I would'nt know if their bagels are any good because they REFUSE to answer their phone (called them 3 days in a row at all deferent hours, no answer). This place has long been my partner's go-to lunch spot while he works, bit he recently took me there and I can definitely see why. Their customer service is epic, how are these people so friendly when they have such early shifts?! They are wonderful. One of the girls made the sandwich so quickly that I didn't have time pull out my wallet. It was some serious skill. Due to covid they do close by 2 now, so get there early enough for the best bagel selection, pay a little more to get the epic cheesy bagel, it sure didn't disappoint me! Although 2 bagel sandwiches don't seem like much, the friendly staff so early really helps to start the day well. Definitely drive past the new Starbucks to stop here for your bagel. read more

The place had no fountain drinks, no ice, no napkins in the dispensers, no salt packets and no plastic forks. The one employee looked at us but never said one word. We like this location because it's close to home. WI always order their large box for family breakfast. It's easy & convenient. On delivery services such as door dash - it costs more money. So lately, we have drove to the storefront ourselves to place the order & pick up the food. This morning, my sister asked about the box at the register before she placed the order. The lady at the cashier started speaking but another ready from the end of the counter spoke up real loud.. said it would be at least 20mins. We understand it's gonna take a minute. The attitude and snappiness was ridiculous. She moved on from that.. ended up ordering it anyways. All of the other customers are staring at this point. They didn't ask what bagels we wanted, didn't ask if the sandwiches were okay the way they came, they were out of some hash browns so we got extra muffins. Everything was thrown together out of spite. She said the bagels are random. Well, we normally pick them out online. I'm unsure if another customer prior to us made their day crappy.. but taking it out on new customers isn't really the greatest idea. Especially since we're the same group that consistently orders this $30ish dollar box 1-2x a week. Not all of the employees are like this. But the one, specifically today on June 26th - probably shouldn't have a customer service type job if they're constantly working with the direct public. Do yourself a favor, pay extra and have someone else deliver it. read more

I'm not from the area and was assuming the service couldn't be as bad as everyone was saying, so I decided to stop. At 9:25am they weren't very busy. Two employees, I assume one being a manager. One man, one woman. The gentleman was friendly and hustling but the woman was moving pretty slow and extremely rude to an older woman with her granddaughter who were in front of me. Based on that interaction alone, regardless of quality of the food, is why I gave a 2 star. read more

The bagel sandwiches were very flavorful. The staff is rude. I think they believe they are being efficient and believe speed is more important than friendly. Both would be good. I ordered the pictured feature sandwich. The girl asked if I wanted it "skinny"? I said "well what is that?" Was she saying I am fat? No, apparently they cut a bunch of the middle of the bagel out to make it more calorie friendly. Who goes to a bagel shop for less bagel? Not me. I may be fat but I don't think Bruegger's should be the ones to tell me. read more

bagel's and coffee are actually quit good what lacks is the service. I'd love to come here every morning, I live across the street. The problem is in the morning they have only 2 people and unfortunately both are quite slow. One is an elderly lady and the other appears to be a young teen girl. They are both so nice but not at all equipped to handle morning rush. They need at least two more experienced workers behind the counter. Also, they have a poor set-up where if you want only coffee you can cut ahead of everyone that has been waiting forever for the one loan bagel preparer to work on customers one at a very slow time. THEN when you finally get your bagel and get to the cashier she is helping someone that got in the 'coffee' only line and have to wait for her to get their coffee and check them out. Too much aggravation to deal with this shop. read more

I enjoy coming to Bruegger's. The bagels are delicious. The honey walnut cream cheese is my favorite. Today's visit was not good. Coffee was so strong it tasted like it had been sitting there for hours. No sugar-at all. How can a restaurant that serves hot beverages be totally out of sugar!!!! Also, the milk carafe was empty. I took it up to the register and informed the server about it. He refilled it right away. The tables were dirty. The restaurant was not busy. Disappointed. read more

Bagels are good and ya know expect what you expect from this chain. For some reason this locations customer service is particularly bad despite not being that busy. Usually they're nice to me but I've seen them be really rude to people who have questions or don't understand the ordering process. We typically just go to the one in Mayfield because the service is better. read more

Great store, fresh bagels, warm welcoming environment, and nice staff. Visiting family nearby and stopped in several mornings for coffee, bagels and free wifi. Lots of locals visit and by late morning a group of seniors congregate to talk about current events. Very clean, bagels fresh and coffee hot. read more

Went for lunch and tried to order a combo with chips and beverage. I ordered an unsweetened ice tea. None of the 5 workers could get the price to ring as a combo. Turkey on sesames/ guacamole, chips and ice tea cost $11.10. I should have just walked out. I sent a compliant and the manager ( who I actually think was working when I was there for this visit) said ice tea isn't a choice with the combo. Why didn't anyone working know that? but how ridiculous.-brewed ice tea is much cheaper than soda. The ice tea tasted old and rancid. Back to DD I go. read more

Bagels are good, seems like they keep getting smaller and smaller but for the price $2.29 you can get yourself a toasted, cream cheese smothered bagel of your choice. I prefer the jalapeno cheddar with scallion cream cheese. Bruegger's also has soup, breakfast bagels, and coffee. I can tell you that it is no Panera Bread but it fits the bill when all you want is a quick snack on the run. I went in Sunday around 9am and the place had quite the line but I think it was just people going to the Browns game seeing all the jerseys. But hey, I was going to the game too so when in Rome right? Enjoy!! read more

I have gone in this brueggers every day until most recent. The manager Jacqui is no longer with the store and she was part of the reason i stopped every day. She was a phenomenal worker and i wish i had her full name to send a thank you directed to her. What a loss to this establishment. the previous management last year was a total waste. Jacqui brought this store up to speed all the while focusing on customer service and making the customer feel their service was valued. :( read more

This place is a disaster every time I go in. It's early enough to not be busy at that time and the people barely pay attention to your order so it's wrong a lot. The mood in there at that time is not a pleasant one. One time they left my sandwich in the oven for a few extra minutes so it was clearly burnt and the girl proceeded to wrap it up and handed it to me. The store brought in some help not that long ago, which I assume was people from another store, and it ran great for a couple weeks but now it's right back to the same half ass morning crew. My order was wrong this morning and the guy who cashed me out was covered in sweat including his t-shirt that was soaked. It was gross and I've had enough of this location. I live by the one in Brecksville but it's a little out of my route to work. I've never had any issues there and thought that all the locations would hold the same standards so resorted to Willoughby but that was a big mistake. read more
