Sigh... what happened. I hate leaving negative reviews but I hate being treated like I was just now…read moremore so, incoming. I saw the beautiful Ford on their corner spot, proudly on display, so I had my friend, who happens to be a guy, turn around, as I'm in the market. I recently was broken in an auto accident, from which I'm at the end phase of receiving a settlement for, and my too big for me due to injury beast was just paid off beginning of this month, she's for sale. I'm looking for same make and model, as I do tow a rig, but shorter so it's not as hard to get into, and will fit under my fifth wheel without a severe tilt. Beautiful truck, both of them. 20k for mine. She's a long bed crewcab on a 4 inch lift and 33 in tires Anyway, we pulled up and they started circling immediately, 2 salesmen. My friend, who's like a brother, was trying to find the easiest spot to let me out so he could park and they were at his window. Mind you, he's not in the market, I am. My friend told him that we were trying to find a parking space up the little hill so I could get out, np. Pulled up the hill, the other salesman is at his window before he could put his truck in park. Explained to him I'm in the market, he was just dropping me by the truck and was gonna park. OK. Salesman comes up to me introductions are made, and he asked me what are we looking for today? Third time, very specifically, I'm in the market. That's my friend. I'd like to look at this f250. Is it gas or diesel? He very happily replied diesel! Well dang, I need gas, same size, same make n model, but I smoke weed every day and need to stick with what Im used to, as my big rig driving days are behind me. I forgot to mention, I drove semis, right after getting disabled in the army. I had just taken my DV hat off 5 minutes prior to adorn my crown with a matching hot pink "crazy heifer" lid i purchased at chevron, where i stopped to pee. Shoulda waited, maybe they woulda seen, yes i do have an income without actually having to say it. He tried uninterestedly to push a few f150s on me and a ram 1500, indicating he heard nothing I clearly said about same size but shorter. I told him I just paid off a big beautiful f250, she's for sale, and I just needed a newer shorter one. He proceeded to THEN tell me they were hard to come by. No way!! As I was leaving, I heard him say to the other salesman, "you're up". I guess another potential but lost sale turned left at the light. Hope "you're up" uses different tactics because my "sales rep" needs alotta bedside manner practice. I just had 14 staples and a bunch of broken hardware removed from my back. Vultures. Do better, I'm a dang human being not a paycheck. Coulda been a good one too, but definately not for $62k and 6 years old lol that's just crazy talk

Dropped off my wife's truck today for an oil change, Ronnie asked if I wanted a tire rotation too,…read moreI said "might as well, they are due for it". My wife picked up the truck an hr later. when she got in it and started to drive away she heard a loud noise and never left the lot. She saw the exhaust pipe hanging down and rubbing the driver's side rear tire. She went inside then had the tech take a look. Without being told which exhaust pipe, he went right to where the issue was and said "it was like that and since we didn't do it we won't fix it". The girl at the service desk gave my wife an attitude. The girl said "we didn't touch your car". My wife said "yeah you did you rotated the tires". Then my wife was told, "it was like that when it was brought in, you can bring it back in the morning and have a diagnostics done on it". When My wife tried to say anything the girl would talk over her and talk down to her. The truck was perfectly fine with no issues or sounds & the exhaust pipe was not dangling down when Ronnie got the info from it. The tech raised the truck to do the tire rotations & would have noticed it then if it was brought in like that. On the paperwork he notated exhaust rattle. The exhaust pipe was resting on the top of the tire, the tech would have had to lift the pipe up in order to swap out the drivers side rear tire. It takes 2 minutes to tighten the ring clamp while it was on the lift. I think he bumped it off when switching the tires then tried to claim it was like that already. It took me 3 minutes to tighten it without a lift. The girl and the tech Zach Davis ignored my wife and talked down to her. Maybe it is because she is Filipina, As a Nurse my wife depends on her truck every day. She needed assistance on an issue that was caused by the tech. The girl who spoke with my wife treated her very poorly then closed up & locked the doors. We have trusted the service there and bought all of our vehicles from there since 1990. Never again

Had recall work done here, tailgate would pop open while driving down the road is what the recall…read moresaid. I never had an issue before the recall. Recently was driving the vehicle at 5 mph making a turn and the tailgate popped open and was damaged. The tailgate hit my trailer jack. Went to the dealer after this happened and was told to call Ram Customer Care. I did so and they asked if the dealership had inspected the tailgate. I said no and they asked why not. Went back to the dealer and they flat refused to inspect it and said the manager would call me. That never happened but they talked to Ram Customer care and told them the recall work was done and done correctly. How would you know without inspection?! Long story short T&R collision fixed the damage to the tailgate and fixed the botched tailgate recall and adjustment. I have the typical hemi exhaust leak as well as a couple maintenance items that I was going to have the dealer do but since they let me know how they do business I will be going else wear for the maintenance and repairs needed. They are obviously perfect the first time whether or not the work holds up. Funny how I never had an issue with the tailgate until they touched it for the recall. So now I just call the FTC and NHTSA and let them deal with this situation. Then pursue further legal action. May decide to park across the street with a big sign to warn the public or the poor business practices of this dealership and its staff. Would have been way better to come inspect my vehicle for both of us. Definitely going to pursue this issue further even if it costs me some dollars to do so.....

My fiance and I are out here for his construction work. We dropped our truck off for service…read morebecause it kept overheating. It ended up needing a new radiator and water pump. We knew it was leaking coolant when we dropped it off. We were told 2-3 days for parts and it would be fixed the same day the parts got in because they knew we needed the truck to go home and he needed it for work. We ended up being stranded in kingman for the weekend. The service advisor was rude to my fiance because we kept calling for updates. The dealership we bought it at was supposed to pay for the repairs since we've had the truck less than 30 days. We got the call Friday saying it was gonna be done. My fiance went to pick it up after work Friday and was told he couldn't have it because it wasn't paid and they needed to test drive it again. We know the service manager personally at the dealership we bought it at. We called him and he said it was paid at 1 that day. My fiance went in at 4 so I was skeptical of which dealership was lying so I texted the owner of our dealership and he confirmed it with accounting that it was paid. Monday my fiance called and they were saying it's still not paid even though we knew it was. Finally they sent someone Tuesday to come get me at our hotel to pick it up since he was working. I get in the service dept and say I'm here to pick up my fiancés truck. The service advisor says "oh you got your own ride I just sent my guy to get you" with a rude tone. I let it go but customer service is a thing and you could be nicer since you made us pay $400 to be stuck in a hotel for the weekend since we couldn't go home. I get the keys and paperwork and go out to the truck. I walk around it and notice a puddle of coolant on the ground underneath it. I popped the hood and checked to see if I could see dripping anywhere. At this point we just wanted the truck back so we decided to keep it for a couple days and see if it leaks. Also they used over a quarter tank of gas which I think is a little overkill because it wouldn't take that long to overheat if it was still having issues. It hasn't completely overheated yet but we will test it when we drive home this weekend and I'll update. It got a little over normal temp when I drove back to the hotel but nothing super concerning like it was. If your vehicle has an issue I'd avoid this service dept and try to find somewhere else. The only nice thing was the courtesy vehicle that would come and pick you up. The guy who picked me up was super nice. I wish I got his name.

I brought my vehicle to High Desert Hyundai (HDH) in April 2025 for an ongoing brake pulsation…read moreissue caused by rotor warpage. HDH performed a temporary rotor resurfacing instead of a full repair, and the issue returned in less than a year. In February 2026, I returned for another inspection required for Hyundai's warranty review. HDH charged me $150 for a brake inspection even though the dealership advertises brake inspections as free on its website and through USPS mailers. I later found one of those mailers addressed directly to me while preparing for a small claims filing to recover the improper charge based on guidance from the Arizona Attorney General's Office. When I requested a refund for being charged for a service HDH publicly advertises as free, I received contradictory explanations and unprofessional treatment from Nick White, a manager at HDH. The more I asked for clarity, the more defensive he became. Instead of addressing the facts, he accused me of harassment, called my request for documentation "brazen and mildly insulting," and told me to seek service elsewhere, despite HDH being the only Hyundai dealership in Mohave County. His tone changed immediately after I pointed out inconsistencies in their paperwork and advertising. Because of the refusal to refund the $150 charge and the way the situation was handled, I was left with no choice but to pursue the matter in small claims court to exercise my consumer rights. After I was barred from service, I received a handwritten note via USPS from Mr. White stating he was "serious" about purchasing my vehicle for an upcoming Memorial Day sales event. Given the circumstances, I viewed this as unsolicited and inappropriate. HDH initially recommended rotor repair under warranty, but the claim was later denied, and HDH still insisted on charging me for a brake inspection they advertise as free. This was not the only time I was charged for a service they promote at no cost, which speaks for itself. I should also note that HDH performed a routine oil change prematurely in December 2022, resulting in an out of pocket expense. Hyundai Corporate ultimately absorbed that cost along with the first improper $150 charge for the "free" brake inspection. To date, HDH has not been held accountable for these repeated issues, which is concerning. I am sharing this so future customers understand what I experienced and how HDH handles service and warranty interactions. If you rely on your vehicle's warranty and this dealership for service, document everything in writing, verify all charges, and request all records up front. I have uploaded the facts so consumers can review them for themselves.

I have been calm and respectful throughout the process and am only leaving this negative review as a last resort. Brake issues Had to take the vehicle in to them 8 times!Every time we got it back the abs light would come back on, and the check engine. Took it down to autozone and had is scanned each time. Problem was with the evap system, and the abs brakes system. Was told that it was fixed each time, but the same problem kept showing up. Finally, they gave up trying to diagnose the system. They sent it to the chevy dealership. Chevy said 1. bad abs module 2. bad purge valve 3. bad vent valve 4. bad canister Kingman auto plaza said they were going to fix it, and never did. Talked to the mechanic and was told that the only thing that they did to repair it was replace the purge valve. A employee name Tom, told me that everything but the abs module was fixed. He lied the mechanic was honest and told me the truth. Even with the vehicle properly diagnosed from Chevy, they still would not fix the problem. I asked for a vehicle safety inspection report on the vehicle, and was told no. I asked for invoices for everything that had done to the car, was told no. I cannot believe that Tom will not give me a receipt for "service" rendered. I will be telling as many people as I can about this company. Save yourself the hassle, buy from some else. I am not sure this car is even safe to drive with the brake problem... Crazy how these guys can get away with this.
