Our installation was carried out by a gentleman named Eldridge Richardson. I could rave for hours about how empathetic, intelligent, and businesslike he was. Eldridge truly made the experience easy and simplified. His knowledge of the product further solidified our choice of Puragain as our purification system. Since installing the system in our home, our water is incredible, and we haven't had any issues. We even get text messages during freezes to ensure we take the proper precautions, and the communication is seamless. I trust Puragain to be there should any issues arise. It has been since April of 2024 that my home has not been completed, from the damages this company has created. I have stress over this situation almost daily and the anxiety I have every time I hear water running in my house I think it's something leaking. No one ever came to assess any of this and the company Paul Davis that is waiting to fix the damages that have been done to my home cannot get a hold of Puragain to start. He quickly suggested I contact the manufacturer and take advantage of their lifetime warranty. I did and they agreed to send me replacement handles. That was an immediate cost saving measure. When Michael came to my home the next day, he proceeded to unclog three sinks, and improve the water flow in the three connected faucets. He also conveyed some valuable household plumbing information that should prove beneficial going forward. All of these services were provided at a reasonable price.
