We have a "Ace brand coat hooks" she said. I said "could you tell me about them, are they metal?" She said "they're metal." I said "are they sold individually? How many are in the pack?" She said "one." I said "how much are they?" She said "$2.99." Her tone was flat and dismissive. I was trying to get her to tell me about them before I came down. If she didn't feel like it, she should've passed the call on. If her attitude was, "just come down and look at them" she shouldn't be in the customer service business. Now if that's true that's not much of a selection. If that's not true that's pretty sad because I would've went right down there and looked around. I always buy more items when I look around.

This store is a sensory nightmare. If you have any sort of migraines, sensory issues, hate loud…read morenoises, or just want to talk to the person you're with, don't go to this location. As you walk in, there is a high pitched store alarm going off at the entrance. You can see the box and the lights flashing, indicating an alarm is happening. No employees seem to notice or be able to do anything about it. They just keep doing whatever they're doing. Then as you walk further into the store, that aforementioned alarm gets much louder to the point where at least 1/4 of the store is unshoppable. It gave my wife and I both terrible headaches almost instantly. We tried to escape that area and went further back into the store. Guess what? Another loud and annoying section with a broken air conditioning system vent that sounds like a jet engine. It is so loud you literally have to yell to communicate with someone 2 feet from you. All the while, employees just wander around doing their job. One did stop to apologize for the noise while my wife and I were shouting over it to pick out throw pillows. We honestly had to give up and get out of there. What a fun environment they've created at this store!
