These guys are legit amazing. We had an old sectional left for us by the previous owners of our home. It was in OK condition, but then Mark, Duraclean's Lead Tech came over. After he finished, the sectional looked brand new!! To boot, Mark's customer service was fantastic -- honestly friendly (not forced), and great communication skills. I first used Duraclean a few years ago to professionally clean my microfiber sofa and loveseat which was filthy after normal use by my 2 wild banshees, errr, children. It was easy to book the appointment and I recall the woman who I spoke with told me about a promotional rate before I even mentioned a coupon I'd received in the mail & her deal was better - always a plus! They came out on a weekend and were on time, very friendly & efficient. I think it maybe took an hour and they were thorough. I recall the guy who did the cleaning was very sweet to my young son who peppered him with questions. Just a few months ago, when our wool 9'x12' area rug started to look a little shabby (again, I point the finger at my young associates), I called Duraclean. Again, it was easy to book the appointement. They came and picked up the rug - again, on time and very efficient. They came in, rolled it up & carried it out. I was basically just there to open the door and take a receipt. I had been told when I made the appointment that area rugs took a week for them to be cleaned & properly dried. I got a call about 5 days later to book the rug dropoff. It was quick & painless with their usual white glove service. I've used Duraclean for years and have recommended them to many friends and family. We have a huge sectional. We also have four kids. My husband has been bugging me to replace the sectional as it's looking pretty beaten up. Fred's crew comes out once a year or so to deep clean the furniture and it's like new when they're done. They take the time to do it right (close to 2 hours for just the sectional and ottoman) but it's amazing. It's clean, it smells fresh, it dried quickly and there was not a single spot the tech couldn't get out. I've had Duraclean come and take care of my rugs 6 times now over the past year and a half. With a small child and a puppy the rugs get pretty beat up. I highly recommend Duraclean. Each technician we've had has done an incredible job. They've been able to work around our schedules, shown up on time, they work efficiently, and our carpets look new again after their visit. We just had our carpets cleaned yesterday and the technician put down a bioenzyme on the areas where our puppy had accidents to neutralize any odor and discourage repeat accidents on the rug. I love Duraclean carpet cleaners as they do a great job in getting the toughest stains out that Stanley Steemer could not clean. I will use them from now on, But my complaint is with Serena women who called my house to schedule a time to drop off my rug, not only has the rug taken a long time to return through her fault, but she had a very nasty attitude and was very indignant and short with me. I have used Duraclean Master Cleaners in Chelmsford on a few occasions so I decided to give them a try again and I'm so glad I did. My kitchen/bathroom tile and family room rug are 11 years old. I've had them cleaned a few times in those 11 years but the tile and grout is light so it can get very dirty. Last week they came out and they did a tremendous job. My carpets are in the process of being cleaned as I write this review. I have NEVER been more happy with a carpet cleaning service. Mark is a professional who will not leave until you are 100% happy. They are not your usual hourly cleaning service. He sprayed extra stuff where I know our dogs have gone and other spots in the house that I never ever thought would come clean (now look like new) We were planning on re-carpeting the hallway and guestroom before we put our house on the market and now I don't think we need to!
