Went early in the morning for an Oat milk latte and a pumpkin donut. Latte machine was broken so settled for a pumpkin iced coffee. Somehow the pumpkin donut was replaced with a Boston Cream?? Didn't notice until I got home. So disappointing, please try harder. read more

Getting ice cream at night is pretty much impossible. Visited on multiple occasions but "they didn't have ice cream" either time. How do you function as Baskin Robins/Dunkin Donut franchise and not have ice cream available, I'm pretty sure both times the owner is working and doesn't want to bother getting ice cream. Worst experience ever I get to be out of a few things but wanted to get a cookie sundae they were out of that wanted to get a brownie sundae no brownies also tried to get soft serve and that was out to so I finally decided on a milk shake which was ok but nothing great guy at the window seemed to be really annoyed with us just being there and wouldn't doubt it if he just said they were out because he didn't want to make cookies or brownies. read more

My default Dunkin... Great service but they are often out of certain donuts & munchkins which can ruin my coffee ritual. They're generally pretty quick but fur yourself a little extra time if you come during the morning rush. Also, as an iced coffee addict-- theirs is pretty good and they've learned to not milk it down. read more

I would always go here during my free hour of school and I still go even though I don't have school. I made a friend with the "Indian man" someone called rude he's the nicest worker I've ever had there and he always talks with me if there's no one else in line. I personally prefer dunkin over Starbucks not only is it way cheaper but they don't fill the cup to the top with ice and my coffee is usually the way I like it. read more

Over charged and not what I wanted.. Do not buy birthday cakes from them, they do not specialize in birthday cakes its all ICE CREAM, for all the years I have bought from them I have never bought all ICE CREAM without the cake and the box does not state NO CAKE or ICECREAM ONLY! in the past I have purchased Ice Cream with Cake never have I once ever bought just Ice Cream that looks like a Cake for a kids party .....and for $32.99, in that case I would have just went to the grocery store and I would have paid less....and on top of all that they are very rude with handling complaints and making the customer happy. The manager does NOT want to handle this issue either called and kept me on hold for 25 mins. read more
