So I went 3 hours later only to be told that it was not ready and the repair person was out to lunch. So I waited. He came back and I got my repaired bracelet and assumed this was a fluke. A month later I went in to have a ring sized and some diamonds set in a new ring. After 10 days (on a Friday mid-day) I called to check the status and they said the ring re-size would be ready at 5:00pm, and they were still working on the second ring. I didn't make it there until the following Tuesday. They could not find my ring and the repairman was out getting his hair cut. I told them I couldn't believe they couldn't find my ring and they texted the repairman. They said they didn't know when he would be back so I chose to wait a few minutes. I continued to tell them how unprofessional they were as a business. Soon after, I saw the clerk speaking with a man in an office (the owner/manager I guessed). The clerk came out to me and handed my ring and diamonds saying he hadn't gotten around to them. They had never even started on either project. DO NOT patronize this business. They provided me with three (3) options, all of which were completely out of my price range but thankfully they offered financing. In the end I decided to re-pipe the entire house instead of stressing over a leak developing with the hot water side. Yes, it was expensive and it literally took all day, but again it only took one (1) day. When they left, I had running water again and no leaks. I probably could have gotten the job done for less but I'm glad I called MJ & Sons and I'm even more grateful that Mike Matteson was assigned to my ticket/work order.
