own coffee beans to make your own coffee, gather eggs from your own chicken, and bake your own bagel from scratch for a breakfast sandwich in less time than it takes to go through this drive thru. read more

Slowest DD around. I love DD but I dread going to this location because I know I'm going to be stuck waiting in line or at the drive-thru for at least 5-10mins... and that's without a line! Don't bother going before work unless your way ahead of your schedule otherwise you're most likely going to be late! read more
