This might be the worst Starbucks I ever been to. The staff are completely detached. The girl with the dyed red hair really shouldn't be working in any kind of service. I understand they are all 16 years old and detached. But not only did she make 3 wrong orders consistently, she forgot our one basic coffee order and made it terribly. In between each service she was taking shooters of whip cream and whiping hwr nose with her hand. Her and the staff member who has braces were talking the entire time also while he just inappropriately stared at my partner. So yea, management you might need to let them go. Because of their delay and it taking more than 20 minutes for our order, we ended up missing buying my blind mom flowers from Whitstand Farm whom I haven't seen in 3 years because I live in la and we leave tomorrow. Massively disappointed with this place is an understatement. read more

The slowest starbucks you'll ever go to. I've seen packed airport Starbucks with less workers pump drinks out faster. It's ridiculous. Also instead of doing their jobs the baristas have conversations with eachother while doing absolutely nothing. Stopped by tonight to order an unsweetened iced tea. I set down my laptop and was ready to screen lock it, when an employee stormed his way over to me and told me to leave because I hadn't immediately purchased something (I was in the process of doing so, and I had not been there for long. Perhaps customers are put on some sort of timer to hurry up and place orders?). I walked over to the counter and he (the employee) backed away from me without saying a word. A female employee also walked away from the register and refused to serve me. I'm guessing that they did not want to put forth the effort to make a beverage (even one as simple as an unsweetened iced tea). I did nothing to deserve this sort of treatment. I was simply attempting to place an order. I am a middle-aged man and have never been kicked out of a cafe or restaurant in my entire life (until now). I remember a time in which the employees at this location were happier, and the place didn't look like it was closed and lights off (during business hours) when you looked in from outside. So far, the store management has not offered me any app points or other compensation, or even a promise that the employee would receive performance correction training. I had been a customer at this location for over 10 years and have given this location thousands of dollars. If anything, they should have recognized me as a loyal customer, rather than bullied me. They will never receive another penny from me. I can't imagine ever being comfortable enough to go back. read more

Popped in this afternoon for a quick treat. Unfortunately nothing came quickly and it was definitely not a treat. After waiting 15 minutes for a drink that never came, I had to get back to work or I was gonna be late so I asked the cashier to cancel my drink because I had to leave. This point they're all like "oh what happened to your drink?" And it turned out the very busy barista had already made my drink but 1) it was the wrong drink and 2) she never called my name. It seems like at some point she could've looked up and said "Gee you've been standing there for a really long time what are you waiting for?" But the barista was not acknowledging anyone in front of her or even make eye contact with or even say hello which strikes me as... Not ideal. Every time I come here it's a drama. Every time I promise myself "never again" and considering I knew their track record, I guess it's my fault because I should've known better. To their credit, they refunded the cost of the drink back onto my card but unfortunately I'll never get the 20 minutes that I wasted on this encounter. read more

Headed here to stretch out a lovely night out with the Irishman from Co. Cork after a dinner at a nearby restaurant. We walked over here, ordered hot chocolates, and sat down to people watch as we relaxed and chatted. The chocolate was hot, the service was fast, and for a Friday night at 7:30 PM, it was a great place for a foreigner to observe the wild people of Haddonfield. Here are a few of his classics: "Feckin' 'ell, everyone is either 14 years old or 84 in this town." "Jaysus, would you wanna guess how much that car cost." Meh... it's a basic Starbucks in a charming village that frankly deserves better. The store was relatively clean. The restrooms were in need of some attention. The drinks were fine. The service was what you'd expect. I highly recommend detouring off the NJ Turnpike to experience historic downtown Haddonfield... and if you need a coffee, this shop will satisfy your cravings, while feeling somewhat out of place with the surrounding local businesses. read more

The employees at this Starbucks are friendly, nice and consistent with their service. People should expect it to be busy considering its location in Haddonfield. Love the workers , they are pleasant from the time I walk in even if it's at 6 am . I find a lot of customers in this particular starbys are a little impatient at times and nasty to the workers. I have been coming to this starbucks for 20 years. In the last 3 years the service has declined so drastically. Today the person at the register actually seemed annoyed to take my order. Wait time is out of control even when I mobile order very far in advance.... most likely bc the baristas are deep in conversation with one another. I've been coming here for sometime now. This Starbucks is in a great neighborhood and parking usually isn't that difficult to locate. The employees at this location are very friendly and work efficiently. Theirs seating towards the rear of the store which seats a good amount of customers with additional seating at the bar area looking out the window. The store always looks clean and well kept. They also have various mugs, instant coffee, coffee beans for sale. They had a 30% sale for Christmas time and ended up purchasing a mug. I liked the decorations they put up for Christmas and the music being played was great. I'm happy when I come in here it isn't too busy or I probably wouldn't stay. I feel a lot of people will take away from the overall environment. I feel some people talk too loud and I don't enjoy hearing other people's conversation. This starbucks used to be very nice, but the baristas have become very rude and it takes 15-20 minutes to get your food but they are now not allowing select people into the back section with tables and chairs so people are not able to wait for their food to be ready which takes 20 minutes or eat their food. But, they are letting some people sit there. Seems they are judging people based on their looks by selecting certain people to sit in the back or not. And half the time they get their orders wrong and since it takes so long to get the food it's not even worth it to bring up that it is wrong. read more

I love this Starbucks. The baristas take great care in preparing my drinks and making them perfect every time. This is one of the few locations open late on a Sunday in the local area and always find myself there on a Sunday night. Plenty of spots to sit both inside and out to enjoy a cup of coffee while reading a book, working on your laptop, or a chat with a good friend. Kudos to the staff at this location! Starbucks as usual but one of the biggest locations I've been to in awhile. I'm a sucker for local coffee shops but there's a serious lack of "local" in Haddonfield with Starbucks and Saxby's on King's Highway. Nice seating area. I've always had a big problem with cafes not having enough seating for customers. There's a nice line of high chairs and bar-like seating while also having your tables by a fireplace on the other side without the bustle of the people ordering. Wi-Fi is great - I've had issues at Saxby's down the street and other shops before. Plenty of outlets too (at least, at the bar-like seating). Also probably one of the very few places open past 8pm during the weekdays which is helpful when you're a working professional who also wants to study for grad school exams and future grad school! The weird? They are open until 10pm but were cleaning when I arrived at 8pm and mopping around 8:30 when there were still people walking in and out. I ordered a decaf coffee when I arrived and there wasn't any brewed but they gladly brewed a fresh batch for me and told me it was a short wait. I have been consistently coming to this Starbucks for about a year. During this year that I have been coming, there have been continuous moments of frustration where I have had an order that was wrong, incomplete, or in some way or form messed up. I love the food, the bacon egg bites hit the spot, and the drinks are lovely, however that's only when I get them, and get them whole. When I order I at times would get a drink and be given a completely different one, buy egg bites and get biscuits, or just not receive part of my order at all. This Starbucks is AWESOME. The people who work here are super nice and very skilled at making delicious/beautiful drinks. Yesterday Connor helped me and we had a delightful conversation about the Starbucks Trophy thingy on display above the register. I'm not sure what all a barista has to do to win this glorious object but apparently someone at this Starbucks is a master barista. Also, Connor told me that this beautiful trophy/cup was even designed by another employee who works here. (Are these people talented or what!?) Today I was helped by a very nice young man named Gunnar (he's named after a star QB who used to play for the Cincinnati Bengals) and a kind woman named Alyssa. One of the other employees (didn't see her name badge) was wearing a bejeweled sparkly headband. Where I guess I'm going with all this is what after a year of COVID lockdowns, it is SO nice to go out into the world to procure a delicious/refreshing beverage and to be waited on by some real good people. I also really like that Starbucks has gender/pronoun buttons that employees can choose to wear. As someone who is not cisgender, it makes me feel really seen in the world to have a company like Starbucks care about this little detail. A+ job, crew!! P.S. Pretty rude, unnecessarily condescending and dismissive. I just attended a digital event in which the chief operating officer was speaking and she mentioned the welcoming culture this brand strives to create. That clearly missed this location as I experienced a team member serve someone who came in after me that they seemed to personally know and then walk away from me. Awful experience. I always order the same exact thing from Starbucks, for years now, a nitro cold brew iced coffee. The baristas here were so confused by my order and kept ensuring I wanted it iced. I've never even been asked that before, it's never been an issue. I ended up getting an entire cup of ice with literally a few sips of coffee. The girl who took my order was clueless and I didn't get a receipt but I was able to see on the coffee cup they put I wanted extra ice? I have no idea where that came from. No other Starbucks has ever done this, and what I was given looked nothing like what I always get. $5 for the most simple cup of coffee and it was all ice. It was unbelievable. I've never had such an awful Starbucks experience, and the baristas were so unhelpful and uncaring. read more

I frequent this particular Starbucks location on a weekly basis - every Sunday after my long run with my running club. Our (sometimes large) group comes in, hogs up the bathrooms as we each take a few minutes to freshen up after our runs, add wait time to the line, which can get long, take up usually at least 2 tables, a bunch of chairs, and the ledge by the fireplace, and stay for a good hour and a half. The staff, I suppose recognizing our loyalty and business rather than our nuisance factor, is always very friendly and provides fast, efficient service. I've never had to wait an excessive time for my drink, and I've never gotten an error with my order. They usually don't run out of things in the baked goods case either. The store is kept fairly clean, considering we are there at the prime hours on a Sunday morning. Someone is always emptying the trash and refilling the milk and Half and Half on the counters. It would be easy for the staff to look at our group, week after week, and roll their eyes saying, "oh, this group again, hogging up the whole store," but that has never been the case. We always feel welcomed. I always receive friendly service, my questions are answered, and some of the staff members even go so far as to ask some of us how our runs went that day. 5 stars for this location, for sure. read more

Confession: I'm one of "those" coffee drinkers. When I find myself in Starbucks, I don't get regular brewed coffee. I get something fancy schmancy like a Frapuccino with whip cream and caramel. It always tastes and looks the same. That's awesome. I hate inconsistency. The service has gone from decent (in the 90s when they opened) to over-the-top spectacular (present day). There are plenty of pastries to choose from if you want a snack plus a cooler with bottled beverages and refrigerated snacks like yogurt parfaits and fruit. Comfortable seating options, including a counter to sit at if you don't want to camp out. Overall, the shop is clean, as are the bathrooms. read more

I like to study in starbucks, so my review reflects what I find conducive / disadvantageous - Pros - bright - good location (in terms of sitting outside / walking around) - friendly staff - closes at 10/11 pm as opposed to 9:30/10 pm (cherry hill location) - good drink selection + clover brew Con - Bathrooms almost always dirty, and usually 1 out of 2 are "out of order". - Floors around seats often have crumbs/garbage around them. - Parking is challenging I understand this is a very busy starbucks and like the atmosphere, but the fact that the bathrooms / floors are always less than stellar bother me. read more

I've been to this Starbucks somewhere in the realm of 100-200 times and I can truly say it's the best and most consistent coffee shop around. Even if you want that "local" feeling, the employees get to know you and your drink orders. I will go out of my way to go this this particular Starbucks due to the efficiency and friendliness of the employees. Employees do their job and nothing else and while we wanted to sit for a bit the area in the back smelled like pee and appeared to be a homeless man sleeping so we skipped it. This was my first time back after a long time and I forgot how much seating is there but keeping the place a bit more in order when it's busy would be nice. read more
