I would say that pizzas are 10' to 12' inch size with 8 slices. Meant for a personal size. The flavors on both pizzas were wonderful fresh ingredients. I personally liked the bacon, sausage , and jalapeño pizza more. With it being brick oven the bottom was a little over cooked to my families liking but they still enjoyed. We also ordered a chocolate chip cookie that was delicious!!! It reminded me of the cookies at grandmas cookies in St.Charles Main Street. The pizzas are only available in 10" and are $15+ for each pie, for anything other than plain cheese ($12). The soft drinks are bottomless at $2.00 each, so the food costs add up quickly if you've got several mouths to feed. The dining experience itself was friendly. For 4 (10") pies, drinks, taxes and tip- we ended up at just under $100. While we like that this is a family owned business, for us the price tag on the meal, will be prohibitive for us on future visits. Pizza isn't bad, but it's definitely overpriced for the size of it (only one size). Typically, its edges are burnt and you taste more of the burnt crust than anything else. The Neapolitan crust was perfect. It was handmade, light and airy, prepared over a wood fire. The cheeses came from only one of three producers in Italy. I've never had anything like it in the past.
