all I ordered was a coffee, a bagel and two hashbrowns what I got was a terrible coffee made wrong. They didn't add any cold foam. It tasted like they put milk instead of cream, which is usual at Dunkin anyway, but when I went to go pay, she never gave me my change and I saw her put my change in the tip jar. I sopped by the Dunkin Donuts on Commercial St this morning for a regular medium coffee. I can usually expect consistency with their product. Not Today. The coffee had no taste, was the weakest cup of coffee I can remember and they did not add the sweetener. I tossed it! Your drive-thru staff are rude and unfriendly. They will make you lose money and customers. They do not care about customer service and they do not know the dunkin' offers. This is the closest dunkin' to my home but I will find another one if this continues. The woman at the drive-thru is rude (white woman) and the man helping her with orders is so unprofessional that I am embarassed for this store (South Asian younger man). The following shocking incident just happened this morning at this donut shop. A woman arrived with two small children and ordered several items including a hot chocolate for one of the children. She clearly requested that the hot chocolate be made for one of the children using plant milk due to an allergy . The server, who seemed to be named Ashley or Astrid or something like that, seemed to agree with the request and processed the order. Upon pickup, it seems like the server indicated that the chocolate milk was made with cow's milk and she snidely offered to ADD plant milk to it, which is of course ridiculous. So in an attempt to create a work-around, the customer politely ordered a plant milk, and asked to have mocha syrup or chocolate syrup added to it since the child was now expecting chocolate milk and the server was now QUITE RUDELY MAN-SPLAINING the customer (I know, how can a woman MAN-SPLAIN? But she was, let's just leave it at that), that the chocolate milk comes from a machine and already has cow's milk in it. Let's ignore the fact that this information was seemingly intentionally withheld from the customer at the time of the order because the server was either too lazy, too stupid, or actually malicious and PURPOSEFULLY TRYING to make the child sick. Now the customer is trying to find a way to satisfy the child with the pitiful resources available at this establishment AND an employee clearly hell-bent on INTENTIONALLY causing injury to this child. THIS, is when the situation actually goes sideways. This employee, who clearly has chosen this establishment to spend her days in, with which to inflict pain and suffering upon unsuspecting innocent bystanders through the use of stale, I REAPEAT, NOT FRESH donuts (the days of "time to make the donuts" where a person or persons shows up AT said donut shop to make said donuts are long gone - these donuts are made elsewhere beforehand and shipped to this alleged donut shop - if you want a fresh donut you will not find it here.) The employee, Ashley, or Astrid, or whatever her name is but we shall henceforth refer to her as SATAN, then LEAPT OVER THE COUNTER SUDDENLY BRANDISHING A GLOWING RED LIGHT SABER, CHARGED UP TO THE SMALL CHILD AND LOPPED OF HER HEAD! SHE THEN DID A BACKFLIP AND CHARGED THE MOTHER, AND SLICED HER IN HALF - RIGHT DOWN THE MIDDLE! Then she casually hopped back over the counter and asked me if I was ready to order. Ok so that last part didn't happen - BUT TO EVERY LAST ONE OF US, IT CERTAINLY SEEMED LIKE IT. Because what did actually happen is, ASHLEY/ASTRID/SATAN, addressing the entire donut shop, loudly and clearly, announced to EVERY OTHER CUSTOMER PRESENT that this thoughtless, selfish and inconsiderate woman had ordered something inappropriate, FORCING SATAN and the other staff members TO MAKE A CUSTOM ORDER! (INSERT DRAMATIC MUSIC HERE) And furthermore, ANY delays in NORMAL PERSONS'S order was a DIRECT result of this insensitive woman daring to enter this exclusive establishment, where she was clearly not wanted or invited, requiring a custom order to preserve the presumably not worthy life of her mutant child. From this point forward, I shall direct my coffee and donut business with companies that not only hire human employees and not just demons from Hell, but also have protocols in place for persons of any gender, race, or physical disabilities/allergies etc. Also that said non-demon employees are trained properly to interact with the general public with decency and respect, else this employer shall burn them at the stake. read more

Generally ok and it's close. There is someone who appears to be a manager there that I witness treating their employees very poorly, barking at them, etc. It's awful to see. And her customer service when she works the window leaves a lot to be desired. It's pretty obvious why this place churns through staff so quickly. With so many options, no need to go here. read more

Pretty bad folks. Hours are incorrect. The hours are posted to be open to 9p each evening, yet close down at 6:30pm. (?) Customer service is non existent. I have waited in line for up to ten minutes before anyone noticed me- and this was at 4:00pm in the afternoon. The kids employed there at that time of day were more interested in their iPhone than working. Mornings are just as bad. Customer service lacking. Signage says to stand in one line, and then an associate screams that we (customers) are standing in the wrong line. (?) Someone failed charm school. I attempt to keep giving the employees an opportunity to act as if they enjoy their job, however I have given up. I reside in the same neighborhood as this franchise and would like to support my local businesses, but this place needs a complete management overhaul. :-( I now take my business elsewhere. This has to be the worst Dunkin' Donuts around. They rarely get my order right. I have to check every time. The owner is there often and it's obvious he gives zero shi*s about his customers. I'm not just talking about one bad experience I had. It has been consistent since they opened. Im talking about before they had Bask n Robins ice cream as part of the store. Remember that? The owner doesn't care because they will still have business no matter how awful they are because of the train station next door. But for me I go to the landing Dunkin' Donuts. It's worth the five minute drive. They never mess up my order and it's obvious as soon as you walk in that the owner cares about their store and how it operates. I've actually had pieces of aluminum baked into a bagel I got there years ago. Not like a small piece of aluminum foil of something. They were small chunks of what was possibly the spatula or parts of the dough mixer or something. I did save the bagel with the chunks of metal baked in. And I did have one bite of it before I saw a piece. I contemplated going to the hospital for an X-ray to see if I ingested a piece or not. At the time I didn't have health insurance so I didn't get checked out. Now in hind sight I wish I did. Stay away from this Dunkin' Donuts they don't deserve your business! Go up the street. I knew I shouldn't, but did anyway. I've avoided this Dunkin' Donuts for some time because the staff are grumpy; I actually wait until I am in Boston to get coffee, even though I walk by this one to get to the train in the morning. This afternoon I figured I'd give it a shot: that was a mistake. I walked in and made direct eye contact with an employee having a conversation with a friend/ customer. I stood at the register for a bit before I made eye contact with two other employees (who continued doing what they were doing). One employee came in from a smoke break, walked by me and stared conversing with the others. The customer/ friend then let her friend/ employee know that someone was waiting to order. The employee/ friend continued the conversation. I walked out without a coffee and into 7-11 to get one (where I served myself and had a pleasant interaction with the cashier). I saw 5 employees while I was inside, none of them could even say "we're all busy, we'll be with you in X". No acknowledgement whatsoever. The owner is paying what appears to be too many staff to give ZERO customer service. I will NEVER go to this Dunkin' Donuts again. read more

Best Dunkin Donuts I have ever driven thru. I mean it, folks. The iced coffee was laden with cubes, and the hot coffee was scalding. What luck to have seen both ends of the continuum! The drive-through was kabaam-fast and quiet as a church in January. The quietude was near deafening. Nary a car in earshot. The hostess was very accommodating--but not overly so, which I appreciated. She threw together a dozen sparkly-awesome donuts and in no time and had us on our way with an unassuming smile and wink. A must-stop when you are in Hingham and in serious donuts and coffee need. read more

Seriously I am my own worst enemy. The closet DD to my house, so I continue to go, but it is hit or miss. I order the same thing at any DD I go to, and this is the only one that can make it 6 different ways. I am constantly checking the order, asking them to fix it (eg; I asked for 2 milk, not 4). I called the manager once to let them know about the inconsistency. Nothing seems to change there though. Like I said my own fault - I keep going, especially on weekends. At least during the work week I pass many on my way, so I can go to a DD that gets it right. read more

The last two days of going to this location the girl at the window would not even look at me to acknowledge my "hi how are you" she didn't tell me a price, just waited for me to hold out my phone to pay. Once I got home I checked the bag for my bagel and it was the complete opposite of what I ordered. Maybe if the girl at the window was less concerned with having a sour attitude and more concerned with accuracy, I would have gotten the correct order. The new Dunkin' Donuts is conveniently located next door to the new East Weymouth stop on the Greenbush line. It had a distinctly. . . .empty feeling when I was there. I'm not sure if they plan to leave it empty for the hordes of commuters or put more tables in eventually, but it felt a little odd. It's nice to see a Dunkies in this neck of the woods. Compare the size and taste of your donuts to privately owned donut shoppes and I wonder how the comparison would score to the truly unbiased, loyalty aside taster. It could be the bottom line but if your business is donuts then more consideration to the donut makes sense it seems, but I gotta hand it to you, they do keep coming. About the donut , I remember when Dunkin' was a new business and without question put out a better product than now. I'll say 2 stars because the coffee still ranks, but you have slipped in the donut business in terms of taste, quality and size. Today I ate at this Dunkin' Donuts and I went in to use the bathroom it hadn't been 5 minutes until someone was banging on the door, then two minutes later they banged some more so I told them, I was using the bathroom and that I would be out soon. Then the male employee who looked like he was in his 20s said, "Well you better hurry up with what you're doing and get the fuc* out, or we will have to come in there." This is the worst I have ever been treated at a business. I DO NOT recommend eating at this Dunkin Donuts or at least not when this rude A-hole is working there. He should be fired for being rude and aggressive to a costumer. I wish I saw this name tag but I didn't.
