I frequent this Dunkin almost daily but the past two days my order has been incorrect both times causing me to have to turn around and go into the store to tell them. Such an inconvenience when I'm trying to get to work. I'm not sure if it's just the morning crew and they're rushing orders or what the problem is? Some of the workers are really nice and some just aren't. Yesterday instead of a hot chocolate I got a coffee which I don't drink caffeine. Today we got the wrong donuts and they forgot my munchkins. I waited at the drive thru window staring at my drink for 10 minutes. After finally getting someone's attention she rudely said what and when I asked for my drink she jammed it into my hand spilling it all over my sleeve. Very frustrating when employees argue with repeated customer about their app and that I didn't pay when I know the money was on there. Pass on this location. Zero hygiene in place for employees. No gloves & no mask. Ordered half dozen donuts. Took to work & opened the box. Green goo on half of the donuts! Went right back to get a refund. Person at window said she'd take the green goo donuts back & I should keep the other half. Unreal! They then took all donuts back after I requested a full refund. I preordered 7 dozen bagels for a corporate event from this location. The customer service was great and the staff was knowledgable. They knew exactly how many I needed to order to feed 70 people breakfast and even gave some small flavored cream cheeses in there to help satisfy every taste. Each box was labeled and came easy for delivery to my group. As an added incentive they gave a 10% discount since I preordered. Seems small but that made the decision between panera or brueggers. Worst customer service ever. I understand there's a whole lot going on right now but that doesn't mean you get to be rude. First we pull up to the building because some are still allowing carry out and I was trying to read their signs, what happens? One of the employees locks the door while giving a nasty look. Employees start walking up to the windows to stare at us while in our work truck. Then I pull up to the drive thru and some female barely greets and lacks any type of patience. My coworker can go ahead and order here if she wants but I will personally not use my money at this location. read more

I won't be back. I ordered a medium coffee with a turbo shot, 1 sugar 1 cream. What I received was warm sugar water. There was no espresso at all it didn't even have a coffee flavor. It was warm sugar water. I really love Dunkin' Donuts but after this experience I won't be back here. read more

I have been going to this Dunkin' Donuts location for 3+ years almost every single morning for coffee. The speed of the drive-thru, the accuracy of my order, and the friendliness of the staff is unparalleled. First: At this location, regardless how long the drive-thru line looks in the morning, you will have your order within 5 minutes 99% of the time. The length of the drive-thru line is not indicative of slow service at this location, it is simply a very, very busy store. Second: I have been ordering a large, hot, caramel coffee with cream almost daily for 3+ years. The staff makes a mistake with my order MAYBE 3 times per year, and they always catch it themselves at the window prior to handing me my drink. The order accuracy is astounding. I do not ever seem to be misunderstood when I place my order nor does my order get prepared improperly. I am sure this helps with #1 (the speed of the window). Third:The staff does not seem to turn over very often, and they're incredibly friendly. I've never received bad service. They're always smiling even when they're insanely busy. They have to be exhausted, but they don't seem it. It's usually some younger kids working, but they're always incredibly, incredibly professional. I very, very rarely order food from this location, so I can't speak to anything but the coffee. And the coffee is perfection. Every time I visit a DD other than this location, I am disappointed in either the speed or the service. The Willoughby DD operates like a finely tuned machine, and I could not be happier this is the location I pass on my daily commute. read more

The lady working the drive thru window could be heard screaming at her staff because they forgot to write on my cup what kind of latte it was. It made be super uncomfortable. I have bought donuts / donut holes from this Dunkin three times now. I'm all about second chances, I even gave them a third. The donuts and donut holes were absolutely stale each time. Such a waste of money. To be charged almost 9 dollars for a dozen donuts, to basically receive what is the equivalent to a crouton that has some sugar on it is ridiculous. Donuts should not be crunchy, hard, or break into hard pieces. Never again. The coffee is good, but I will never waste money on any of their food again. Btw, these were morning purchases. read more
