I walked up and of course, the receptionists were busy chatting it up amongst themselves. (No surprise there; some things never change) They weren't on the phones or talking to any other patients. Finally one turned and acknowledged I was standing there. I don't know what it is about this place, but the receptionists always have an attitude and helping you is like you're wasting their "chisme" time. I remember awhile ago, there were about two or three male employees who were friendly and helpful. Heard through the grapevine that one transferred because he was tired of all the cattiness and drama between the female employees. The two extra stars are for the doctors. I've only seen Dr. Dawn Lewis and she's amazing. She answers all your questions and doesn't make you feel rushed. I've heard good things about the other doctors as well. Too bad the receptionists make a bad first impression.

I couldn't be more happier to have Dr Cunanan as my primary care physician. The girls at the front desk are very friendly and good at what they do, the office is clean and even though there were a lot of patients waiting, I was in and out in a little under an hour. I have never had such a great experience at a Dr appointment.

As long as you only have a cold or sinus infection don't waste your time even going to her. She pretty much is only a bandaid doctor and not in a good way. I was having serious stomach issues and all she wanted to do was give me pills that I already was taking and had no success with. I needed to be sent to a Gastroenterologist to find out what was going on with me. After 2 ER visits, Kaweah Delta called Dr Cunanan to basically tell her how to do her job and since then she has not acted very cordial with me. I finally was referred as an urgent case which would have been resolved at least two months sooner if she would just listen to her patients. I had stomach polyps which was the cause of the discomfort and IBS. Another incident was the last draw for me. She had dismissed me yet again with her vague diagnosis of "Eczema " around my eye which I had been suffering with for over a month. I got a second opinion from another Doctors office and turns out I have shingles. I have been in extreme pain and horrible discomfort on my face and she had the nerve to ask me to come back for a follow up . NO THANK YOU! I hope Dr Cunanan changes her bedside manner and be more attentive to her patients instead of just trying to look cute for the elderly men in her short little skirts. This lady needs to grow up and do her job not for money but for caring for people. I did call the office to complain and I still haven't received a phone call or apology. I hope for your sake "Dr " Cunanan that you get your act together and actually have a change of heart with your patients.

She is very knowledgeable and will find the answers you need no matter the situation. After about 4 minutes of standing there with no response from the mysterious window, someone finally opened it and asked what I wanted. The lady was upset that I wasn't already a patient and when I told her my insurance was medi-cal, she took a step back like I had said a swear word at her. She told me medi-cal wasn't accepted there, and when I told her the office was listed in the medi-cal catalog the county sent me, she said it must not have been updated yet. Not their fault the county hasn't updated their provider listings but what little I saw left me surprised anyone would go there for their healthcare needs.
