Donuts are great, especially the lemon, my favorite! I don't care for the Coffee and I used to go in here all the time and get my Matcha latte, but with all the changes with their staff, it seems like no one can make the Matcha latte smooth and not bitter. Our daughter stopped in this morning to buy a dozen donuts for our Mother's Day gathering. The Good - Donuts that are fresh and tasty. We love them. The Bad (Very Bad) Staff on duty at insisted that my daughter come inside to order the donuts. The meant she had to bring a 3 year old and two 8 month olds to do so. We first had these in Houston, TX, and they reminded me of kouign-amann. I personally find the toppings too sweet as there is already sugar on the pastry itself. Glad there is a plain jane version. My partner loves sweet and its buttery/crispy texture. When we saw Parlor started in Indiana, we found this location is about 4 hours from where we live. Hello, weekend getaway! Despite the long drive, partner is happy. We had churro, cookies and cream, blueberry crumble and lemon. They ran out of the mini. A box of 10 pieces for $5. I had 1/4 of the blueberry one and the icing was dripping out. One donut is too rich for me but good for my partner. He said he was disappointed at the churro but enjoyed the cookies and cream. Both female staffs were helpful and friendly. They offer a loyalty program where you sign up with your tel. Each donut was $2.95 which was acceptable. read more

Finding this location was a little difficult - but once you know where it is, you won't miss it again. The parking is to the side and rear of the store. There is a sign, it's smaller in scale but also NEW... The service was fine. Although you can tell they are still new and working out the kinks. The line was inside past the front door and the wait was about 15 minutes total. I got a pack of four doughnuts: Maple Bacon, Bourbon Caramel, Turtle & French Toast (says it's the most popular). I also got a coffee and two dog doughnuts (which are refrigerated). The coffee is decent and probably better than DD coffee. Maple Bacon - my favorite! So flavorful - very tasty and fresh! Could use MORE bacon, but when is there enough bacon!? Bourbon Caramel - this doughnut is confused and doesn't know what it wants to be when it grows up. It was a bit confusing, but it's okay. More caramel than bourbon. Turtle - this doughnut tastes like candy. It was very good. More dense than my other choices. French Toast - even though this is the most popular, it was my least favorite. It didn't taste like french toast. In fact, after trying 1/2 of each of the four doughnuts I had - my mouth has that greasy taste like I've been eating fried foods all day at a fair. I would not recommend eating four doughnuts in one sitting. I would go back though - definitely! To try more doughnuts - some of the fruit-filled and seasonal ones PLUS other coffee drinks and their sandwiches and breakfast tacos! I think they have a rewards program, but it was not offered to me. Maybe you need to purchase MORE than 4 doughnuts? read more

OMG! Santa & Mrs Claus visited relative on a Monday and tried Parlor Donuts because Munster Donuts wasn't open. Wow! Awesome donuts and great coffee! Raspberry-filled minis (10) for $5 with chocolate dipping cup: to die for! Peanut butter cup donut was astounding! Coffee is great! Great variety of donuts! Not cheap, but worth it. Sometimes it comes down to expectations. In my mind, cronuts are not really donuts and I was hoping for some round, 'traditional' donuts when I walked into the door. Just opened today for a soft opening and they were crowded. I expected worse but crowded. They have plenty of people working to handle the line. Plenty of unique doughnut options to choose from. We had carnival, campfire, French toast, and Sandy Beach. All very good. Next time going to try the breakfast foods. The place is very bright and cheery. I'll say this much: the "doughnuts" here are uniquely tasty. Crispy and buttery on the outside, fluffy and layered on the inside. And with a variety of flavors, both regular and temporary, you'll definitely find a favorite or two. They're pretty dense, so I can only eat one in a sitting without feeling absolutely sluggish for the rest of the day. The interior is clean and comfortable with a friendly staff. After placing orders three times for pick up, they have changed their policy for phone orders. I was told that my order had to be at least $50 in order to have it ready for the next day. I know no other bakeries or donut shops that have such a policy. Even when I was able to place an order ahead of time, I still had to wait in a long line to get my order. Once the order was incomplete, and I was told that they combined it into two boxes. My husband had to go back to get the rest of the order. Ordered 2 dozen and box of coffee. Charged a tip fee? for them to box the order. A box of coffee does not come with cream. When I asked about cream, I was told they don't have " Togo " cream.
