It's pretty much what you'd expect from Dunkin. I went with my friend while visiting the area since we don't have one back home. The breakfast sandwiches were just okay--nothing special--but my friend's obsessed with the hashbrowns. Of course, we had to get donuts, and the blueberry Munchkins are still my favorite. The blended mocha was actually the standout for me--super good and probably the best part of the stop. We went through the drive-thru, and while the guy seemed a little confused at first, we got it sorted out. It was quick and empty, which made the whole thing easy. Looks like it's been sitting around and RE cooked several times. Horrible food; not carefully prepared and or has been RE used/ RE heated food after what looks like many days. Is dark brown/black and hard inside. The croissant is also burned (not the first time for this either). Just AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. I live midnight coffee and really enjoy their food, but to save money and eat healthy get the breakfast snack wrap with bacon no cheese

When we walked in no one greeted us to provide any service. We ordered four ice creams for $25. The gummy bears in my daughters were rock hard; couldn't chew them. The chocolate dipped cone my other daughter had was chewy/stale. My ice cream had the chewy pieces like it was very old. I really wouldn't recommend. Terrible experience and expensive. read more

When we pulled into this Dunkin there was no cars in the drive through and when we went inside we saw about 5+ workers there was no line so we went up to order and ordered right away we then had to proceed to wait 30 minutes to get toast and a green iced tea. I feel the need to say the employees here are always the most pleasant and nice people. They are actively trying to deliver the best product and you can tell. They want to serve customers correctly and fast. The food and coffee/drinks are always correct to order for me, or they are putting in the effort to make it right. Every worker is following covid protocols 100% of the time when I'm going through the drive thru. I drive past the DD near my home to stop at this location on my way to work. I'm appalled at some of the other comments under this location. The nature of them is terrible. This is clearly a family run business. Support your community. I have never been a big fan of Dunkin' Donuts, but this one is absolutely horrible. They sell stale day-old old oil tasting doughnuts, expensive cold drinks that are mostly ice and deliver with slow bad service That really sum it up. I wish we had a Krispy Kreme or a Winchells in Southwest Oakland County. It will be another few years before I visit a Dunkin' Donuts again if ever. read more

Time after time, this place is very cheap on their products. Drip coffee is diluted, any kind of espresso drink, they are even cheap on the espresso. I visited this store a couple days ago (Saturday). I was ignored for a long time and debated walking out. They didn't have any of the donuts I was looking forward to buying: no chocolate cream filled, jelly filled, chocolate honey glazed, nor peanut. They had a couple trays of chocolate dipped and a couple vanilla cream filled, strawberry dipped, and other donuts I've never bothered with. They need serious supervision. I recently started buying the colada's and notice they differ from store to store but gone Dunkin/31 Flavors on Wixom road seems to be watered down even after requesting another one. I visited this morning for an iced coffee. There was what appeared to be a family who owns it and works there. I stood at the counter for about five minutes while 4 to 5 workers waited on customers in the drive through. Not one of them greeted me or said "we'll be with you in a minute." Just nothing. One middle aged worker looked at me, saying nothing, and no one was in a hurry to wait on me. I started to leave, but my husband was waiting to use the restroom so I stuck around. Finally, a young woman took my order. She did not say "thanks for your patience" or anything of that nature and was not friendly. This may be a cultural issue as sometimes those from other countries don't understand our rules of politeness. I would not return to this Dunkin Donuts because I did not like this behavior, and as a minority, I cannot help but wonder if someone would have waited on me sooner, say, had I been a white male.
