Tiramisu latte! (Of course, enjoyed at home)
    Sydney R.

I was recommended this small cafe on TikTok for their tiramisu lattes (which those who know me know that I have an obsession with Tiramisu lattes). I ended up grabbing two lattes this morning and enjoying the winter ambiance of Weymouth. This cafe is located right next to a cinema, down the street from South Shore Hospital. For those who like to work from their laptop at cafes, this location is not a cafe where you can work from. This small storefront has very good latte, tea, and coffee options as well as a few food options such as breakfast sandwiches, bagels, and chaffles. For those who have celiac disease (like myself), this cafe does not have any gluten-free options - but don't let that stop you from trying one of their lattes or drink options. This morning I tried a tiramisu latte and a peanut butter latte. The tiramisu latte was very good and had a good balance of coffee and the flavoring. I would rate this latte an 8.5 out of 10 based on the appearance, flavor, and size. Regarding Tiramisu lattes, it was one of the better ones that I've tried. The peanut butter latte was also pretty good; however, I feel it could've had a little more coffee or peanut butter flavor. I felt as if it were like drinking almond milk after eating a peanut butter sandwich. I didn't really get the peanut butter flavor until after I was finishing the latte and got to the cold foam. Overall, this cafe was a cute find and would be amazing for a warm day if you planned on walking around Weymouth

Cute little coffee shop. I was able to find street parking, but it is a little bit limited. I got the tiramisu iced latte. Pretty good drink. They don't put too much ice so you get a good amount of coffee. I would come back here and try their other drinks!

AMAZING teeny tiny coffee shop nestled right next to the weymouth theatre - come here for DELICIOUS coffee! do not miss this spot as this is a real gem. it is on very few occasions that i have a latte so delectable that i am looking at the ice cubes half debating on sucking on them just to get more of that flavor on my tongue. that's how i felt about the peanut butter latte, while at $7, is worth every penny. smooth, perfectly brewed broadsheet coffee layered with peanut butter and a delicious foam on top with some peanut butter powder. just WOW! bacon & cheese croffle was housed within seconds of opening up the container. the croffle itself had a chewy texture and was slightly sweet. i wish the choice of cheese was a little sharper but that is being nitpicky as it was very good. the apple latte was nice - not overpowering (like the starbucks version) but rather reminiscent of fried apples and sleepy fall mornings. surprisingly delicious. not a lot of standing room - this is not a sit down cafe. lots of customers were coming in to grab mobile orders, which is probably the best way to avoid getting crowded in like a sardine can. i hope to come back soon!!

Slow coffee is a great little mom and pop shop in the suburbs of weymouth. Street parking is limited but usually it's not too hard to park. When you order coffee, be ready to wait. It certainly lives up to its name "SLOW" coffee...but it's sooo worth it. Order ahead if you're in a rush..but even with ordering ahead, be prepared to wait a few minutes at least. All drinks come in a standard size (think grande starbucks cup) but some specialty drinks come slightly bigger. Tiramisu and peanut butter lattes have been my favorites so far. Pandan Coconut and Black Sesame are well worth trying too. It is very milky! If you like a stronger coffee flavor, add another shot of espresso. I will take slow service when the coffee is well crafted and has unique flavors over any cookie cutter place any day! They also sell croffles on weekends...and yes, always get croffle if available. It's crispy, soft, flaky, and just a tad sweet. With a sip of strong coffee, the combination is to die for. Staff is made of 2-3 regular baristas. They're super nice and friendly. Overall, 4 stars. 1 star knocked purely due to wait time (operational efficency) and difficulty of parking.

Yummy drinks! Got an iced peanut butter latte here. The peanut butter cream and espresso balance each other out well! Will be back to try other signature and seasonal drinks! I also got a caprese bagel also, it was flavorful and bagel was nicely toasted. Good service here as well. Not much seating available, just enough for while you wait for your drink/sandwich to be made.

We got a cold brew, cappuccino, blueberry lemon croffel, and a bacon bagel sandwich. Everything was delicious with serious attention to detail. The coffees had excellent flavor, (the scratch made seasonal almond cardamom syrup was especially good.) but the food really stood out too. Will return.

I love this place. It's located next the south shore hospital, so if you're in the area, definitely give Slow Coffee a try. It's a small coffee shop that focuses on specialty coffee. They come out with new flavors every couple of months and it's always amazing. I order online and drive 20 minutes from Quincy for this! My go-to is the Tiramisu iced latte, one of their signature drinks, with my runner up being the Black Sesame iced latte. The Apple Butter iced latte was alright, but I wasn't a big fan. Their drinks are good quality and very smooth. The only downside is that their cute cups can spill sometimes if you hold it the wrong way and it is pricey, but the prices are equivalent to Starbucks.

Hidden gem of a coffee shop if you're not familiar with this area. Excellent seasonal specialty espresso drinks with unique flavors you normally won't get at your everyday cafe. Loved the seasonal pistachio rose latte. It was floral and earthy with a slight sweetness that felt like a warm blanket on a cold autumn day. Love supporting small local businesses and hope to visit again soon.

Adorable spot! I live for small businesses like this where you can tell they really care about the products they are selling. I came in on a Sunday morning and ordered a breakfast sandwich and a cold brew coffee. Both were excellent! One of the BEST breakfast sandwiches I've had in a long time. Not only was the coffee fantastic, but the lid of this coffee cup was unlike anything I've had before - it was so pleasant to drink out of! While I was there, multiple people mentioned how good the tiramisu latte is. I'm already looking forward to coming back!

Coffee was amazing!! The staff were so welcoming and friendly. We got two iced lattes, both seasonal and sooo good! Then we also got a couple croffles! They were both their savory options, a cheese and bacon one and a Mexican sweet corn one! Both were AMAZING!! Can't wait to go try the others! The space itself is a little small but there is seating in the window while you wait or if it's nice outside there are some tables outside as well. Can't wait to go back!

Solid, cold brew, timely service, simple formula I'll take it - I touch slow on the throughput, but this is me being picky

I got a seasonal matcha that was delicious. Unfortunately, none of that can make up for the fact that no one working there seems the least bit interested in even acknowledging customers as they walk in. When I got there, there were two people in front of me in line. The front counter guy went about taking mobile orders, etc while never speaking to anyone in the line. When they got to the front, no apologies for the delays, barely even eye contact. That's just a huge bummer for a place that had all the makings to be really special.

The bacon, egg, and…read morecheese croissant was fresh and hit the spot--crispy layers, melty cheese, and well-balanced flavor. Their freshly squeezed juices were also excellent--bright, clean, and clearly made to order. On the downside, the side of hash was overly salty and felt like it was missing something--definitely could've used some onions to round it out. The interior is clean and inviting, and there's a couple of outdoor tables if you want to enjoy your meal outside. Overall, the food quality was great, but prices were a little on the high side for what you get. Would return, but probably skip the hash next time.
