The store in Woodbury is the worst. Was in there this morning around 8am, three people there and no one responding to the fact I was there. Compared to other ones the prices are a little high and the mixtures of their coffees are weaker. And a big pot hole in the drive thru is not being taken care of. Very bad service. I am so tired of doing this because I love Dunkin' Donuts but I can't deal with this horrible way they're running their business especially in my hometown. So do you want to do a zoom for ease as soon as someone clicks on your website it says delivery delivery! But when people come here to pick up food or coffee for somebody that you're not letting them in the door you're locking your doors and making people sit in line a line that shouldn't even be there since you don't have customers on the inside. I order from this Dunkin' Donuts a lot through door dash and they always get my order wrong. And then I ordered it this morning and again they got my iced coffee wrong so I called the restaurant to complain and whoever I spoke to hung up the phone on me and then when I tried to call back they had the phone off the hook. This was literally the most horrible customer service I've ever experienced at a dunkin. I went in there with my 3 kids, no one else was in there, but there WAS a drive through line. Two people were working the drive thru but didn't acknowledge our existence as we stood there for 6 minutes. When I finally asked if anyone was going to take our order because we've been standing there, she called a third person who was in the back with no apology. When the third person came out- no smile, no apology, nothing. It was the most ridiculously awful set of employees. Clearly the owner needs to set higher standards with the crew. Four times this week I have gone to this Dunkin. Each time ordering the same drink. Each time the manager makes it wrong, puts wrong ingredients. Today I went in , the mgr ignored me, then started to take my order and then walked away without finishing taking my order. Worried about the drive thru but not me who was standing there. There's a couple reasons I'm the first to review this Dunkin' Donuts: 1) I'm not sure there are many Yelpers in the Woodbury area, and 2) You can be pretty sure about what to expect when hitting up a franchise that's pretty much around every corner. This particular DD deserves its own review for the following downfalls: * Ordering at the drive thru almost always turns into an annoying variation of a who's on first skit leaving me screaming something like, "NO! NO HASHBROWNS! JUST A COFFEE!! SPLENDA AND SKIM MILK!!!" into the speaker, only to get a reply like, "Soooo... 2 hashbrowns and an iced coffee, extra cream, extra sugar?" * Because of the above, you never quite know what you're going to end up with when you drive to the window. It's often wrong. * If you decide to forgo the frustrating drive thru exchange and just go inside to place your order, you will be met with the tear-inducing smell of burning, which will stick to your clothes and hair for the rest of the day. Really, I am only giving this location 2 stars instead of 1 because for the most part, once my orders are finally settled, the food and coffee is what you'd get at any other Dunkin' Donuts. read more

It's dunkin. So you know what to expect when you go to one. This particular one is quite annoying. Go to the drive through. Order caramel medium iced coffee with half and half and Splenda. Then have to repeat yourself literally three times because the person taking the order is apparently deaf. This happens every time I go here. I don't understand it. I went to dunkin donuts drive through this morning. The manager (or the owner) was so rude. I asked her "can I use my reward" and had to repeat 5 times and she still didn't get what I said. I was like never mind and gave up. Then I asked her politely can you please help me throw this out ( it was a cup from dunkin donut ). She said "NO, I don't want people behind you complain" How that makes sense? Complain? About what? I went to this place couple times and they always messed up my drink and when I asked to fix it, they gave me attitude. I went to this Dunkin this morning and ordered 3 iced coffees and was charged for 3 they only gave me 1 and when I asked for the other 2 the girl argued with me that I didn't order and pay for 3. Completely terrible customer service incompetent workers and thieves in my mind, based on my experience and others I see on Yelp.
