Ive lived in this area for almost ten years and this dunkin went from phenomenal to miserable in that period of time. If the older manager guy is working, my order is always messed up somehow. Whenever the younger people are working my coffee tastes great and I can actually finish it, but every single time without fail when this man makes my drinks they are literally disgusting. I ordered 3 French Vanilla Hot Machiatos from a chapped lipped person that looked like he was going to screw them up and he did. First of all I came in by myself and ordered 3 large hot drinks that he sat on the counter. When I asked for a cup holder he acted as if he was shocked and questioned me by repeating what I asked for" you want a cup holder? " Duh, how should I transport 3 hot coffees from here to my car without one???? Needless to say they tasted horrible, worst than bitter black coffee. So I was there 1/20 around 6:30 am. This dunkin is literally 2 minutes from my house but I drove all the way to the one on delsea because of how sh*t my experience was this morning. (I actually have worked at & managed several restaurants & waitresses so I NEVER COMPLAIN EVER bc I know the deal) Anyway.. with that being said. Whoever was taking drive thru orders sucks. Inconsistency & subpar service are two major no's. So first of all, I understand why some substitutions aren't allowed. Whatever I've had to tell customers no before nbd. BUT it was a practically even sub, I know the food cost/prep couldn't have been that different if at all. I asked for the power breakfast sand w no sausage bacon instead. The girl was like "we can't do substitutions" This would have slid fine if they didn't literally just make me the same fuckin sandwich less than 24 hrs ago. Also the one on delsea does it often for me as well without any hesitation. Anyway so I was polite and was like you guys actually just made this for me yesterday afternoon. SHE DIDNT EVEN RESPOND. LITERAL NOT A WORD. so I was like "hello" And she was like "we can't do it" I was like "I don't like sausage, you guys made it for me literally less than a day ago and the one on delsea does it no problem" So I was mid ordering it without sausage and was like you know what I'm going to the other one instead. She just said k. Like whyyyyy can't you instead of putting a sausage patty put bacon. It's the fuckin same as getting a bacon egg and cheese. But anyway. Whatever. I went to delsea and they gave me exactly what I wanted, politely, without hesitation. So thank you to that dunkin. As for this one, step your game up. I had my hand horribly burnt at this location. After it happened the manager yelled and screamed at me, but was not able to even say sorry, ask if I was alright, needed help, or medical assistance. I can concur with every other review about the manager at this location. My experience has been horrible every time I come, and this is not the first time I have been yelled at by this man (while just getting my normal order). I am not one to leave reviews ever, no matter how poorly you treat me, charge me for items I didn't order or get spoken to rudely on a frequent basis. Perhaps if they showed even a inkling of care that I was in pain I'd probably not have written this. However, the business is so poorly run that I now have an injury from being a customer, and they can't even say sorry. I have no choice. Not surprised to read the other comments. Just so curious what Dunkin is doing about this man - he has literally spit on customers?!?? Scroll down to read that story. Despite repeating my order 3 times in the drive-thru and finally seeing it come up correctly on the order screen, my order was still wrong!! I asked for a bagel NOT toasted with veggie cream cheese and got a toasted bagel with plain cream cheese. The manager is very friendly, but they often get my order wrong. I visit Dunkin 3-5 times a week. Sometimes they get my order right on! I find myself going back into the store at least once a week telling them what they did wrong. The manager always want s to make it up to me by giving me something free. I don't want something free, I want my order right the first time. I may change my rating if the service improves, but I'm seriously considering driving further to another Dunkin just because I know the service is consistent. Hope it gets better! 6/15/18 Update: I raised my review from 2 to 3 stars! The morning crews have gotten much better. Some of the slower shifts are more hit or miss. I am increasing my review from 2 stars to 3 stars. Our best experiences have been with Ashley. She is quick, friendly and efficient. You could benefit from having her help coach some of your other staff to make your customer want to choose your Dunkin' over the other 4 in the area. read more

The MANAGER SPIT on a customer!!!! This is a Facebook status from her... "I don't normally post stuff like this but I will never go to the Dunkin' in West Deptford on Crown Point Road again. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I've gotten stuck in line several times behind customers who are just getting screamed at. For the most part my orders have been correct. There was once it wasn't and as he started to argue with me I said "I'm not trying to argue please I just have to get to work." Today my coffee was wrong, completely. I turned around and went back. I said, this is not what I asked for can you please remake it, he didn't even listen to the correct things I wanted. They remade it and I sipped it and it was still wrong. I said this still tastes wrong, I want these ingredients can you please just remake it. He refused to remake it and started arguing with me. Out of frustration I threw my coffee on the ground and as I started to drive away he put his head out the window and SPIT on me. I stopped my car and got out, I said did you seriously just fucking spit on me?? As he proceeds to lift his fist to me. I told him I'm calling the cops. I get in my car and pull up and he comes out and is trying to OPEN MY DOOR. Standing there knocking on my windows pulling on my door handle. The cops finally come and the whole time he's pleading sorry to me, trying to come up to my car. Another one comes out trying to come up to my car the cop had to ask them multiple times to back away. The owner of this place argued with my daughter because they made her the wrong thing. He yelled at her and when she raised her voice back , he spit inside her window and hit her with the spit then closed his window and locked the door so she couldn't do anything about it. read more

Staff not very welcoming at all. They are not rude, but you feel like you are just another number, not a customer that is valued. Store is "surface" clean but with how lackluster the customer service and product are, I'm a little afraid to see how the kitchen actually looks behind closed doors. I don't know what happened to Dunkin Donuts over all, but the quality of the donuts at this location is pathetic at best. I don't know if the donuts are baked on premesis and filled, or if they are shipped in, but I would not be shocked if there isn't some "skimping" going on to stretch product to maximise profits. I have been to other Dunkin Donuts in other locations recently, and you can both see and taste the difference. Anything that is supposed to be "filled" (in this location) is a joke. MAYBE a 1/2 teaspoon at most of filling. Think at this point, I wouldn just rather pay the $1 more for a dozen of Krispy Kreme from where I work (and get a discount on) and actually get what I am paying for. If I am buying (and paying for) a jelly filled donut, I WANT a jelly filled donut. Overall, just very disappointed. Originally was excited to find a house with a Dunkin close by. Slowest drive thro ever!!!! People are not that friendly. Took me 10 min just for a drive through

I was so excited when this DD opened since it is close to home. They started out strong and then it was all downhill from there. My biggest problem is they always try to jip me on my coffee. Maybe this is due to the constant turn over of employees or lack of training. Every time I get a large macchiato they try to only put in 1 shot. I finally started ordering a coffee with a double shot on the side so I know I get the caffeine I need. 90% of the time they try to give me 1 shot until I call them on it. They don't argue the point which makes me feel like they know they were wrong in the first place. read more

worst dunkin ive been too in a while. they are extremely slow, there could be two cars in line and they ask you to wait at the speaker for 3-4 minutes. id say 50 percent of the time my coffee is luke warm or just stale. not sure why i keep going back , hopefully a starbucks opens up around there soom. read more

I go to this location at least three times a week being that's it's on my way home from work. So it's about 445 pm when I pull up to the drive thru there's two cars in front of me so i patiently wait for my turn to pull up to the speaker. I'm waiting at least 10 minutes to be acknowledged that I'm sitting there waiting for someone to take my order so when the girl finally gets around to taking my order I tell her what I want and I pull up to the window to pay and grab my coffees I realized I didn't have enough cash so I'm gathering some loose change to cover what I was short in cash the whole time the girl working the drive thru seems irritated by my looking for change. Then when I hand her the change she dropped it and looked at me like I was expected to get it I would have had no problem with that if she had be more polite and greeted me not even a hello nothing so needless to say I picked up the change she dropped and handed it to her and got. My coffee and it wasn't even the right one smh I will have to speak to the manger read more
