The woman at the counter after taking my order and me paying for the order with my debit card kept showing me her tip cup and and saying did you see my tip cup? Very disrespectful workers. This DD store is open from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m., but the drive thru is open 24 hours every day. This location on Rt 315 is long overdue, and it's so nice to see that big bright sign on the top of the hill lighting up the highway. The store is clean, and while the employees are still a bit green, it's difficult to mess up the order process at DD. There are also some pretty cool ceramic mugs available here. They aren't the Pennsylvania ones, but they're really clean-looking DD mugs and worth it for $5. There's also a full bagged coffee and K-Cup stock in here. read more

Consistently out of product. No matter how you ask for your coffee, whether it be extra cream, sugar, a shot of espresso or other flavor, the coffee always tastes very strong and bland. Would you like LIGHT ice in your coffee... NOPE, not today, not ever. ALL the ice they have on hand will be lovingly smashed into your cup. So I decide to stop at Dunkin Donuts and grab a donut on my way home from the casino. It's 11pm, but I am not really thinking this should be a problem, since I thought all Dunkin Donuts are open 24 hours a day. Pull in to the parking lot, park the car, and pull on the door. It's locked. Sign says they close at 10pm, which I think odd. But oh well. But then I see a car pulling out of the drive thru. OK. I'll just use the drive thru. A woman comes on the intercom asking for my order. "I would like one Boston Creme donut please". She replies, "We don't have donuts." I can't believe what I just heard. I must have been mistaken. "Excuse me," I reply. "We are out of donuts. We are waiting for them to be delivered." Now I am totally floored. "You don't make them here," I ask. To which the answer was "Uhhh, no." They don't make donuts at a donut shop that for years had commercials saying it was time to make the donuts. So if they don't make the donuts there, there are a lot of other places that don't make donuts but sell them to choose. read more

This may be the most poorly trained Dunkin' in the region. I have stopped here 3 times and I always order a double espresso. This blows their minds and it takes several minutes of explaining that a turbo shot is espresso and that you are going to pull two of those in a cup. They always put it in a tiny espresso cup which they shouldn't use for a double and also only pull one shot a lot as well. It's kind of amazing they can screw this up so much. read more

Well, it's been a little over a month, so out of convenience, my wife stops at this location to pick up our coffee's this morning. This must be the worst DD in NEPA! This place has 2 issues. They are always out of something especially blueberry flavoring for the coffee so if I find myself stuck going here I don't even ask anymore and just save my breath. Now let's talk about the service. Stopped in the drive through one night and just needed literally 5 seconds to find something on the menu. When I told here one moment I received a clear as day "ugh" over the speaker. I have been going to this location for awhile now besides a few orders wrong nothing majorly awful happend until this past week.. Twice my finace and i were treated rudly by a worker. She refered to my finace as having "a dad type body" and myself as still looking pregnant (i just had a baby)..we were humiliated infront of a whole line of people each time. Because it was in the morning around 8 am a busy time. Just looking at the other reviews, it's pretty apparent that this truly is the WORST Dunkin'. I honestly don't know if my order has EVER been correct. I'm a frequent flyer for Dunkin Donuts all over PA & NJ and I can say that this location is absolutely horrid especially in comparison to the Bear Creek, Plains and Forty Fort locations. It blows my mind that all 3 of the other locations can comprehend a simple order, but this particular location just can't seem to do much of anything right. Coworkers of mine have the same issue day after day, so I know it's not just my order. I've complained numerous times and I get nothing short of a pitiful apology from the manager. Placed an order for two toasted plain bagels with American cheese melted on them. Was told that they couldn't do this because it was a health code violation. What ?? Preparing food is a violation ? I have had this exact order filled, without question, in probably 40-50 Dunkin locations here in Pa, and as far away as the original Dunkin location out in Massachusetts. The counter girl there actually said, "Mmm, that sounds good, I've gotta try that". Yet the Route 315 location seems to feel that toasting a bagel and melting a slice of cheese is breaking the law. At first it was cute one of the employees went through the drive thru to play a joke on her coworker but when she kept circling with her cigarette hanging out the window it got a little unprofessional... I ordered a medium ice coffee with butter peacan and cream in reality I got ice water with a hint of pecan(seriously I'm sure they forgot the coffee!!)... I also order hash browns for my 4 and 2 year old ... I think the picture speaks for its self but they were crushed crumbs and super stale .. disgusting. This is the worst DD ever! If I could put 0 stars I would. They have gotten our coffee order incorrect 8 out of the last 10 days (4 drinks per order at least 1 has been wrong). Unfortunately we were stuck as the only DD near the client we were working at. The problems ranged from hot tea without any tea bags, crushed cups that leaked, weird looking lids that leaked, constantly incorrect cream, sugar, Splenda ratios. I would definitely look elsewhere.
