I just got off a 12am flight and had to return my drink because it was labeled just milk when I requested oat milk. One of the employees who I'm assuming is the manager decided to argue with me about whether I asked for oat milk or animal milk. When she literally repeated it back to me when I ordered. "We can check the cameras". I just wanted her to remake it but she proceeded to say she had to up charge me for the milk alternative. Honestly employees need to start confirming with customers. "What type of milk would you like" is not a difficult question and can save a lot of hassle and could prevent people from getting sick. People with dietary preferences already struggle finding things to order. Fighting for a dollar when you could just be helpful and recieve more tips/ better ratings is crazy. Everyone knows Dunkin is overpriced and low quality. It should at least be convenient. read more

Dunkin' regular over here and this one was especially nice. I came here at about 6:30pm, there was no line so the drive thru was a breeze. I ordered a small iced coffee with vanilla syrup, everything bagel bites, and ham and cheese roll ups. Basically my dinner! The lady helping me over the drive thru was so sweet and patient. My food was warm and fantastic as always and the coffee was good. I rarely ever have any issues with Dunkin. This one was quick, accurate, and good. I couldn't ask for anything else. read more

Ordered new holiday coffee, medium for $2. There was nobody in line and I had to wait for my coffee. Tasted bitter and sour like day old coffee that was heated up in the microwave. I take my coffee with 2 cream 2 sugar and still tasted bitter. As a Loyal Dunkin' coffee customer for many years, this was old coffee that was heated up because business owner is too cheap to brew fresh pot. I'm so sick of these ethnic Dunkin' owners in this area who cut costs to save money. Cheap people!!! read more

I was coming here quite consistently for awhile and started to notice some inconsistency. I have the Dunkin app and would order my coffee through that and then proceed to get my order. I ordered the same coffee everytime, same additives, same sugar. And everytime the coffee tasted different. The only time it was good was when the manager would be there, any other employee did not make the coffee right. I finally drew the line of coming back when I noticed the amount of coffee grounds in the bottom of my drink and on top of that the inconsistency in the coffee. I had also tried a couple of their breakfast options, the sandwiches are never good the only thing I would recommend would be their donuts and hash browns. read more

Pretty standard dukin location. It has a small indoor dining area but is mostly takeout only. They have a drive thru that can be quick or slow depending on the number of cars. Please use caution when going around the backside of the building because there can be delivery trucks parked for the other businesses next door. The coffee and donuts are what you would expect of any other dunkin. I would recommend using the mobile app to order ahead. read more

For anyone who wants to go to this Dunkin. Just know that this is going to be the worst one you'll ever go to we had to wait up at the window for 10 min and there's was no line ahead of us. When the lady came up to me she gave the dirtiest look and then gave us the wrong order and wanted me to pay. I said "im not paying for this " in the nicest way possible then I was driving forward from the drive threw and someone took a sharp turn and wasn't paying attention and we had a accident the lady who was serving us then came out and had the happiest and biggest smile on her face. This Dunkin has awful employees for the early morning shift. They constantly mess up my drink (a caramel iced coffee, constantly forget my partner's chocolate milk, and take so much time taking and making the order. I have had problems with this Dunkin (the Dunkin on Pontiac Trail in Wixom MI) before that I overlooked since it's right by my work. Today was the last straw. As I was eating my bagel, I pulled a long, thin piece of white plastic out of my mouth. I immediately wanted to throw up. Not only is it disgusting because I don't know what it is or where it's been, but I could have choked on it or swallowed it and had it do a lot of damage. I am angry and disgusted. DO NOT GO HERE. They are always screwing up my orders in the first place, but this is unacceptable and dangerous. Shame on you for putting your customers in danger like this. read more

Poorly run business they never give you a total owed price so you could have money ready when you get to window at drive thru. The outside is filthy with trash stacked around building and next to curb at drive thru. Interior isn't much better half the lights are burned out or dim at counter. I will stop at tim hortons up the street from now on. read more

Coffee in any variety I've ordered has been spot on. They're quick and don't waste my time waiting. Of course, the donuts are delicious. My 5 year old loves the hot chocolate and bagel with egg, bacon, and cheese. read more
