Great explanation by staff of different kinds of paint color in flat, egg shell, sheen, etc. My husband likes to touch up and he explained that only the mid range Suprema paint can allow purchases of smaller size paints (otherwise you'll have to buy a bigger pale) in the future. Staff worker recommended us to buy a few samples ($5 each) to put on the wall and stare at it over a days and see which one fits. COVID-19: Social distancing is enforced at this establishment. All of the staff wears a mask. All customers are expected to wear a mask too. The staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is available and open for customers to shop with limited capacity. They are also sanitizing in between customers. While I was grabbing my paint from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is pretty big because it is shared by several other establishments like Target, Starbucks, and etc. There are plenty of parking spots available. Parking spaces are decent. They aren't too big, yet they aren't too small. Store: This store is very neat, tidy, and clean. There are so many paint colors, brushes, and supplies for you to choose from. Staff: The staff here is very helpful and welcoming. They accept both cash and credit cards. Great customer service! My kitchen cabinet paint was crackled and peeled and I just wanted a easy fix. I tried marker but I don't really like the result. I took a cabinet door to the store to ask what I can do. Harry introduced me gel stain, and he took his time finding a matching color for me. All I need is a tiny bottle but he really put effort to find the best color. The color and texture matched perfectly and my kitchen cabinets look like brand new now. Can't be happier with the result. Customer service at this store is at a 10! Friendly, helpful, all of the above! The service was quick with the employee helping me out to my truck without asking, great service! I went to the Pasadena store and waited 10-15 minutes just to turn in some old paint. It seemed like the employee that helped me, didn't seem interested and out of touch with how to treat people. The manager and helper were extremely helpful when I went in to pick up some paint samples. The staff was very knowledgeable, great customer service. I'm not super familiar with the plaza but google maps seems to think that the storefront is located off of Marshall St. It's not, but not the fault of the store. It's a fairly large plaza so if you're not familiar, the store is located between GNC and Dollar Tree. They limit the # of customers allowed in the store right now and have clearly labeled social distancing markers which I greatly appreciate. Location is located inside a shopping center plaza. The store is very neat and clean and spacious. Alfie was super nice and assisted us in selecting the matching paint color we needed for our house. I don't use anything else. Good quality and low fumes emission. I attend the annual Pasadena house showcase whenever I can and I ask random people about paints and decor and anything else that caught my eye. This past showcase I came across a gentleman who was a painter and I asked him what paint he uses. He said hands-down DE paint is the best. He doesn't use anything else. My sister also has done her research on paints (think mom who looks at labels and know the bad and good chemicals) and she said DE is safest. So.....that's my two pieces of copper. I wonder why HGTV doesn't use DE. Ah well. Happy Painting Everyone! read more

We come to this Dunn Edward's for our apartment/home remodel paint. It's a bit pricey, but it's high quality paint with excellent coverage so it's worth it. One of the reasons we bring our business back to this particular store is because of their employees. Lauren always greets us with a smile and makes us feel like family. You can tell by the line of people wanting her to help them that they feel the same.
