I had a toilet flush replaced and about 10inches of tubing to the shut off valve. These parts cost about 30dollars at Home depot. They were here about 45 minutes total. They had the gall to charge me about $437.00 with tax. I was appalled. When I called to complain I was blown off The receptionist said I received a pre - estimate which I didn't. The only estimate I got was for a replacement for a toilet verbally. I unfortunately am disabled but in the past I have changed these parts myself. It is not hard. They helped us solve an issue with our water heater where some gasket or some thing had broken down and was getting into the hot water. they were quick to diagnose and quick to fix. Pablo has been out to our home several times in the last few years as our home is older and things have cropped up. He wears coverings over his shoes to enter your home and has masked up every time he's here. His work is excellent, prices are reasonable, communication is great, and he is very knowledgeable about his profession. He just fixed a slab leak for us and went over several methods for us to approach the repair, was very clear on pricing, and got the job done in the stated time frame. The job site was left clean and he was able to take care of a separate problem that cropped up while he was here and gave us tips to prevent the problem reoccurring. In the past I did try to book an appointment with him and had to go with other plumbers because his schedule was so full, but that's to be expected with the quality of his workmanship. Pablo arrived at the time we had agreed upon. He put on his shoe booties before he came in the house and I then showed him to the bathroom where I wanted the work done. I wanted three water shutoff valves and a sink faucet replaced. He showed me a laminated price sheet which specified the cost for replacing the valves, which also included the valve and a new supply line. There were also prices for the faucet replacement depending on what type of faucet, so before the job was started I knew exactly what it was going to cost. No estimate, no "fuel surcharge", no "truck fee" no "BS" fee and no surprises. Nice guy. Very honest and communicative. But yowza $210 to replace a water faucet on a six year old house. You have to be kidding me. The previous plumber was $200 so I guess that's the going rate. My advice is to get your plumbing license. I am so fed up with the stinking cost of home maintenance, I actually just signed a contract on a new home and am putting this on the market so I won't have to deal with exorbitant home repairs for awhile. Really happy to have found this company. Great service all around. I requested a quote from him based off of the rating on yelp and glowing reviews. I can certainly see why there are so many. Got a quick response and was the best price I received after comparing 4 quotes. I felt the price was fair for the work and appreciated this greatly. I've had others and many of us have that charge ridiculous prices on labor. In no way was this the case here and I also like that he carries his price book with him as others have mentioned. In the past whenever I needed a plumber for whatever reason, I would get super stressed out. I've had some prior bad experiences which have made always made me nervous about using any plumber. Pablo at Bee Punctual Plumbing has completely cured me of my lifelong Plumber Paranoia. I initially called him because of all the amazing reviews which made me a little suspicious because they were so glowing. I was pleasantly surprised and discovered Pablo is the real deal. The Yelp reviews are all authentic and are glowing because Pablo is totally awesome. He never asked me to write a review or any other recommendations. That was impressive by itself. Pablo was always a few minutes early for his appointments and was super professional in every way. When he looked at my leaking water heater he took the time to explain everything he thought had caused the problem. I was very impressed with his knowledge. Pablo offered suggestions and an estimate without any pressure. Although I didn't tell Pablo at the time, I had already received other competitive estimates and his prices came in the best of all. We agreed on a price to replace the water heater. There were no hidden costs or additional surprise charges after he was finished. I offered to pay in advance, but he only accepts payment when he's finished with the job. After he finished the job Pablo took extra steps to make absolutely sure the water heater inspection paperwork was all in order and taped to my front door for the City Inspector. When the City Inspector reviewed Pablo's work on my new water heater he told me Pablo had done an excellent job and the work passed with flying colors. Pablo was pristinely clean and neat. He not only vacuumed up around the new water heater to remove any dirt and debris, he wore special protective booties over his shoes to make sure he didn't track in any dirt, even though he was working in my garage. I am only sorry I don't need any more plumbing work or I would be calling Pablo in a heartbeat. The first time I had a leak behind the kitchen sink that was flowing out of the exterior wall and into neighbors yard. I was originally thinking to go through exterior brick wall to access pipes instead of cutting back out of new cabinets.
