Supervision lacks any type of intelligence. The workers are a little above average but the supervision is just terrible. They need someone with more intelligence and better respect and courtesy towards the customers.This store lacks a lot in common courtesy and again I will say in supervision. It is terribly weak, terribly weak. If you want good service with a friendly attitude do not come to the store! There is no Good Morning or Thank You. I've even walked up to the register with the girl just standing there looking at me. She couldn't even say May I help you please. I've been a lifelong Whiting resident. I remember when Dunkin Donut had a counter inside. You could smoke. If you wanted a refill on your coffee all you had to do was ask or hold your cup up. Your refill was free! I understand times change. But common courtesy and respect doesn't, and should not change! I believe many of the problems are they have given out too many franchises. How often do they really check on the stores. I've walked in there a few times and the counter and items that they sell could use a little cleaning. The floor has always looked clean to me. I know when the washroom was open to the public it was filthy!!! no toilet tissue. I even told the manager or suggested that the washroom needs to be clean. I could tell my suggestion probably went South. How many times have I ordered coffee and there were grounds at the bottom. If you stir the coffee and if there are grounds they will rise to the top where you are able to see them. I have to put up with all these things, why? Because I really like Dunkin coffee. Period. The proximity inconvenience of the Dunkin' Donuts is fantastic. Majority of the time they get the order is correct. It's the staff that makes me only want to give them a three star. I think majority of Dunkin' Donuts customers are coming through the drive-through and I just wish that they would get some of the people that are taking orders to at least say 'please' and 'thank you' while taking your order. I realize 'good morning' and 'good afternoon' may be too much to ask these days with fast food employees, but they are so unbelievably unpleasant and borderline rude that it makes me not want to come to this Dunkin' Donuts and drive farther down the boulevard to the Dunkin' Donuts that's in the gas station. read more

So I was at Dunkin' Donuts 7/13/2018 at 5:15 I was charged $9.51 for one small frozen lemonade and one large iced coffee with caramel which they still got the order wrong because they didn't even barely put any caramel in it, but that's beside the point. After I was charged $9.51 I was charged an additional $5.34. I got $3.73 back so basically I was charge for a large iced coffee at the discount rate in between two and six but I was charged $9.51 for a small frozen lemonade. I try to explain to the lady who was at the drive-through window but apparently she has no clue and shouldn't even be working in any type of cashier business. I have the receipts and I have the receipts on my credit card and I'm gonna send these directly to the Better Business Bureau. If I were anybody thinking about going to this place I would go somewhere else because I always have bad service at this location. read more

I can grantee the only thing keeping this place is open is the limited options in the area and the location. I live down street so unfortunately I find myself hitting this place up fairly often. Without fail they mess up, or almost mess up every single time I order. I order a coffee with skim mile, 2 donuts and a hazelnut coffee black and bagel for my wife. Certainly not hard but they either give the wrong size coffee, forget the bagel or doughnut or make a completely different coffee than what I ordered. Being in management this place fascinates me from a "process" standpoint. I love to watch the place in action because the problems are both severe and easily fixable. There is absolutely no process in place and all of the workers are tripping over one another because no one has an assigned job. This place has issues, oddly enough I believe they are easy to fix issues, why they won't fix them is mystery to me. On a positive note, Calumet Bakery has better pastries and they now also have a full line of coffee flavors! read more

How can they hire people who do not care to give a pleasant hello or may I help you. Many times they will walk up to the register and just look at you! The manager needs to be made aware of exactly what is going on here. Manager, you need to speak to your employees. If they need not wish to work better then tell them they can quit. Sure it's the same great Ice Cream as any other Baskin Robbins, and it's the same great Donuts as any other Dunkin Donuts, but it's not the same anyway. Go there to the supposed "24 hour" drive-thru sometime real late at night and tell me differently. Just had the worst experience at this dunkin donuts. The lady taking my order in the drive through did not understand my order. She kept repeating it and not saying if she had plugged in the iced or hot of what I ordered, then going back to the beginning and I wasn't sure if she had the order right. It also took way to long to order. I understand I ordered a lot. 4 iced coffees and two other drinks, but even then the time it took for her to understand my order was too long. On top of this, when they give me my order. The dunkachino is hot instead of iced. They give me the four iced coffees but then have to remake the dunkachino so they tell me to pull up. When they give me the dunkachino, they forgot the other drink and now looking at the receipt they charged the wrong price for the dunkachino and I also said whip cream but there's no whip. read more

I come to this location almost daily and order a Large Pomegranate Blueberry Refresher with no ice. I have never had an issue and been treated so poorly until this evening. The drive thru cashier purposely did not fill my cup up. When I asked her if she could fill my cup up she said she couldn't because I asked for no ice. I told her I'll pay extra if needed and offered my debit card and she still told me she couldn't do it because they don't have a way to ring that up. I was so shocked so I asked for a refund. She then said she would take a dollar to fill it up. I am so disturbed that this occurred at a place I have never had an issue at and really loved going to just about every day. My feelings are hurt because I have been a faithful regular customer with them and now I feel uncomfortable to even go there now as that was my favorite and only drink that I would always get. What is so disappointing is that out of all the times I have gotten this drink and told them I didn't want ice I have never been treated this way or told what she told me. I am more shocked that she 1st said she couldn't let me pay extra for "filling" my Large cup up. It's even more sad that it costs $4.48 (almost $5 for a large drink) and she felt it fair and ok to not fill my Large drink up. Then her lying like that and then turning around and making up a price to charge me just to fill my cup up was the most disheartening thing of all. I was told that I shouldn't let what happened bother me, but it is just impossible for me to forget what transpired at my favorite spot where I get my favorite drink because it changes how I view this location. I have never had this happen to me in the mornings with the morning staff. Because of this experience I will never go back to this location again. It makes me wonder if this type of treatment/behavior is condoned, maybe no one cares or knows that this is going on in the evenings. read more
