I did not try the food, as it didn't seem worth the cost and the donuts are simply not my style--no big deal, just personal preference. Unfortunately, the service was underwhelming. The staff made me feel like I was inconveniencing them just by looking at the menu or asking a question, whether there was a line or not. You have to ask for everything, and they decide how much of each condiment goes into your drink. If the beverage is prepared incorrectly, you're stuck with it--you can add more, but you can't take anything away. The coffee bar was completely unusable: an empty napkin holder, no stir sticks, empty condiment bins--nothing available to customize your drink. The biggest issue for me was the ambiance and functionality of the space. After making a purchase, I sat down to do some work, but there are only three power outlets in the seating area, and the guest Wi-Fi was not functional at all. I asked if they could restart the router to see if it might work, and I was met with blank stares. I ultimately had to use my phone's hotspot just to answer emails and even write this review. The most frustrating experience, however, was using the restroom. The men's restroom has an electronic lock, and customers are not given the code. I had to ask staff to open it for me, wait, and endure uncomfortable looks--despite the door being less than ten feet from the counter. Meanwhile, the women's restroom has no lock and allows unrestricted access. This inconsistency is confusing and offensive. Overall, this location is uninviting and inconvenient for guests. I will not be returning. The only reason I visited this location at all was because it was the only nearby option while I waited to pick someone up from work. read more

Why do all of the Dunkin's think its ok to give you whatever they want when you order Midnight. Sometimes they just give you regular other times they try to mix espresso and regular other times they just give you a 16oz leftover lukewarm espresso which is almost reckless isn't it? 16oz of espresso? Coffee ... oh the need for coffee plus a couple of coupons led me to Dunkin! Always question their slogan because if America runs on Dunkin perhaps I have discovered the problem with our political divisions ... it would be so nice if both sides had breakfast together to start the day in friendly conversation so maybe the running is our problem. But, I defer back to this nice chain experience. This store is very clean with a friendly staff. In fact I have watched the micro area (Nothing is made fresh at Dunkins) being swept by staff. I enjoyed hearing music in the background plus the free wifi is a good touch to enjoy my pre-fab breakfast sandwich and a nice hot cup of "JOE." The turkey egg and cheese on flatbread tasted like it tastes at any Dunkins ... not great and perhaps a touch under good but that's what you get with pre-fab. The coffee was fresh - hot and oh so right. The Double D earned their reputation with coffee (Ok and donuts but I don't eat donuts accept for Paula's Donuts in Buffalo NY). This is by far the best DD in the area. Always busy, large store, large parking lot. It has drive thru issues in the morning when its busy. But that's because if ignorant customers trying to bypass the long line that's backed up onto King's Highway by coming in the opposite way and attempting to cut in front of everybody who was already waiting on the street. Today's issue was a first. I ordered a large hot decaf, and it was damn near cold. This was a first, but not excusable since the place was so busy. The guy working at night can be (actually is) as miserable as they come, complete with major attitude and always questioning any coupon or discount. Giving him the same attitude back usually kills his nonsense until the next customer pulls up... Overall, the best DD in the surrounding towns as far as the product served goes, and I'll still drive out of my way to go here. read more

If I could give this store and management 0 stars I would. This specific dunkin, has some serious issue with management and employees. We have spoken to the regional anger 3 times now. With NO change. They don't give people what they ordered. They talk nasty to customers. They are obviously to young to be employed. I'm not saying that the age is to young, I'm saying the maturity is just not there for these people at this location. I have 2 Dunkin Donuts at my disposal so you would think I would be satisfied. The one that NEVER messes up my order is smaller, friendlier, and competent. The only fault is they are not a 24 hour operation. I have been here a few times, never have they messed up an order when I would order. I like the way the employees here actually listen to you, and what you order is. The coffee was fresh, plus when ordering via drive thru you can actually hear them on the other end. 8/6/22 ...1:30pm ish....I asked for caramel in 3 of my ice coffees and pulled back through drive through... I asked the girl if she could add the caramel in that was forgotten: Her response mmmm...hmmmm. I was quiet at that response because I expected a more polite answer or even MAYBE an apology. She then proceeds to say with a nasty tone, pull through.. I remain as there's another car in front and she repeats with an even more and aggressive tone to pull through. Instead I backed out and went inside. Approaching her on her response to me and how unprofessional it was she responded with: I'm not the one who made your coffee. She continued with an attitude and very sarcastically told me: Have a wonderful day! She chuckled at me as I walked out. Boyfriend always gets iced coffee here. They don't skimp out on anything and it tastes just as good all of the time, according to him. FYI, they often use liquid sugar, too, so fear not to those weary of having clumps of sugar stuck at the bottom of the cup. And if you're a regular, they'll call you 'buddy' and give you a bright smile each and every time. Never fails. As for Foursquare check-in specials, this location is a tad bit odd because you can get a free medium iced coffee either on your third check-in or fifth check-in. I have no idea when I can get a free iced coffee unless the screen pops up and states that I unlocked the special. It's weird. That, or I just can't count multiples of three or five. read more

Love their ice tea. They got me addicted in the summer when you could get any size ice tea for $1. Now I go every day. The regular price isn't bad at around $2.50. The staff are very friendly. For speed use the drive thru. Even with 5 or 6 cars in front of you, it's much faster than going inside. read more

I have mixed feelings about Dunkin Donuts. The pros: Their coffee is good enough, their donuts are good enough, and their service is quick even when they're mobbed. It's like watching a well oiled machine in action. Fast food restaurants could learn a lot from this. The cons: The breakfast sandwiches are just unforgivably awful. The bacon is sad and floppy. The sausage is tough and weird. The big n toasted sandwich is not "big" or "toasted" at all. The undersized slices of bread were soft and completely saturated with drippy grease. It was nearly inedible not only due to the revolting flavor, but also due to the difficulties of holding on to an overly lubricated sandwich that repeatedly tried to disassemble itself. It was as if the egg patty was trying to free itself from its horrid cellmates. I really miss the Wawa down the street. Overall I'd still visit DD but only for their specialties. I swear they water down their coffee. I go there pretty frequently and it just doesn't taste right. When I go to other Dunkin' Donuts their coffee tastes stronger and it even looks darker. Just left DD and used drive thru. The man messed up the orders. Then was getting mad because we used our gift cards. He didn't speak well or clearly and was as always rude and short. He didn't even have the professionalism to say " thank you " or "have a nice day" I can't believe that people still go here. The percentage of simple orders they get wrong is staggering. It's laughable at this point. You order two plain bagels and don't bother checking the bag because it should be impossible to get wrong, but sure enough you get home and see two plain donuts and it's not worth the time or money to drive back. This was a hard review for me as I use to come here daily. A few years back this store was always a pleasure to visit. Over time the focus went from customer service to just making a buck. Terribly long wait now, they will let you stand at the counter to wait 5 mins while they play catch up for the drive through. I get a large ice coffee and a toasted wheat bagel. Do you know how many times now they screw this simple order up? Look I paid good money everyday to these people only to be disappointed. They charged me for a cheese bread twist and didn't put it in my bag. I ordered three bagels with cream cheese and there was barely any cream cheese on each bagel. There wasn't communication in English with the man that waited on me. I had to ask for a person who knows English. This has been the worst Dunkin we have ever gone to. I get my morning coffee from a Dunkin almost every day sometimes more than twice a day putting a lot of money into these stores. this is the only location that screws up. My boyfriend is type 1 diabetic and orders a hot coffee with 5-6 Splenda. They will relay it back, but put sugar in it every time. He would go back into the store to fix it and they are combative and say he just wants a free coffee.l or don't know what he's talking about. It's usually one lady in particular. They don't understand they are putting his life at risk and should pay closer attention to what they are doing. This is a law suit waiting to happen if not reported to the BBB. read more

There are a couple Dunkin Donut stores along my route to work in the morning and I go to this one because it's closest to work. I must say out of all the Dunkin Donut stores I have gone to, this is far the worst one based upon their staff. The person who usually takes your order in the drive thru has no personality what so ever and will give you an attitude if you order something that they have run out of. I must say there is only 1 employee there that seems nice when you catch him in a good mood. There's another Dunkin Donuts not too far from this place in Mantua and they have the most friendliest outgoing staff that makes you feel welcome each time, I think I might just start going there instead for now on. read more

This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts ever. I get my coffee here every time I am off and they consistently get it wrong. I get a medium coffee with French vanilla swirl and cream.... not that complicated. Today when I received it wrong, out of frustration I went back to have it remade. The manager then told me I didn't get my coffee there they don't mark their cups like that. I then produce my receipt showing I just bought it five minutes ago and he never apologized after calling me a liar. They remade the coffee for me and it was wrong a second time. I then went in to have it remade and see what the problem was. I was told well we are out of French vanilla syrup I said that information would've been extremely helpful before my first coffee was made wrong and me having to make a second trip out only to be called a liar. I then had the one boy that works there ....the only one with common sense who isnt Indian (only way to describe who i mean) and he made it with caramel instead since they were out of French vanilla and it was perfect. I will never go to this place again or give them one cent. Don't waste your valuable time and money on people who run a business this way and treat customers like criminals read more
