Texas water is not the hardest water, but there is a palpable difference with a softener installed. It has been since April of 2024 that my home has not been completed, from the damages this company has created. He quickly suggested I contact the manufacturer and take advantage of their lifetime warranty. I did and they agreed to send me replacement handles. That was an immediate cost saving measure. When Michael came to my home the next day, he proceeded to unclog three sinks, and improve the water flow in the three connected faucets.
