Horrible order taker. Tried to order a coffee with mixed flavors, and the guy taking the order started giving attitude. Stopped me in the middle of my order and started yelling at me. I kept it very professional the entire time and he was just arrogant. Then when I said I wanted to cancel the order, he said he was sorry for that. Getting a Dunkin right shouldn't be hard. Have coffee, have donuts, process the queue quickly, take money and fill orders fast. This DD on Wilkes-Barre Township Blvd does all of that and they do it with a smile. They even have a drive through, but you'll want to be on the lookout for people who haven't digested their coffee yet and nearly run you over. So there's that. Typical Dunkin coffee, great Boston Kreme donut and the breakfast sandwich was also good. There's just not nearly enough parking here for the crowds looking to go inside. read more

Stood in line at the register for 10mins while the lady working behind the counter told me to hold on while she continued with her side conversation with a man who already had his order. I decided to go inside and browse the selection. First off, the store is super new looking and well kept. There was a tiny line, but the workers were so on top of it and one was taking the drink orders and getting them started while the other was doing donuts and working the register. Called Dunkin to advise them of the mistake becayse they were crowded and thought this might cause multiple mistakes. The young lady on the phone advused I could bring it back. I've been going to this Dunkin for a long time now since I started my new job. Haven't really had much of a problem till very recently. I usually get Carmel & Mocha with liquid sugar and cream. Well very recently for like the past week or so they have been telling me their out of Carmel. I thought it was weird but okay, well I asked for the same thing today and then I saw the Manager or whatever give the Cashier a "look" and he said "no sorry we're all out of Carmel". Whatever then I'll just get Mocha. Then I noticed the guy in front of me got CARMEL NO PROBLEM. I would have gladly pay more if you just asked me. But looks like you just lost a customer for life, wow. Be careful everyone, appearently this Dunkin doesn't like to put more then one swirl in a drink. read more

Excellent customer service; amazing iced coffee and coffee coolattas; mini hash browns to die for; the DDPerks card/app is fantastic (I'm constantly earning free beverage rewards). The only negative thing about this DD is its location. During AM rush hour, trying to pull out of that place and onto route 309 is downright dangerous! read more
