The latte was good but not quite as flavorful as others I've tried. I heard them recommending a brown sugar latte and I might try that next time. There are a lot of thoughtful touches to this cafe like a nice little prayer room at the back. The staff was friendly and helpful. And I heard two cops ahead of me in line praising their coffee as being so much better than others, so those are all great signs.

I also asked about bagels, and found out that they had everything bagels, which are my favorite. I ordered one toasted with chive cream cheese. It was delicious! I noticed the bags of bagels had James Oliver labels on them, so they use a great quality bagel. I sat inside in a really cute and bright setting with a cool Pop Art mural. I don't know what we were thinking but we assumed a piece of khuba was small. Nope! Each piece is the size of my 17-inch computer. It's pretty dark in the main area so if you have "old" eyes like me, you'll probably have better luck in the bigger space. If you're looking for a quick cuppa, this isn't the spot.
