When all of the materials necessary for each job were received the projects began. The owner and his crew were on the job daily until all work was completed. We were so happy with the results on the first job, the kitchen, that we didn't need to consider other contractors when we redid our bathroom. The owner and crew were easy to work with, efficient and extremely skillful. There is no question that if we needed other projects done, we'd just call HOSCO. The quality of their work was exceptional and we feel that we got great value in the completed projects.

A time was set for Doris to visit our house and provide an estimate to tile the bathrooms and master tub. Doris arrived late - her excuse should have been different. Apparently, her shrimp man was late and she needed to get some shrimp for dinner. I would prefer to think that our business was more important than this, or that at least you avoid the topic altogether. "Sorry, we are running behind today." Oh, try calling ahead to notify the customer. Nevertheless, her estimate was very detailed and she provided many useful suggestions along the way, as opposed to several other vendors who only provided exactly what was asked for. I was struck in that Artistic seemed interested in the entire project, to include the transitions between rooms and you knew, that while 40% more than other vendors in price, you wouldn't have to call other folks, plumbers, carpenters (1/4inch round), and the like to finish the job. In the end, the project was started on time, and finished on time. The result looks great. There was only one part, re-attaching the tub spout, which now with the extra tile no longer attach to the pipe. However, they are not plumbers. Still, a bit disappointed in that despite their interest in the project, they owners never did manage to inspect the results. I recommend Artistic as you will get a quality project that views their work in the whole, as a part of your home, and you will not have too many other odds and ends that need to be cleaned up by other services.

Instead of looking behind the walls, they suggested and conducted an air quality test, which came back negative, even though they knew they should've tested behind the walls. A few days later, we purchased the home and looked behind the walls; we found mold. It was not worth the high expense. I do not recommend this company.

Our insurance adjuster gave us a list of companies to pick from. We chose Pro Environmental because they were local and had good reviews. We couldn't have chosen a better company to work with. We were worried about coordinating between them, a carpenter, plumber and painter. When Butch came, our worries were over. He told us that they would take care of everything, and they did. Memorial Day was coming up and we had family coming in but Butch assured us that it would be ready when they arrived. True to his word, it was ready for our company. Once the repair was finished, we were unable to tell that we had ever had a leak. I only have high praise for the crew that did the work. They did an excellent job of the repair including matching the paint which was a custom color and of making sure everything was as good as the original. I also have high praise for the crew that did the cleanup after construction. Everything (decorations, lamps and accessories) were cleaned and placed back in the position that we had them. The quotes we were given were fair and easy to understand. The total for the repairs were actually less than we had expected. We were totally satisfied with the cost and the work performed. Butch and Liz were excellent and a pleasure to work with. Both were very helpful throughout our repair. We are very glad that we chose Pro Environmental for our repairs. We very strongly recommend them for any problem that you may have.
