The mark of a good business is not always having a perfect outcome but rather how well the business is able to fix any issues that may arise. We had DiTucci's come in and steam clean a couple of rooms, some area rugs, staircases and a sectional. The cost wasn't cheap (though it was less than the larger enterprises) but they certainly did a thorough job. It was during a particularly humid time and a few of the carpets and rugs took longer than normal to dry out resulting in a musty type smell lingering for a few days. I contacted Bob and got an immediate response. There was no quibbling or trying to find excuses but rather an immediate desire to fix the problem. He had Greg come out the next day and fix the issue. He went over the carpets again and spent extra time drying them out. Excellent customer service and I would definitely recommend DiTucci's to anyone looking for a thorough job with excellent customer service. read more

I was unsure about whether or not to use them since there was no review and other options posted here had reviews for me to consider, but I gave a call since they are local to my neighborhood. I needed my 8 year old, white, Crate and Barrel chaise lounge cleaned...great piece of furniture that over the years got grubby and now had, on both sides of the flippable cushion, large tea/coffee stains. I am so glad I called them!! My chaise looks like NEW!! I promise you. Robert DiTucci arrived on time, gave me a fair estimate which matched his phone range of estimates, and got to work. The tea and coffee were stubborn but he persisted and tried a 2nd attempt after the all over cleaning. These guys were 100% pros. I bought a filthy cat hair infested couch from a friend and proceeded to have an asthma attack.
